On the war on raw milk (help a liberty brother out!)

Ron Paul has said before how he thinks people should be able to drink raw milk. A number of people are currently asking me about how the government denies this liberty...

What links on the internet would best show how gov't does not allow this?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Montana tried: The House voted FOR raw milk 96-3, Senate killed

Senate revives, then kills bill allowing sale of raw milk in Montana
4-18-13

In its original form, HB574 would have allowed owners of small dairy herds to sell raw milk directly to consumers. Current Montana law forbids selling milk in Montana that is not pasteurized. [emphasis mine]

The Montana House passed the bill 96-3 last month, but the Senate Agriculture Committee made substantial changes to the bill. It said anyone selling raw milk would have to meet the “Grade A” standards of larger dairies, that anyone buying milk from a smaller herd would have to own a share of the cow, goat or sheep, and that anyone harmed by consuming raw milk could not hold the state liable.

The liability exemption for the state required a two-thirds majority of both the House and Senate for the bill to advance. Thursday’s vote for the bill in the Senate was 32-17 — one vote short of what was needed.

Many thanks!

It's quick, cooperative help like this that really does wonders for the spreading and articulation of the liberty message.

Y'all rock.

This ought to do it for you

Massachusetts current law states that raw dairy can ONLY be sold at the farm and can't be sold in stores. That restricts access and makes the milk more expensive by adding distance from the city-living milk drinker.

If this piece doesn't wake them up, perhaps nothing will:
