Feinstein: "Do they need a Bazooka?!?" - The eminently reasonable answer may surprise you...

It has been well established that the original intent of the 2nd amendment was to enable the people to defend against tyranny which invariably comes in the form of an overbearing and oppressive government. This right to defense is not special to Americans and is a natural right of all peoples.

In the 70s and 80's the Afghani militia (the mujahideen) was engaged against tyranny (Soviets). In order to aid them in their fight against their oppressors, the US sent Stinger shoulder mounted rocket launchers so they could wage an asymmetrical battle against the much better equipped Soviet forces.

Therefore our own government established the precedent that, in the age of a modern military, rocket launchers (Bazookas) fall within the scope of weapons necessary for citizen militias fighting against tyranny - inadvertently making the case that they should be covered under the 2nd amendment.

Nicely done, beauxcphus. I

Nicely done, beauxcphus. I hope you're sending Sen. Feinstein a letter or email answering her question.

Nowadays we need Drone defenses

... as well as robot dog defenses, sound weapon defenses, space weapon defenses, scan-blockers, jammers, chaff, smokescreen, armor, deep bunkers, rad shielding, EMP protection, asymmetrical unconventional counter-measures, old-school comm, new unbreakable codes, laser surveillance counter-measures, HAARP shielding, long-term provisions, sustainable pure water, deep nutritional wellness, and lots and lots and lots of ammo.

It would be a lot simpler to restore the Republic

You ever notice

• A 1997 high school shooting in Pearl, Miss., was halted by the school's vice principal after he retrieved the Colt .45 he kept in his truck.
• A 1998 middle school shooting ended when a man living next door heard gunfire and apprehended the shooter with his shotgun.
• A 2002 terrorist attack at an Israeli school was quickly stopped by an armed teacher and a school guard.
• A 2002 law school shooting in Grundy, Va., came to an abrupt conclusion when students carrying firearms confronted the shooter.
• A 2007 mall shooting in Ogden, Utah, ended when an armed off-duty police officer intervened.
• A 2009 workplace shooting in Houston, Texas, was halted by two coworkers who carried concealed handguns.
• A 2012 church shooting in Aurora, Colo., was stopped by a member of the congregation carrying a gun.
• At the recent mall shooting in Portland, Ore., the gunman took his own life minutes after being confronted by a shopper carrying a concealed weapon.

they never mention these in the debate!

Never met one of these NWO talking heads

who ever met a fact they liked.

I like this post.
Something else to think about...
"When our founding fathers wrote the 2nd Amendment it gave the people the same fire-power as the government, Now, the Gubment has far greater capabilities than the average Joe, and they still want to take away our pea-shooters"
Something is GROSSLY unfair with this thinking.
Great post about the free-dumb fighters.

I would love a bazooka!

I Wish Ted

had popped that bitch in the face with a spud gun! What a laugh that would have been!

We are the militia!

Aren't we (able bodied citizens) the militia?

Isn't that the entire purpose of the 2nd amendment in the first place(hint read the first sentence) so we can form our OWN ARMY independent from the government? It says nothing about hunting or personal protection, it says its there for the purposes of arming a citizen army(militia).

Shouldn't we be armed as such?

Heck you could make a better case that according to the actual wording of the 2nd amendment, citizens should be allowed to own any personal arms to train with that are used by the current military and police than a hunting rifle of the type not used by the professional forces.

Smoke and mirrors... It's not

Smoke and mirrors... It's not about rifles, it's not about clips, it's about getting every gun owner registered. Look at what Hitler did, and the other countries that now have an all out gun ban. Step one is to have a national register of all gun owners.

Hitler never took peoples guns other then a small subversive globalist minority. And the last time I check it's the majority the are trying to disarm!

Lies by the same people who own banking and the media.

Did Hitler create The Fed, IMF, UN?

Let me guess the media which says armed white people who are terrorists, was created by Hitler??? Smoke & mirrors all right.

Another Bolshevik revolution is being planned. Look into who financed that!

Look beyond the paradigms which have been created for you.

Luke 3:38
Isaiah 43:3-5

You are somewhat correct - Hitler did not take people's guns

as most people believe. He merely used the already EXISTING gun registration laws to make sure anybody that would oppose him could not get a gun, and used it as a tool to imprison the opposition. The similarities between our current gun laws and PRE-Hitler laws is astounding. We would be wise to learn HOW the Nazi's used the existing laws to their advantage(when the original laws were written in an attempt to keep guns FROM the Nazis)

That being said - he did specifically alter the already existing gun laws to state no Jews were to own guns. Is this the subversive globalist minority you speak of?

Yes it is.

After all international Judaica did declare war against the German people in 1933.

Hitler made numerous concession offers to Britain, France etc ranging from peace to reduction in military sizes. Funny not many people know that. From the massacres in Danzig and Czechoslovakia read The Secret Polish Documents

Sound like a gun grabbing maniac. I don't think so.

Put your argument in proper context.

"The similarities between our current gun laws and PRE-Hitler laws is astounding".

Who declared war on Germany and who controls the US government?

allegory - ˈalɪg(ə)ri/ - noun - 1. a story, poem, or picture which can be interpreted to reveal a hidden meaning, typically a moral or political one.

Talk about behind the times.

The bazooka was a World War II era launcher. NOBODY uses them, they're completely outdated.

What we need are more modern systems like the Javelin, the Stinger (mentioned above), and the ultimate simple launcher, the RPG. That baby is awesome, since it's reuseable and easy to operate. Not much good against aircraft, but it does a number on everything short of a tank.

She made so many

factually inaccurate statements it literally gave me a headache. She asks not to be treated like a 6th grader but she can't even do simple elementary research? Are you fucking kidding me?

How else are we going to

How else are we going to defend ourselves when the DHS turns on us and starts using those 2700 armored vehicles they just bought?

What about the cannons

all the civil war reenactors have?

Should we have bazookas?

Of course we should, if we want them. Did this lady just graduate the 5th grade or what?

So good!

Ask Hillary and Pelosi of 1987 if they thought it was necessary!

Senator Peter Schiff 2016

By that logic,

maybe we can move to a hostile country and they'll give us some for free.

Excellent point!

These pathetic gun-grabbers will stop at nothing. We need to keep reminding them the 2nd Amendment is not up for discussion. They're looking more ridiculous and desperate everyday.

What is she, in sixth grade?

What is she, in sixth grade? Feinstein certainly is making sixth grade arguments. Bazookas? Heavy artillery in every home is not even being argued for. People already accept higher standards of ownership for rocket launchers. I refuse to be ruled by DiFi's emotions. Feinstein is emotionally compromised.

Can someone tell me how I make a video embed in my comment?

Why not?

And pass me some of that Bazooka bubble gum too.
It helps me concentrate when I aim my bazooka.

deacon's picture

do i need a bazooka?

yes i do,fishing with bait and tackle
takes too damned long!!!

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

Nukes too

Yep, you heard right.

Besides, there are no

Besides, there are no bazookas with a 30 round clip- which are of course evil.

We all share this eternally evolving present moment- The past and future only exist as inconsequential mental fabrications.

you don't need a 30 round clip

just fire it through the door.
