Clueless Toomey doesn't know who or what will determine 'severely ill'-thinks "common sense" should be used!

My "common sense" tells me Toomey is dangerously close to being held mentally incompetent for office, never mind 'conservative' Republican. lol.

Common Sense Question: Should anyone who says 'I don't know' 3 times when asked about their legislative bill be allowed to legislate?

For technical reasons, I can't watch the video from CNN. I can only watch videos from YouTube with my browser (want it that way for privacy reasons). In this case, I probably saved myself needless aggravation.

Without a doubt, from the comments it really does appear that Toomey doesn't even know what Schumer included in this bill. Wow! If so, Toomey is a seriously incompetent and dangerous legislator. Link Toomey to Schumer publicly in attempting to neuter the 2nd amendment to the US Constitution.
