Had enough America

Had enough America.

Living under Jewish Talmudic law that governs every aspect of our life.

Luke 3:38
Isaiah 43:3-5

The government

has to keep a steady stream of prisoners coming to support the for profit prisons. Corporations must keep the stockholders happy.

Below is a very good audio clip called

defending the undefendable - The Drug Addict. There are two sides to EVERY argument.

Defending the Undefendable – The Drug Addict

There was a DP post warning us about this a few weeks ago

and I can't find it. It was telling us how the govt. places people to befriend people and get them to give away pills and then offer money for them. It's turning into a common thing to help fill up the prisons. Can anyone find this post?

Big pharma smiles. Trade unions too.

Those who blindly defend labor would not mind to ban eBay or put in jail people who re-sell used products. In their mind, using pre-owned products kills jobs in the same way as new technologies and better machinery do.

He sold to an "injured friend" who

was also an informant. Regardless of how you feel about this it is obvious that the guy is an idiot. What a complete moron.

people are getting arrested for being compassionate...

the guy was clearly doing something to which was acceptable to his consent. you see the police state yet?

heil hitler!

i sell mine all the time...1$ each 1mg

every time i have a pain doctors prescribe me Oxycontin but i don't like taking them so i don't. fortunately i am able to tough it out and understand the negative consequences of taking these pills. You got 5% chance of not being addicted

i rather sell them than one robbing a store or harming people. if you made it legal their would be less crime. If doctors cant keep supplying their customers on demand they need to stop getting people addicted to this shit in the first place.

Iron Paul, what a FOOL you ARE for making this public admission!

You can be pi$$ed off at me all day or all week for me calling you a FOOL, but you ARE...with this comment. Selling narcotics IS a felony and WILL land you in jail or prison, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, if you are caught selling!! The laws vary from state to state. Your personal info online can be traced and you could be put under watch if authorities chose to do so. You can argue about "the authorities" and "who has power" as much as you want, but if you end up in jail, it's gonna be the END of your FREEDOM as you know it!

Also, let's look at your second paragraph (up above). You said "I'd rather sell them than one (person) robbing a store or harming people".
Dude, selling those pills at a buck per mg is "highway robbery" in and of itself. If you have a 5mg pain pill and you sell 8 of them, that is $40 for a mere 8 pills....when at a pharmacy, you can get 150 pills for approximately $40 or less.
You said "They need to stop getting people addicted to this shit in the first place". Yet, you are doing exactly what the doctors are doing; supplying people with these addictive pills that even YOU won't take....and you are making that HUGE profit!
I am simply pointing out some facts to you, Paul. I am not your enemy by any means and I do NOT want to see you end up in jail, man.

Robby Lane

i consent to what (I) believe in. don't force me to consent

into your ideology. they come get me i am waiting!

the probabilities of that happening are zero. i have been there done that and understand the system than most politicians...

Absolutely they are cheaper prescribe but if the doctors stops the prescription it becomes a nasty world for those individuals.

if you google the street prices usually the more you buy the cheaper they get...if you buy 20 you probably get them at 0.50 a mg and so on....

i guess you miss the whole point, doctors should not prescribe this crap since society is stuck taking care of them. Authorities are to dumb in understanding this...remember stick with your circle...i have closed off outsiders many years ago.Decisions decisions decisions!

i understand where your coming from just different views for the same result.

Peace Buddy!

Note: i don't sell drugs lol

What is unbelievable? He

What is unbelievable? He makes parole the first time it comes up and spends the next 20 years paying monthly parole fee's.

Wake up he is one of millions in this exact same boat.

All this could have been avoided if he simply paid the system upfront (spent thousands on lawyers). Pay now or pay later.

Either way we have the best Justice money can buy and it certainly is for sale.

Fantastic example of The Law... PERVERTED, is it not?

Fantastic example of The Law... PERVERTED, is it not?

I think go213mph and JackieK could share their comments below with those prosecutors and judges and ask them (kindly) to reconsider their views on today's balance of justice as opposed to what (maybe?) it ought to be instead.

Oh, sure! no genius here, but it really doesn't take one, to foresee what sort of likely answer go213mph and JackieK would get from them:

"well, but you see, in the best interest of society, it's more complicated to handle than that, hence the seriousness of this case of drug reselling, and that's how we know this law's response is the right way to punish, blah, blah, etc"

And, well, very fine, here's the rebuttal I'd propose go213mph and JackieK to use, then, TO SHUT THEM UP - it's pretty terse, as a one liner:

"Oh yeah, DO YOU, you know what's best? So, just tell us, then: of what KIND are you exactly - SUPERMEN?"

along with cordially inviting the "lawmen" to a quick and easy read for themselves of some elaboration - barely longer - on where our Daily Paulers' rebuttal is ACTUALLY getting to... EXACTLY :

The Fallacy of the Superman Idea

[ posted @ http://www.dailypaul.com/277502/the-utter-fallacy-of-the-sup... ]

Then, the "lawmen" / "supermen" would think... more than twice... next time, before serving that flavor of the usual statist B.S. they've been trained with.

I don't see what's so unbelievable about this being the USA has very strict drug laws? This father of three knew he was breaking the law, so I don't see how this is "unbeleivable".

You can't even give unused drugs away.. you can't give asperin..

What if the person who received the drugs died from them.. bad reaction.. then what? Is that how he was busted? Someone he SOLD his old drugs to get sick, go to the hospital, told where he got the drugs that made him sick?

And why is being a FATHER so important in this kind of story where the adult prooves he's either really stupid, or the kind of criminal that stands behind kids as a shird to cover for his behavior?

