Thats over 10%!

Of the 3100 Counties in America, we are well on our way to making this a formidable challenge against the tyrannical forces that align against us and against Freedom and Liberty.

Remember, only 9% of Patriots fought in the Revolutionary War.

That jackwagon below me that spouts off about the drug war is a GD detractor and seeks to use diversion tactics in an attempt to confuse you on the truth, at hand.

We, the people are mounting a defense for Liberty. Screw the dog gone drug wars. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

This is about the 2nd Amendment!

ecorob, thanks for the positive comment.

(I'm not the jackwagon mentioned by ecorob, he's below me) County sheriffs and prosecutors are our first line of defense against tyranny, so they should be the focus of concerned citizens who advocate for the rule of law based on the Constitution and Bill of Rights. There's actionable evidence of treason that can bring tyrants under the law and it's our duty as citizens to demand justice.

You can find some of this evidence at "Resist gun control" and other posts at the same website. Send evidence of crime to local attorneys, Sheriffs, county prosecutors, State Attorneys General, and U.S. Attorneys. Call for prosecution under R.I.C.O. statutes (Racketeering, Influence and Corrupt Organizations), and "honest services" statutes that give prosecutors wide latitude to prosecute corrupt public officials. If millions of citizens do so, it will make a difference.

Not to be a "kill joy"

but I can probably debunk half that list with a little internet research and the other half by asking a simple question:

DO YOU SUPPORT THE WAR ON DRUGS? Can we get just ONE of these folks to uphold the constitution UNCONDITIONALLY?

This war is a de-facto WAR ON THE PEOPLE. It's patently unconstitutional. The constitution is very simple and LIMITED in the powers we the people grant to government. We do not grant the machine the power to regulate what the people put into their bodies.

Look where we are now since the overwhelming majority think the machine DOES have that power? Not talking about "ability." Lawful power to use its force on people.

But you do grant the machine power

When you don't show up to where planning and debates are being held. or when the only time you show up is fro an organized protest.. then yeah, you are enabling the machine because you're not actually doing anything but raging against the machine.

Di they hear us yet?

Now in my county, the people passed measure G, so medical marijuana is legal in the county, prop 215, cover the state and the sheriff works with the feds to emanicpate illegal grows.. there is nothing to my knowledge that is written in reolution or inniative or bill or amendment to make all drugs legal on demand by anyone, no questions asked.

Maybe you can write that?

The founders wrote a constitution

what do we need that for? This is ALREADY COVERED in the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND! Anything repugnant to it is NULL AND VOID on at INCEPTION.

Since the time the framers penned the constitution

the supreme law of the land has adopted precident and as RP says, "lost their way" from constitutional government (which I agree with RP) and the solution is to RESTORE AMERICA, which is what we are attempting to do by getting into the GOP, fighting the corruption, replacing the corrupt and moving to return to constitutional government and the bill of rights.. it's not a straight shot.. it took decades to get here, and I for one it takes less than decades to restore the constitution.. your yelling about the loss of the way is to do what? Inspire someone else to do what you won't? Get in and work with RP Republicans to restore the republic? We are working on decriminalizing drugs and changing what is an illegal unjust system. You're screaming to a work force that is involved, as if your screaming is actually doing anything to make it happen (unless it's just a call out to get someone else to do what you will not) Unless of course you have a better way.. let's hear it.

Can't Believe You Got So Much Negative Response

to your comment. I have been thinking the same thing for a while. My sheriff claims to be all constitution blaa blaa blaa but he also brags about how big he was in drug enforcement before. So which is it? Are they constitutional or part of the machine?

You can't debunk squat, "probably"...

You couldn't debunk your own half baked brain.

Who gives a damn about an overwhelming majority of sheeple?

Labeling yourself a "kill-joy" gives your "self" way too much credit.

10% of the Sheriffs in this Country are WITH the 2nd Amendment!

Don't you like that? Then, quit ignoring it. Post your drug comments where appropriate. I'll listen there (maybe, it is you, after all) because I, too, am against the drug wars.

I'm sure on that forum you'll talk about gun control...

I already did debunk a few of them.

I stopped working on this as soon as I realized most of em were just paying lip service.

That look half baked to ya?

Post your drug comments where appropriate.

This sounds like the voice of intolerance... certainly not very libertarian of you hmm?

I expect it to climb a lot

I expect it to climb a lot higher.

There will be peace officers who support this that don't publicly announce it as well.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
