Reality Check: Should Libertarians be PRO or ANTI "gun control?"

The declaration of independence states that all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. Among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

The right to exist is clearly stated in the 2nd amendment. The people have the right - the pre-existing right - to bear arms.

After the declaration of independence a constitution was created. Anyone wanting to be a PUBLIC SERVANT had to take an oath (enter into a contract) to obey the rules laid out in the constitution. Nowhere in the constitution does it outline any rules for the PEOPLE.

At what point did "we the people" contract to obey statutes and acts? The FACTS is that congress can ONLY PASS RULES FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. A US citizen is a GovCorp Inc EMPLOYEE. "Gun control" could be a very good thing if people would just wake up to the reality of our 2nd amendment guarantee which is in NO DANGER OF EVER BEING REPEALED BY LAW.

I full support "gun control" and believe there should be strict regulations on PUBLIC SERVANTS that carry a gun while on-duty.

Agree in principle

That there should be strict limitations on what on-duty federal employees can carry in the course of their duties; though they should be allowed to carry whatever they want for personal defense, as we all should be able to.

You're not gonna get a lot of traction on this twist on words, I'm guessing.

Take back the GOP and Restore America Now.

Might want to change......

This in your statement.

Quote: " A US citizen is a GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE." Then people might understand what you are trying to say here.

At least I hope that was an error. :)

Yes that was an error sorry...

changing it now.

A US citizen technically is a US Inc employee. US Inc is not the government - it is managing the emergency for the government - which is currently still "ended sin die"

Don't you find it strange that a constitutionalist like myself would be FOR gun-control?
