Seems like things are back up.
If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.
Holders of bitcoins have nothing to worry about with this fork since all the transactions will eventually be re-calculated by non-forked miners. However, anyone mining now using using the forked code is probably wasting his/her time and electricity.
