In fact, when I responded to the commenter I referenced above, another fellow DPer thought my comment was spam!
So, who knows exactly what's going on here with the relationship between the USPS and the US Government? I'm not talking conspiracy talk. I'm genuinely trying to understand how it is that the USPS has an online, e-commerce, website. Is it a Gov't Sponsored Enterprise (GSE)? I always thought of it as simply government. Is it?
I actually always thought if there has to be a "public" entity, it should have to raise all its own money without taxation.
What are y'alls thoughts on this?
At any rate, the charm bracelet will be a nice addition to my USPS cardigan!
