"A Hopi Elder Speaks" (and a fishy chick comments)

I don't know if a Hopi Elder really said this, but it echoes what is in my heart. There is an "oddity" here for me. For no rational reason there is a sign I am waiting for, and that is "when the Hopi Elders call the Great Ceremony."

"Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.
It is time to speak your Truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader."

Interesting times...

Hold fast to love, stand tall for truth. We ARE the ones we have been waiting for, the instant we choose to be.
This gnawing fear, artfully played upon our trusting minds since we were children, it is nothing but an illusion. The TRUTH is what liberates your mind, and your mind is all that really matters.
Some of us have been, or will go to prison for unjust cause. But we will still have the truth in their prison, so our mind will remain free.

Some of us will die at the hands of ruthless "law enforcement." I can't promise a "great reward in Heaven" but I can promise that wherever you go, we will all be there soon enough. I hope perhaps I will recognize you then, even if I cannot see you now. I would love to shake the hand of every martyr for truth one day. A free mind is not without pain, and standing for truth costs one dearly in a world of illusions. To give one's life to end the illusion is as noble a death as I can imagine.

Be at peace, my friends, no matter what lies ahead. By holding peace in our hearts, we make it grow. By shining the light of truth, we end the darkness of the illusion.

For peace, for love, for truth - NAMASTE'

Wise words! It doesn't really

Wise words! It doesn't really matter who said them. The truth is true we don't need a stamp authority on the truth to recognize it. Although it is kind of cool nostalgic to think of some wise old tribal elder speaking the words.

Hopi Indian Prophecy

I love the native american spirit. This video of a native american storyteller is from 1986 and filmed at an elementary school.

The Federal Reserve Act: Act To provide for the establishment of Federal reserve banks, to furnish an elastic currency, to afford means of rediscounting commercial paper, to establish a more effective supervision of banking in the United States

There is no shelter for evil

"Those who are at peace in their hearts already are in the Great Shelter of Life. There is no shelter for evil. When the Saquahuh (blue Star) Kachina dances in the plaza and removes his mask, the time of the great trial will be here."

"I don't know if a Hopi Elder really said this"

Perhaps I can help.

There is no one body of "Hopi Elders", the villages each have their own body of elders and these are divided into different clans and phratries, each with their own spiritual and literal duties. There also are no "chiefs". Plus over time there have been many charlatans. This however doesn't mean that an old Hopi person isn't an Elder and they are all free to speak their minds.

You might (as Dear Reader) have picked up on the word Namaste and been like hey wait, that's a Hindu term! but this is kinda normal because many Hopi elders have been reaching out to people of ALL RELIGIONS AND TRADITIONS and hippies were among the first to reach back, so all kinds of mysticism got blended right in.

What can I tell you of substance? THIS PIECE HAS BOTH THE FORMAT AND THE CONTENT THAT TELLS ME IT'S LEGIT. THIS CONTENT HAS ONLY ONE SOURCE. IT IS THE PROPHECY ITSELF. And it contains "the message for this age". I tell it a bit different but I have no way to tell you the version I heard and the version I tell is any more or less true or any more or less authoritative.

Now you should also know that this isn't strictly "Hopi Prophecy" anymore because prophecy along with native American spirituality is anything but static, it's happening right now, and the elders of many nations having convened to share prophecy, there is now a massive body of...well...shared prophecy.

So. If I felt there was something wrong with this one I'd tell you but this one, if it's not word-for-word what some old dude up on Mishognowe said, it is the message. It gets a "Sertified by Smudgepot Seal". Which is invisible to most but now you know it's there.

Most of those who think so actually don't and most of those who think sew actually rip.

Just a few more thoughts....

OK so....have to admit, radar was up and I clicked on the link. The intro referred to water and I wanted to find out what kind of water, where it's coming from, what our relationship to it will be and how we will act.

Plus this is not just one prophecy again. A LOT of us are having this and continuing prophecies. They are similar enough to where we feel pretty absolutely dang sure we're seeing the same thing.

1. It's always water on the land. Not from the sky.

2. It's moving in one direction. It's a wave or a river or a tsunami or a very large amount of water headed DOWNSTREAM.

3. This water will sweep away all that we know.

4. Do not attempt to resist the water but rather go with it.

Point 4 is the action directive that is never absent. The fact that I will tell you how to act in water is not only EXACTLY AS I WAS TOLD but it happens to be EXACTLY THE WAY WE TELL YOU HOW TO SHOOT RAPIDS WHEN YOU FALL OUR OF YOUR WHITEWATER RAFTING ADVENTURE TRIP is I think the traditional blending of our wisdom with our land. They are always one and the same or so interconnected as to be effectively so (at an engineering level).

