1st Amendment Rights
Fox, like NBC, will proclaim their 1st Amendment rights, and prevail.
What we can do is NOT watch, get others to not watch, boycott their sponsors and try to kill their share value/price.
But none of the above will get Dr. Paul elected unless folks get off the internet and get the word out to the public at large.

Constitutional rights are for people
Please don't get me started on the ethics of corporate 'personhood'.
Our Constitution wasn't intended to protect the rights of corporations. It was meant to protect the rights of US citizens. Please read up on corporate 'personhood', it's impact on the way our laws are formed and interpreted, and it's implications in the case of a US corporation with a foreign citizen as it's head.

Yes we can
they do not own the airways. The public airways are owned by us they are licensed to use them. I say let's start a fund and hire the nastiest go getter lawyer we can find to go after them. Also i think we should go after the individuals taking part in the voter fraud.
I believe there are already criminal charges pending against the media.
Google "Gunderson FBI man"
If you are saying that what
If you are saying that what they've done violates federal laws, then let me know which law. The same law will also set out who has the right to sue and what remedies are available. It's not that I don't think Fox sucks ass...because I do, but the legislature and the courts have always tried to keep standing from general members of the public for the precise reason that anyone who's a little pissed and has a bit of money should not be allowed to sue whomever they want when they want for alleged violations of the law.
I see a couple problems.
I see a couple problems. What are the illegal acts, who has standing to sue fox for the behavior, quantifying and calculating damages, and what damages /injunctive relief would be appropriate? I think the standing thing is a huge problem. The Supremes have dropped the hammer on members of the general public in that respect.
Yep
I'm a lawyer. Standing is a tough one to get past. FRCP 12(b)(6) is echoing in my head as well.
We could argue that any citizen has standing with regard to the manipulation of elections, but the Supremes routinely refuse to hear those sorts of cases, calling them non-justiciable political disputes.
Even if we could get past the standing issue, on what theory would we recover? No tort comes to mind. That leaves fraud, which is hard to make stick in the best of circumstances. You'd have to prove knowing falsehoods. Spin and omissions won't cut it.
Frankly the way to get fox is for the FCC to enforce its own rules re: public service and the fairness doctrine, which will never happen with a neocon president, and is unlikely to happen in any circumstance.
I'd love nothing more than to tear them a new one, but it's a non-starter legally.

I say screw them
And sue them.
The media elite do not care about black outs, or ratings. They have an ideology just like we do. They will sacrifice money and time to promote it just as we do.
Using the market against those who do not value the market will not work. If their stacks fall the government will just subidize them.
Soon they will regulate the internet. We fight this giant now or it will it will destroy us later

Talk to these former Fox reporters who did
I remembered seeing this a while back. The short version is that these two Fox reporters were told to change a story to make Montsanto BGH seem safer than it actually is. They refused, were fired, and they subsequently sued their former employer. They won initially, but the decision was turned over on appeal. The reason? It wasn't required that the Fox affiliate to follow the FCC's news distortion policy.
And that was about BGH being given to dairy cows. Do you honestly think that if they're willing to lie & distort about our milk they wouldn't about everything else?

Must be nice to not have to actually report the news when you're supposed to.
This is what I am talking about!!!
I am sure we can even bring out disinfrachised fox employees who are sick of the media biased.
This could be huge in educating people and taking back power to force media integrity.
We need to do it in a bipartisan manner. With large support base. American need to unite and take the power back
There is a Class Action Lawsuit

I am serious
Is there a reason we can not hold them liable for mis represnting facts and not having equal coverage?
Maybe we could use John Edwards' law firm and really stick it to them.
I agree
Fraud, false advertising, deceiving the public, attempting to steer elections and public policy.
