Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, the wealthiest American, said on “some days” he wishes the U.S. political system were like England’s, so that President Barack Obama could have “slightly more power.”

Power he, of course,

would be exempt from...like Obamacare.

FREAKO GATES!!! UP HIS!

ARSEHOLE!!! GO LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY!!!

I don't even know what he means

is he comparing obama and the queen or obama and the prime minister?

although the queen has power she doesn't execute that power as much as potus and potus has a lot more executive power that the uk prime minister.

There are alternate energy sources that have been suppressed

because the big oil energy industry wants to keep its profit. It would be nice to see Bill Gates look into other energy sources and provide that to the people of the planet.

Most rich men are not interested in anything they cannot put a meter on and charge the people for its use. JP Morgan had no interest in the free energy found by Tesla because it would not be something he could charge people for, like coal, or gas, or oil.

So free energy does exist. But no one wants the people of the world to have it. Money, money, money, and power and control...

I really doubt that any of the commenters

have watched an entire speech or read what this man has said in the context of the topic.

Bill Gates' only problem is that he still holds too much naive trust in government and big corporations. Being in total control over his own, he feels that other CEOs would have the same power combined with the same altruistic philanthropic goals.

You want to bash him for promoting vaccines? You might want to read how hard it hit him to learn of the thousands of young kids that die each day from diseases that we've eradicated here in the US. You don't get to hear how he dedicated nearly a year to burying himself in that research, looking for which was the best cure to put his support towards. You don't hear how he regularly goes to these villages and spends hours with some of the poorest people on the planet. You don't hear how disgusted he was when a photo-op for giving a computer to a village focused on that action while this village didn't even have electricity or enough food. What other billionaire dedicates that kind of time to something other than selecting yacht color schemes? None.

You want to label him as wanting to kill off people in 3rd world countries? Try reading his words once. He wants to lower population by educating people, not by poisoning them. At his level, he meets with so many credentialed doctors that there's almost no way he believes vaccines have poisonous mercury, etc. in them. Is this his fault or ours?

______________
" GATES: Certainly I'll never be able to put myself in the situation that people growing up in the less developed countries are in. I've gotten a bit of a sense of it by being out there and meeting people and talking with them. And one of the gentlemen I met with AIDS talked about how he'd been kicked out of where he'd lived and how he felt awful he'd given it to his wife and their struggle to make sure their child didn't have it, and the whole stigma thing, which, you know, that's hard to appreciate. In this country when you get sick people generally reach out, you know, that's the time to help other people and yet some of these diseases it's quite the opposite.

So what I was thinking about was where my resources that I'm the steward of be able to make an impact, I thought "okay, what's the greatest inequity left?" And to me, and the more I learned about health and the unbelievable inequity, it kind of stunned me, it shocked me, every step of the way.

MOYERS: You could have chosen any field, any subject, any issue and poured billions into it and been celebrated. How did you come to this one? To global health?

GATES: The two areas that are changing in this amazing way are information technology and medical technology. Those are the things that the world will be very different 20 years from now than it is today.

I'm so excited about those advances. And they actually feed off of each other. The medical world uses the information tools to do their work. And so when you have those advances you think will they be available to everyone. Will they not just be for the rich world or even just the rich people and the rich world? Will they be for the world at large?

The one issue that really grabbed me as urgent were issues related to population… reproductive health.

And maybe the most interesting thing I learned is this thing that's still surprising when I tell other people which is that, as you improve health in a society, population growth goes down.

You know I thought it was…before I learned about it, I thought it was paradoxical. Well if you improve health, aren't you just dooming people to deal with such a lack of resources where they won't be educated or they won't have enough food? You know, sort of a Malthusian view of what would take place.

And the fact that health leads parents to decide, "okay, we don't need to have as many children because the chance of having the less children being able to survive to be adults and take care of us, means we don't have to have 7 or 8 children." Now that was amazing. "

You want to bash him for his 'almost ok' stance on geo-engineering? You might want to look into what his single biggest wish for the planet. It is to find an alternative energy source that's half the price of coal and completely clean. He wants this so we can end the wars for energy and we can fight climate change at the same time. He has said that he seriously doubts this will happen soon enough and we may be forced to take alternative measures like putting reflective material in the atmosphere to reduce the incoming sun a little bit. I'm sure he has no credible belief that what he's talking about is chemtrails and they are being done by people with ulterior motives.

Even his company's software gets a bad rap while it does the hard work that most people need. There is not one other competitor to any windows version that has it's capabilities. It's backward compatible. It accepts drivers from every single class of equipment. That includes 1983 laser-discs! It works with games, documents, CAD, music, art, high speed computing, ancient DOS applications, memory hogs and apps that only run in a "640k memory" environment. It supports perfectly seamless plug-n-play in thousands of currently popular devices on different hardware platform using different networks. It's most common problem of crashing could be 90% solved if CRC checksum error checking was turned on for every data transaction but PC makers and users are too focused on speed, even when they have 2-5 apps running with a gigabyte of memory dedicated to a facebook app running in a browser window under a windows GUI on their operating system. Sure, it's not the fastest or most fault tolerant but it does deserve credit for getting the job done reliably for over two decades!

I, for one, applaud Mr. Gates for what he believes he is doing right. I also would like the opportunity to open his eyes to a few more problems in the world but that doesn't make me want to bash his reputation.

Yup

He's a great guy. He's lucky hes around with his Father President of Planned Parenthood. It speaks volumes as to his total lack of regard for human life. Follow the money. See where his money is going. Find out for yourself or I will be happy to supply some links.

