Federal Framework Being Set Up To Arrest Sheriffs

Federal Framework Being Set Up To Arrest Sheriffs

Colorado, and apparently Texas (next) are being targeted with an attempt to set up a federal authority framework that will enable Secret Service agents (not just those guarding the president), and others of the U.S. Secret Service including uniformed division officers, physical security technicians and specialists, and other ‘special officers’, to arrest and remove an elected sheriff for refusing to enforce the law (or anyone breaking the law).

The law is the constitution.

Everything else is statutory fraud.

This isn't going anywhere.

This isn't going anywhere. They'd be a general revolt if this was pushed too hard.

What you are seeing is Marxists and foreigners who have no idea, and I mean ZERO idea, of how our government works. This is an opportunity to educate and support more Sheriff organizations.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Why these two states I wonder?

Answer:

Texas in a big 2nd Amendment state with 5090 FFLs, and Colorado just legalized marijuana. The government hates Liberty.

none of this matters really...

if the fed gvt. goes tyrannical, the pressure point will be at the state governors level. If the governor(s) cave in, then all bets are off.

The sherrifs that will join the citizen's, because they know that even if 3 or 4 percent of american citizens resist...it is all over for the feds.

Silly notion that the fed gvt will impose tyranny. It will be a massive fail.

Who would carry out the orders? The cops? The DHS? Ha...it would take a week or two and when all those cops and DHS start coming back in plastic bags..the rest will bug out. Did you see how the cops reacted during the LA riots? They chikenshitted themselves out of danger.

Give them

the strength to stand up and stand firm.

read the bill.

Here is the summary of the bill in CO

http://www.legispeak.com/bill/2013/sb13-013

Gives secret service agents "limited" peace officer authority while working in Colorado.

Can some one please point out where in the bill their limited powers are defined. That way we can see if they have to power to arrest Sheriffs.

Let's see how many sheriffs

have Federal agents in Jail.

While I disagree with intent of the law and oppose it...

I'd sure as hell get a kick out of watching them haul Joe Arpaio away.

It would be hilarious to see these jackbooted thugs going after each other, albeit for the wrong reasons.
