Yeah and everyone loves it.

The dopes that make up the bulk of our country don't believe their rights could ever be taken from them.
It is only the terrorists that get this treatment.

What makes This guy any different that Timothy McVeigh or The Holmes guy from the Colorado theater shooting.
They got/getting trials.

This guy is a naturalized citizen, so he has no rights.

Let this be lesson to the Latino population!
Your citizenship is not equal to mine!

"Never let a good crisis go to waste" ...

... whether this was a false flag or a real event, the tyrant class has laid their cards on the table.

Remember when Georgie Bush was in office and he/his handlers made the argument that "enemy combatants" were some sort of new class of "persons" such that constitutional rights (or even fundamental rights) do not apply? No charges. No trials. No evidence. Just lock 'em up and torture at will.

Remember that? And remember how libertarians said this is a bad road to go down because the next step would be for statists to start claiming that such treatment was also good for Americans who "did really bad stuff?"

And remember the howls from the tyrant class enablers who said pooh, pooh, whatcha gonna do? Such things would NEEEEEVER EEEEEVER happen in ... AMERUCKU!

Well, now we have it. No Miranda warning means that any charges will have to be thrown out. Now, I am not so naive as to think that any judge is going to have the balls to throw out this case on that issue, but the US Supremes have been showing some backbone here and there lately, and that includes Miranda stuff. So, this is a sticky wicket they have created for themselves, and they have now admitted that they did it ON PURPOSE.

So ... the drum beat will begin that anybody who does such a horrible thing HAS NO RIGHTS, THE CONSTITUTION BE DAMNED ... and we will see just how damn stupid Americans really are these days, as they willingly give up THEIR OWN rights for a little (perceived, non-existent) security.

Day before yesterday on Hannity's radio show

some statist guest said since this was a terrorist act, whoever is arrested should be taken to GTIMO and renditioned. Terrorists have no rights.

He also said that terrorists "hated us because of our freedoms, they just don't like us"

Yesterday some FOX reporter on hannity (Griffin someone) said he was PART OF THE 100MPH high speed chase Thursday night, DRIVING his RENTAL CAR, (he said he had a line of cop cars in front of him and a line in back of him...all going 100MPH) WTF? Since when is a REPORTER in a RENTAL CAR part of a possee???

"For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed." ~ John F. Kennedy

I cant believe what I am

I cant believe what I am reading here, that because this guy is an alleged(thats right....neither you nor I have seen any evidence other than he was at the marathon) terrorist that it is ok to deny him miranda rights? I am fairly sure the guy is guilty of something...but maybe thats just the MSM brainwashing talking. This is exactly what we were protesting in the NDAA....indefinate detention undeterrorist allegations and being denied due process. Miranda rights...the right to see a lawyer is part of due process....the guy is an American citizen. Even if he wasnt an American citizen the constitution covers EVERYONE in the US, citizen or not. I cant believe any liberty loving person would ever approve of taking away someones rights because they are accused of terrorism. Hell I even read a story this morning the day after the attack that the guy was acting perfectly normal....for all we know we have two immigrants from a country known for terrorism that TPTB found on surveilance footage and decided to pin it on them, now I dont believe thats what happened....I am just saying that none of us know what happened or if this guy is responsible...that for a jury to decide. You should be ashamed of yourselves. "terorists dont deserve rights" whatever...what happens when its YOU they are calling a terrorist?

I'm not saying this or that.

I'm not saying this or that. However...they did take him alive when they could have shot him dead. All speculation aside, if this kid did in fact do these awful things...perhaps they would like to interrogate him before an attorney gets in their way. I'm pretty sure that since he is an American, on American soil, and alive, he will get his due process after they get him to talk.

MSNBC reporting that he should cooperate with investigators

because of the abundance of damning evidence they have. Everything from video proof to the pressure cooker and bombs thrown from the car. Anyone besides MSNBC see this evidence?

It is not our "right" to see

It is not our "right" to see all the evidence. This is an investigation.

I don't think I've seen any evidence except that they were

probably at the race. Are you saying MSNBC does have a right to see evidence but not us? (if in fact they have seen anything "damning")

"When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know Peace." - Jimi Hendrix

Did MSM have the evidence. I

Did MSM have the evidence. I believe they were just reporting what was confirmed.

Hearsay, in other words?

Thanks.

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

It is not the right of every

It is not the right of every American to see evidence.

That's not the significant reason

The significant reason is they only were suspects, and they didn't have an arrest warrant.

see:
http://www.dailypaul.com/282656/where-is-the-arrest-warrant-...

The shot the two suspects and shut down the entire city of Boston.

And they didn't even have any arrest warrants. They had "suspects".

That's a complete violation of due process not to go to a judge with your evidence to get an arrest warrant. And that is why some politicians want to shovel this away as "enemy combatants".

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

?????

They assassinated an officer, were firing shots at officers and throwing IEDs out of a stolen car's window. The dead brother ran at the officers and blew himself up. I don't think they were suspects anymore.

They carjacked someone,

They carjacked someone, killed an officer and stole his gun and when the cops tried to arrest them they shot at them...injuring another cop, and threw a pressure cooker at them. I don't think this was an issue of due process.

They were suspects that car-jacked and things took off from

there.

Good lord! Our populists are true progressives.

If they studied Libertarians (even anarcho-capitalist ones, Alex Jones is not a Libertarian), they should know that Miranda Rights is against justice and meant for lawyers mafia purposes.

Besides...do they have to

Besides...do they have to read him his right before taking him to the hospital? I don't think so.

Does this mean

They can legally torture a confession out of him?

Giuliani actually has a good point: They may not even want to use whatever he says against him in court.

I think it was the right move by law enforcement to exclude

Miranda. Terrorists don't deserve rights. Nevertheless, he will get due process unless he dies.

Innocent

Until proven guilty.

Yes...but don't you think

Yes...but don't you think that law enforcement has the right to protect themselves? If the story deems true...these cops were in a very dangerous situation.

Cops are always in dangerous situations.

This guy is a U.S. citizen and he has the same rights as you and I have. If he loses them, so do we.

You guys...these two brothers

You guys...these two brothers just may have killed people and injured hundreds...

So anyone not screaming false

So anyone not screaming false flag gets a down vote.

They may have indeed.

If they did, the evidence will prove it.

From ABC News

"A senior Justice Department official told ABC News that federal law enforcement officials are invoking the public safety exception to the Miranda rights, so that Tsarnaev will be questioned immediately without having Miranda rights issued to him.

The federal government's high value detainee interrogation group will be responsible for questioning him."

First Press Conference

...I thought I distinctly heard the FBI lead investigator say that it was a CRIMINAL investigation.

Public Safety Act Obama signed

Will be read rights 48 hrs. or later. They try to get them to talk first. If they don't talk, no telling how long before they will read them to him.

Yes. I'm sure he will get his

Yes. I'm sure he will get his due process after they get some intel. It would be nice to get some answers from him without some over payed attorney in the way.