I'm sorry for the kids and the Mom, grandparents and while I don't agree with the terms of justice.. 25 years is why I think someone got hurt and he has no money to pay for the damages.. so much for the kids, wife and his furture... he wasn't right, but that doesn't make the punishment right.. two wrongs are adding up to more wrongs.. for this I am sorry.. hope I can help change laws to be more just.

Don't forget, Rand Paul is trying to stop this kind of

judicial overkill. It was in the news all week. I thought you would stand with Rand on this topic.

Absolutly I stand with Rand in this

The sentance is wrong.. I said that.. but that's no excuse for the "Dad" being stupid (and possibly hurting someone and how he was caught). How was he caught?

Like you, I was incensed

Like you, I was incensed about the "father of three" slant in the headline. I don't believe being a parent makes you more important than non-parents. In fact, many parents I find unbearably thoughtless and completely willing to infringe on the rights of others for their "family". Evolution has formed some real jerks.

Losing your father to the

Losing your father to the prison system for 25 years will have a huge negative effect on the children I'm assuming. Seems to me a huge waste to destroy this family for a non-crime.

Parents are given all kinds

Parents are given all kinds of preferential treatment compared to non-parents. I've seen this in the workforce (back when I was an employee) for many years.

I think

the parent aspect comes into play when you think about what you would do, good or bad, to feed your children.. or your beloved dogs for that matter.. far be it from me to cast the first stone in any case.

People get less time in prison for selling street drugs made from draino, tinfoil, acetone and who knows what all so at the very least the punishment should fit the crime. He wasn't sitting on their chest and pouring them down their throat, was he?. There is no way that man should have been sentenced to 25 years in prison.. no way, no how.

If anything he should have been sentenced to 25 years to life of being a good husband to his wife and a good father to his children with no time off for good behavior.

Didn't the article say that it was an "injured friend who just happened to be a police informant.. was the "friend" caught with the pills and rolled over to get out of trouble or was he already a police informant who set his this guy up? I am curious..

Daughter of 1776 American Revolutionists

If it was a set up

Then it has to be some kind of personal vendetta, because just as you said.. folks selling draino, tinfoil. etc.. get less time (sometimes which is part of the problem is these unjust sentances)

I don't se where he was a good husband or father, or what that has to do with what he did. Ok a good Dad did a dumb illegal thing.. the point is still about the unjust sentance..

Dad/husband.. makes no difference.. what he did was wrong and stupid but the time he's getting is also criminal. I apologise for not making that clear in my post. I think he sold it to someone who became sick from it and had no choice but to report it.

On a personal note.. I'm "allergic" to opiates.. I was lucky that I found out when I was in a hospital.. I became the Exorcist on deladid.. gosh was I sick.. now if I had hurt myself.. a friend offered me a pain killer, I took that and did not know I am not compatible.. I go to the doctor.. they find out I have this unprescribed medication making me sick.. they want to know where I got it.. to me.. something like that is what happened.. Thank God it wasn't one of his kids.. ir they died.. selling/giving away prescription drugs is not only illegal, but wrong.

So many folks here go off about vaccinations being bad,, and living a healthy life.. why is selling prescription drugs ok?

None the less.. the sentance is too long.. the time for the crime is also criminal.

One of many ways our country

One of many ways our country is destroying itself from within.

I still can't figure out whats wrong with wanting to feel good?

My wife has crohns disease and for 15 years she was prescribed lortab, 3 per day. She doesn't drink or use other drugs and the lortab made her happy and managed her pain...for 15 years. Now she is denied them. She lives in pain 24/7. When the pain is unbearable she is told by her doctor to go to the ER. She has been to the ER 9 times in the last 12 months. They shoot her up with morphine or dilaudid and then send her home with 15 lortab. Shes 54 years old and cannot for the life of her understand why she is being forced to live in pain when we know exactly how to manage her pain.

If I had a friend who had extra pain pills I would buy them for her. Anyone that had to watch their wife crawl around on the floor because her bones ache and all the adhesions from surgery keep her stomach in knots all the time would do the same. I've tried to get her to smoke weed but she won't...but of course the State says even natural plants that help people are illegal too.

That sounds absolutely horrible and I am so sorry for your wife. My husband suffers from chronic back pain and when he was seeing a doctor for cortisone injections they would treat him like some low life junkie and make him piss test at every doctor's appointment because he told them he used marijuana to help with pain management. Eventually he got so fed up with it he told them they could stick it and we've been managing the pain more effectively with diet changes, stretching exercises, therapeutic massage, and chiropractor visits for the really bad days.

I'm not sure if it would help, but I know there are some people who have gotten relief from their debilitating pain due to crohn's by eliminating grains and doing a primal/paleo diet. I sincerely hope y'all can find something to alleviate her pain. I know it's not easy watching a spouse suffer and then be treated so flippantly by medical professionals.

I'm reaching up and reaching out.
I'm reaching for the random or what ever will bewilder me.
And following our will and wind we may just go where no one's been.
We'll ride the spiral to the end and may just go where no one's been.
Spiral out.

It's cruel what the drug

war does to people in chronic pain.

Defend Liberty!

It's All about The Seen Vs. The Unseen

One can see and quantify the overdose deaths. One cannot, on the other hand, quantify all the pain and suffering denied to those in need of the medication.

It's similar to guns. One can see and quantify the dead bodies from gun shootings. One cannot, on the other hand, quantify the carnage that private gun ownership deters.

Yes, good point. this also.

Yes, good point. this also.

Just as with the Broken Window fallacy that can be in many domains, be it justice or economics or what else, it's indeed also about That Which is Seen, and That Which is not Seen:
