The Liberty Movement is Dead

It's gone. It died when Ron Paul left.

I guess we are going to scatter into an abyss of conspiracy theory and heresay.

This site has lost its way.

Obama, Monsanto and the Banks are winning.

Something big needs to happen.

Where the hell is Ron Paul?

That is all...

Dr. Paul is

... RIGHT HERE !!!!

He is within all of us
The spirit of LIBERTY is within all of us. Some people have forgotten, some have retired some have given up or joined the other side. Others have traded there liberty for some safety and security.
Still others have declared liberty dead for all time and surrendered to the powers that be. Other have simply gone quietly into the night.

So long as I have breath and body so long as LIBERTY lives in my spirit I WILL NOT GIVE UP !!!

"These are the times that try men's souls."

I will not equivocate — I will not excuse — I will not retreat a single inch — AND I WILL BE HEARD.

Better to die on our feet then live on our knees ! AMEN !

Life is a sexually transmitted disease with a 100% fatality rate.
Don't Give me Liberty, I'll get up and get it myself!

thanks to the internet

New people are discovering the truth everyday. Not just because people are saying it, but because it is easily verifiable. We are all so interconnected. Not only the fed has a website but the CFR, the bilderburg... You want to know what petrodollar is? Google it, or even worse, type the word into a YouTube search engine! You want to know who are the members of the CFR??? Wikipedia!!! How bout the honorary lifetime chairman? Same website! The bilderbergers didnt even want us to know they existed! Now they publish their guest lists. Now is the time to preach! To get the word out!!!!

It's bigger and better than ever! I meet more and more people every day that are busting out of the egg and have hatched.

Get some fresh air and spread the good news! We're here to stay!

The World is my country, all mankind is my brethren, to do good is my religion.

My reflex reaction to "the

My reflex reaction to "the liberty movement is dead", would like a word with you, barring that

Liberty is liberty, you either have or you dont, its part of you, you know its their, the fact you ask that question......well, i just leave those thoughts unsaid

Then again, maybe you do believe and are trying to shake things up, all i can say, not cool

Ron awakened many people, those he awakened will forever be gratefull for it, do we need a centralised figure, in this day and age, maybe......does that mean liberty is dead without one in our hearts and souls?

There are separate currents

1. Libertarian party and Constitutionalists are still in existence.

2. The correct heir of von Mises, George Reisman, is teaching his advanced version of Austrian economics bundled with Ayn Rand philosophy of liberty to PhD students and others.

3. Readership of Ayn Rand by general public is stable.

4. Our (RP) folks are still here. Many simply do not want to stick with DP that was taken over by anarchists, populists and conspiracy theorists.

Ron Paul never left the Liberty movement. He left Congress. And Congress certainly is NOT the Liberty movement.

Whoever said that this was going to be easy?

That wasn't part of the deal. We took the red pill remember? All that Ron Paul promised us was the truth, nothing more.

70 million NEW gun owners since obombya...

took office tells me the Liberty "movement" is NOT dead!

you don't have a clue to what you are talking about and you may just be a disinfo troll, for that matter, seeking to plant false idealologies...

read my 1st statement again...

the Liberty movement may be "dead" inside of you but its NOT dead in America!

its 'cos I owe ya, my young friend...
Rockin' the FREE world in Tennessee since 1957!
9/11 Truth.

If you would like to get organized

be at the next Oak Roots Club meeting.

Otherwise please... stop complaining. If someone offers you a solution at least take a look at it. Thanks.

actually, if you'd STUDY history...

You'd be as fired up as I am about the Liberty movement RIGHT NOW....

All the philosophical positions of what it means to be an American Patriot can be found in our objections to so many things, as well as a pattern that demonstrates today's tyrants are no different than the tyrants of the past(nor is their playbook)...

Sure, there is small stuff we can sweat; I can get all tee'd off at humanists, atheists, and the scripturally ignorant or dismissive; but I can ENGAGE them here, and improve my arguments, learn and teach....

Iron sharpeneth Iron on this forum, just pass on the topics you don't like...and don't let the trolls get to you too bad! Our government is a cess pool of immoral persons, engaged in evil; and we're the ONLY game in town....you have the right of free speech, exercise it!!!

Agreed. The Anarchists are dead, not the Liberty Movement.

Iron Sharpens iron. I like it.

You truly are paranoid and delusional...

The comment you responded to never even mentioned anarchists.

Do you check for anarchists under your bed every night?

The things people are usually terrified of are the things they don't understand, your fear is very telling, that and you have repeatedly proven yourself to be ignorant of anarchism in the past.

Go ahead, post another one of your long winded nonsensical diatribes about evil anarchists trying to destroy the liberty movement in response.

As it always does, it will only further demonstrate your ignorance.

People understand you Anarchists just fine.

That's why your ideas are dead and why some of you see the liberty movement as dead. The liberty movement is not dead, but the Anarchist movement is. The only time it had any life (if ever) was when you could hide behind liberty minded people pretending that you want to restore our Republic and defend the Constitution.

Not any more though... Like I said, people understand you Anarchists just fine.

It's about purpose, and an Anarchist doesn't serve the Liberty Movements purpose. They serve their own purpose and are now recognizing that purpose as dead.

You really would be better off advocating violence, because since you can't win the public debate and reject the very concept of government, mob violence is your only chance. (It ALWAYS was your only chance.)

Stop being a coward and hiding behind pacifism. Nobody believes an Anarchist is a pacifist. They're just liars and frauds who don't have a big enough mob to hide in.

Don't "opt out", GET OUT while you can. Put your money where your mouth is and vote with your legs, because that's ultimately what Anarchy is; voting with your legs and running away from one tyrant only to find yourself facing another.

He has a long history of posting random, unsolicited, wrong headed tirades against anarchists in response to comments and threads completely unrelated to anarchism.

As well as a long history of proving he knows absolutely nothing about libertarian anarchism in threads about it, via the same method of windbaggery.

See the minimized comment above my first response, that is what I was replying to, and you can refer to his comment history to understand the full context.

Once a Ron Paul Ideologue,

Once a Ron Paul Ideologue, always a Ron Paul Ideologue.

I don't know what your problem is.

Maybe the "big thing"

that needs to happen is for people to think strategically
on their own and to get off their ass and do something
in the real world about things that matter.

I wholeheartedly agree,

"[...] think strategically [...] and do something in the real world about things that matter."

I wholeheartedly agree, and that's exactly what another Daily Pauler and I are striving to do in our rare spare time.

Guess what, people:

This "revolution" movement (that I personally prefer to see more like a mere restoration, but whatever) is going to bring two separate camps faced with the same challenge of survival:

the unaware legions of dependents of the government - dependents out of complacence, ignorance, stupidity, laziness, indifference, or corruption (or mix thereof);

the camp of people who understand liberty - that would be us all here; and God forbids we're so few of the only remnants out there...

If we're not all sent to camps or to a nuclear hell in handbaskets, liberty should eventually prevail, for only it can work TO BUILD using memory and compassion, and NOT DESTROY.

"Man is but a reed, the most feeble thing in nature, but he is a thinking reed."

It's just that's going to be painful for everybody. And A LOT MORE for some than for others.

As long as there is a desire for liberty

There will be a liberty movement. The fight for liberty did not start with Ron Paul, and it will not end with Ron Paul.

The excitement

Is at a minimum because no elections are going on. Look around you. More and more people are waking up. Rand is bringing OUR ideas into the main stream. Independence media is towering over MSM. We have control of a State seats. We have the side of truth and exposure on our side now.
Wait until this momentum hits in 2014.

Ron brought the Liberty movement together, Rand is expanding the crap out of it! :)
