Congressman says FBI failed to 'flag' bomber after Russian tip

US Representative Mike McCaul, Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, said on CNN last Sunday that a "flag" should have been placed on Tamerlan Tsarnaev, after Russian intelligence warned the US that he had been radicalized in recent years.

As reported last week, Russian intelligence told the FBI in 2011 that the Boston bombing suspect, the older of two brothers, was about to travel abroad "to join unspecified underground groups." of course you are right. But the average sheeple will be

slow in coming to terms with the idea that the "government is not your friend." This is important because it is coming from a republican Texas congressman who ordinarily does not make waves. If this gets out and is mainstreamed, it prepares the psyche for a lot of other ugly truths.

There is no way to dismiss McCaul as a "CT-er."

He might be saying this at some risk. Perhaps he is one of the few congressman who loves his wife so they have no compromising photos on him. You know what happens to congressmen who stray off the Indian reservation. We should be mainstreaming this for his protection.
