Where Did America Go? She's Hiding Out In Mayberry

http://youtu.be/DgFlX3qUkU4

"What happened? Does anybody know? What happened? Where did America Go"

I'll tell you, America is alive in small town USA. Where I live, 'out in the cut' as they say, people mind their own business. In my hometown it's considered rude not to wave at strangers, the new kid in school is everyone's best friend, cops and local politicians are friendly and helpful, and everyone insists the other person go first at a four way stop. You can regularly hear people shooting target practice in their backyard, see people stopped in the road just talking, and anyone will happily give you directions. The town square is filled with antique shops, a coin shop, an old time restaurant, hardware store, and general store. Friday night football is the biggest attraction and we still have a drive in movie theater. I could go on for days but you get the point. Liberty loving Americans still exist and we're scattered in Mayberrys all over America.

If you want a taste of liberty then I recommend getting away from concrete jungles and relocating to the last bit of America left. If we want America back we have to find it first, and I think I'm already there.

Cool Post No. 7

I have told you I travel a lot, and am often in big cities, but when I'm done traveling, I think I want to live in a small town. Preferably near woods. Your town sounds quaint and charming, if I am ever in TN again I will get a hold of you and we can go to the coin shop and be silver sharks :)

That sounds lovely

I've known no other home but here and I don't plan on leaving so if you ever ramble your way to this neck of the woods it would be a pleasure to welcome you and enjoy an old fashioned night on the town.

Until then, time's a wasting

Wow, that is beautiful. And you're lucky, wherever that small

town is you live in. It's funny, people left the small towns for the big cities, and now they are going back to the small towns again.

Beautiful song by the Hag

Beautiful song by the Hag thanks for posting! I don't often listen to country music or the radio for that matter but I hope this tune is all over the airwaves. Small town America is our doomsday seed bank for the rebuilding of society after the SHTF.

He is just one of the best. Such a beautiful voice, and a great

musician too. Not to mention his message.