Note that in the above I did not issue the prophecy, I just told you 4 pointers I used to test it. Besides it's "flow" and language which was kinda indeterminate but in this case it supports my basic evaluation.

And no, we don't usually get so ANALYTICAL about prophecy. It sorta matches up or it doesn't. And I guess I'd leave you folks with a CAUTION.

See before internet, this stuff wasn't something you heard unless you had kinda qualified yourself and that's a process that only happens through time and ACTUAL PERSONAL CONTACT. Often we are literally living with the people we share with for days and weeks. Occasionally months and seasons. For noviciates this could be years. Literally years in training. So you'd have this huge CONtEXT to put things in and various smell-tests and a framework of action and perhaps most of all GUIDANCE. From a real living elder that sees you in daily life as well as spiritual duties.

On the internet everything and anything can get tied back to reptilians from the Pliedes system and sunspots and Mayan Calendar which suddenly lost it's appeal is the spiritual freak football of the day but REMAINS AS VALID AS IT EVER WAS.

My advice? Until the water comes, KEEP YOUR FEET ON THE GROUND. That way you will be able to tell what is ungrounded. Now if you don't know how to get your feet on the ground, that isn't something I can tell you on the internet. Again.

For some things you have to be here. And if that's what you feel you need, that's one of the services we can offer.

Oh yeah and don't all charge out and start buying rafts. Honestly, this wave, this river, this thing, honestly? Will it be actual H20? Part of me kinda doubts that. Prophecy puts into words what it "sees". Is this whole thing allegorical? I'll tell you with 100% certainty that there's every CHANCE it will be something other than molecules of two oxygen, one hydrogen. We're telling you how it's gonna ACT and what you can ACT WITH.

Hope that helps.

Been running the river since before I could walk.

My parents used to canoe me around as a baby, I don't remember a time when I did not know how to run a paddle. We took our children to the Snake river as toddlers, taught them how to swim a rapid. It was the perfect spot - big, bouncy compression waves, an eddy that looped nearly to the top of the rapid, and a sandy beach to rest up and picnic on. Thie river does not want to kill me, the river does not want me to fight it, the river does not really even care if I enjoy the swim, the river just is. The rest is my attitude.

Smudge Sert

lol! The Smudge of approval? Thank you. I find it of value!

Love or fear? Choose again with every breath.

yeah that's better branding.

the smudge of approval. lols.

There's this cantankerous old patriot curmudgeon of an inventor I know who also has this ability to just turn on the love and put you in a bubble bath. For years I have called him Uncle Henry because he just so fits into my whole tribal construct and one day he sent me a pic of himself that somebody took. He said he was going for a "look of bemused incredulity" and this pic, he's not only my Uncle Henry, he's like THE WHOLE WORLD'S UNCLE HENRY. One look, bam, that's your uncle, you know it, you know him, you always have and if you didn't now you do.

Kind of like Santa Claus but more palpable and believable.

So for the heck of it I throw his mug up on my food website and put a blurb beneath it, "This Website Is Quality Certified By Uncle Henry".

Now to make a long story longer, one of my initial things with the content of the food book was an experiment in viral marketing and the experiment was simply to find out if content can still win. I piled up the info, threw up like one or two links and just kicked back to wait and see if the world would beat a path to the door of good info.

It did to a very modest but steady effect but the point being I knew I could search for certain key strings to find if the content was being duplicated and I knew that nobody but nobody in the whole universe had the string "quality certified by uncle henry" so that's what I searched for.

I was surprised to find some folks took that brand seriously. "here's some good info, it's certified by uncle henry".

Yeah wow. We just invented a brand. Snapped my fingers and shebang. You know sometimes when I pull these experiments, I learn little things like that...all technique, all mastry, all art and all science still cannot compete with the image of everybody's archetypal Uncle Henry. Know what it teaches me?

That you still want one. An Uncle Henry. You miss family. Know what else I know? And I'm gonna have to drop character for a moment to do this but I know why, in spite of the fact that I keep saying I'm mostly white and that most of my native thing comes from training and not blood, folks keep saying "Smudge is an indian". I know why you loved Russel Means and I know why your hearts leap for joy the first time you hear about Free Lakota Bank and Lakota Nation.

I know why, do you?

So anyways, let's keep the Smudge Of Approval between us. That's a family thang. If Smudge Pot every gains any credibility beyond this movement I'll have lost the credibility of this movement. That moment not having arrived quite yet,

I Smudge Thee.