Not every planned parenthood motive is bad

You really should learn more about some of the things they do. Like it or not, before RoeVWade, many more women died from back-ally abortions. It even sparked a black market mob generation, not unlike prohibition of drugs and alcohol. If PP didn't exist, their moral influence which encourages many women not to have an abortion would not exist. Is a doctor going to turn down a paying operation based on morals these days? NO. Also, safety precautions like condoms and disease information were more scarce before PP. Don't you care about those people?

I'm not taking sides either way. I'm just saying that you are persecuting one man who has done so much toward increasing the health of the world because you disagree with one aspect of what he does. That's hardly fair in my book.

I'm curious of your statement to see where the money is going? Do you have any sources beyond conjecture? Because his donations and where they go are all online and they reach the lowest level individuals.

It just seems like you are following a herd that's convicted and now wants no part in the facts.

His money could feed how many people in Africa ??

Supply how much fresh water ? Instead he sends vaccinations that have been proven to include sterilization ? As far as food he's invested in Monsanto and Cargill.

To be clear

I didn't say I agree with the exact things he supports. I said I agree with his stated morals behind that support. His intentions are good. It's up to us to educate him on the evil stuff going on related to those things. For example, if he only gets his info on vaccines from the AMA and the media, he would not know or believe the evil vaccine claims. Change that. Same goes for the evils surrounding Monsanto, ADM and Cargill. Is this cause to denigrate his efforts?

If you look at the actual progress his support has made, he has indirectly halted the deaths of more than a million people in Africa. He frequently quotes more info on more diseases than I even knew existed and he gives concrete paths to getting those people cured. Can you do that off the top of your head? No? Then don't discredit him for that.

Your linked article misses one very important fact in all this. There is a distinct difference between good vaccines and bad ones. Polio vaccine has been given to just about everyone in the developed world. It has stopped a horrible epidemic in it's tracks for us. This PROVES that there is a good polio vaccine. Now, if the article is to be believed (which I tend towards), then there is also a bad polio vaccine. This means there are people trying to sterilize women through this process. What this doesn't prove is that Mr. Gates is involved or even aware of that. If I were in his shoes, I would hopefully know of the problem and I would do everything I could to ensure the safe one was given and then I would not comment on the situation. By keeping quiet, I think it keeps the focus on the disease and stops a war-type situation with the people trying to do evil. Just my thoughts.

Oh, and how much water/food etc. has he given? I don't know but I'm completely against that. "Give a man a fish..." comes to mind. I would rather foster their economic growth so they can afford to do what they chose once they got better educated.

He also favors letting the elders die off

Without medical treatment in favor of using that money to hire more teachers into a completely failed educational system. Yeah , he's a very "Moral" American alright.

Credible source please.

Because I'm calling BS. That goes against every speech of his I've seen.

And this group complains about fear-mongering hyperbole from others!

This is true

The video was everywhere just recently. I don't know if he restated it but here he is. His own words.

Exactly as I said. You're following the heard because

you heard it somewhere but you failed to go to the source and get the context. If you go to fora.tv and watch the lead in question and the lead up conversation, you will clearly find him complaining about spending cuts that are occurring because of mismanaged pension and other financial games by the government. At one point in that, he mentions that massive medical increases have overflowed into other areas. That's when he says that death panels are being weighed against paying teachers. He says this in disgust that it has come to that when there should be a better solution. He does not, never has and IMHO, never would support anything even close to death panels.

Here's the link to the whole video where you can find that section around 33 minutes in.

Such hypocrites and misguided hostilities.

Bill Gates is out of touch with reality, he has gone insane

He left Microsoft because he saw that they were a "has been" firm that had nothing more to offer except high prices and price gouging.

He has used his ill-gotten gains to empower the wealthy oppressors as opposed to helping the poor.

Hell will swallow this man up very soon as he pals around with only the most wicked.

There is no help for him.

Bill Gates wants most of us dead.

"In a lengthy interview with Bill Moyers released today, Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates reveals the inspiration for his funding of pro-abortion population control measures. Responding to a question by Moyers on how he came to fund “reproductive issues” Gates answered, “When I was growing up, my parents were always involved in various volunteer things. My dad was head of Planned Parenthood. And it was very controversial to be involved with that. And so it’s fascinating"

Bill Gates is also funding chemtrails

Geo-engineers are finally coming out of the “chemtrail” closet, as reports are now emerging about deliberate plans in the works to dump untold tons of sulfate chemicals into the atmosphere for the purported purpose of fighting so-called “global warming.”

If Obama Had Been In Charge

back when Billy Boy was stealing technology from Mike Jobs in college there wouldn't be a Microsoft OR apple to begin with because there would have been too many regulations and outsourcing for it to happen. POS hypocrite!

skippy

Bill Gates speaks in words to program the listening public.

Gates is NWO and would like puppet Obama to accomplish more by having more power. Then the NWO can push through everything they want for America, like gun control and communism. So Gates plants the seed by speaking the words that Obama needs more power...

Obama has no goals and just reads from the psyop script of lies the NWO provides for him. The presidential executive orders come from the NWO. He just reads the script.

If Bill Gates were honest...

he would say that fascists like himself want their presidential puppet to have more power. Gates supports Obamacare's death panels and wants more power to implement a Nazi eugenics program which murders those that fascists deem lacking in utilitarian value.

Obama jumped into a war in Libya without congressional authorization, stands back while the DHS gropes our kids and buys a billion bullets, murders anybody he wants to with drones, and Bill Gates thinks he doesn't have enough power? Gates is an excellent example of an idiot savant.
