Tomorrow is the deadline...
Remind your fellow Californians. Get them registration forms and offer to deliver it directly to the County Clerk's office if you can. Let them know that registering online is not going to cut it, because you still have to mail in a signature! Registering in person is the best way to ensure you've made the deadline, but the rule is your registration must be postmarked by the 22nd.

Cali is a HUGE state for the primaries. We have a ton of potential here for a good showing but we need registered Republicans to vote!

"Tuesday 1/22: Deadline for CA Voter Registration"
As noted above, the "official" deadline is today (1/21), but due to MLK holiday, the actual deadline is tomorrow, Tuesday 1/22. That means your voter registration MUST be postmarked with tomorrow's date at the latest.
Be timely! If you drop your voter registration card in the mailbox tomorrow evening, after the last mail pick-up, then it will not be postmarked by the deadline date!!

Voter Reg Cards at Post Office
Stop in to your local post office -- they should have them available.
Even though many post offices are closed today due to MLK day, often times their lobbies are still open and accessible; you will likely find cards there, ready and waiting for you to exercise your civic duty! :)
Some other places may also have them, such as UPS/Postal Annex locations or other local merchants.
How to register
go to the post office, get a registration form, fill it out, and either put it in the mail, or prefereably take it to the county register.
It must be postmarked today. Keep your stub.
