On a similar note,
there is a high-pitched laugh, presumably from another candidate, that's heard following a moderator or media question to Ron during two of the debates. The last time was after Carl Cameron's "relevancy... Do you have any, sir" I don't recall the other debate or sponsor but suspect it could be Fox.
Do we know for sure this is one of the other candidates? The laugher has been off camera both times. I am left to wonder if it might be a canned laugh that was uncorked by the network following a question that was planned in advance to belittle Ron.
