Speaking of sticking it to the man, how can we convince Tom Petty to wear a Ron Paul t-shirt during his half-time show at the Superbowl?
Did I mention the game is broadcast on Fox?
I joined the TP message board over at his site - www.tompetty.com - and left a message, but I'm not sure that's gonna do it. Any other ideas? Anybody know any of his people? Anybody here two or three degrees of sep. away from TP&theHB's?

Tom Petty is a cool cat, but I've never heard of him following RP. Still could'nt hurt to pass along the idea though, never know, stranger things have happend at the Superbowl half time show...

Anyway, I googled and couldn't find anything about Petty supporting Paul.
But this video seems to be from a Democrat who is telling people to screw Obama and go with Paul! Set to Tom Petty's the Last DJ.

My husband made this video - it is to Petty's remake "Something in the Air" (like a Blimp, lol) - I may be biased but I think there has never been a more perfect song to sum up the r3volution and the video turned out great!
