2009 Deportation Failure - A Violation of Federal LawSubmitted by FreedomFighter on Mon, 04/22/2013 - 11:22
According to this article the older brother was convicted of a crime which should have resulted in his deportation. Instead that never happened. That is a violation of federal law which JNap must be held accountable to.
So now we are told that the FBI cleared him in 2011. Surely this conviction was on his record during that process and so yet another chance to deport him is missed. That is a violation of federal law which RMul must be held accountable to.
Are we to believe these are all just failures of an inept government. Or was he "allowed" to stay in the country for other reasons.
We may never know but if we start convicting federal agents for failue to obey the law maybe we can regain some of what we have lost.
