Obama admin denied 19 year old Dzhokhar Miranda rights: CIA, FBI interrogation and no attorney

"The Obama administration has decreed that Dzhokhar will be denied his Miranda rights, allowing CIA, FBI and military interrogators to question him without the presence of an attorney, thereby further limiting any information surfacing outside of what is vetted by the government and its intelligence agencies."

So now the media-government scripted version will be all we know.
But let us all remember that the people were told before the explosions:
"Stay calm this is just a drill."

And I also ask why were these two boys just standing around a bomb site and not fleeing for their lives? Why stay there and wait?

BOTH still have backpacks before blast.

Emergency doctor says dead 26 year old suspect had multiple gun shot wounds (more than he could count) and SHRAPNEL wounds to torso. Listen from 1:24

Why am I not surprised...

that he is in Israeli medical custody at this point?

Yes, a team of Israeli doctors who can, and will, do whatever they please with young Dzokhar. They are keeping all their "medical" treatment as a secret from the media, and have conveniently announced that he will likely never speak again. Even if they spare his life, he will likely end up something like this:

this man is NOT the governor of NEVADA

It is misleading to suggest he is. You do a great disservice to the members here w this misinformation.

I think they were going to

I think they were going to charge him today. I believe when he is formally charged, he will be given his due process.

If there were no

Miranda warnings before any kind of interrogation took place, the whole case will be (should be) thrown out of court.

Maybe that's the plan?

Public safety exception

Public safety exception.

The whole point in giving someone their MIRANDA RIGHTS is

so they KNOW they have the "right to remain silent" and the "right to have an attorney".

If they didn't do it, then, give him his rights afterwards, then, it is null & void. The whole point is to do it BEFORE they take testimony.

My question is this-----WHERE THE H---LL WAS HIS FATHER??~!!!

Did the FBI prevent him from seeing his son?

Obama Signs 2013 NDAA: May Still Arrest, Detain Citizens Without

charge. http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/constitution/item/14120...

"On Wednesday, January 2, 2013, President Barack Obama did what constitutionalists and civil libertarians knew he would do: He signed into law the renewal of his power to apprehend and detain Americans indefinitely on no more authority than his own suspicion of their complicity with enemies in the “War on Terror.”

That would be anyone labelled terrorist can be arrested without a warrant, detained indefinitely without access to a lawyer...
