Their is NO push for Gun Laws

except in Govt. After that was made clear and the gun laws failed they are turning up the propaganda.

Got YouTube! (in 5 segments)

I'm sure someone will post a better resolution, full version soon.

In the mean time, these are the only first full-show clips I could find, for now:

i for one will not contribute to CNBC in anyway

including watching a video on the AR-15 which will surely be full of falseness anyway.

guys if you don't have one

guys if you don't have one you better get it. These rifles are incredibly easy to build. You need at least 15 30 round mags with it. You can buy and 80% finished lower with no registration needed. Just need the trigger control area milled out.

yup, and would you believe one of the better ones are from CA?

I posted this a while back. for those looking into 80% lowers and AK blanks, check these out:

DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a legal advice, but from all publicly available info ATF has ruled several times that ALL private manufacture of NON-NFA (SBR, Suppressors, etc.) items are legal, for PRIVATE personal use. You cannot sell it, but for private use, it's perfectly legal, as far as currently available info suggests.

Even IF so, use at your own peril; among the R3VOL choir this should go without saying, but obviously the whole submitting to statist 'laws' issue aside: you assume full responsibility for manufacturing, liability resulting from it, and the use of it at any stages to prototype as well as the eventual 'final product.'

Ares Armor is a CALIFORNIA vet-owned company; if it's legal in California, it's legal in 49 other states. (I would assume, again check/verify all local 'laws,' use info at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility.)

If you want to know what the tolerances and stress specs, or simply what a complete polymer AR lower looks like for reference and/or comparison, check out these two leading mfg. of polymer AR receivers, the new post-ATF-raid-selloff-Calvary Arms: http://www.gwacsarmory.com/index.html

and New Frontier Armory, out of LV, NV:

Once you have the lower, the rest, as with all AR, you can purchase commercially available components, at any infinite number of available online vendors, like http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/Default.asp

Also, if you're worried about the typical direct impingement gas system of AR 'melting' your lower, while a bit boutique, there are plenty of piston kits and uppers that won't blow gas back down into the lower receiver. Problem solved!

Or, if you actually want to run a gun, that will last practically forever, and will go bang, w/almost every press of the trigger?

Screw all that! Build your own AK from sheet blanks, 100% legally!

Yeager Won't Give Up Fight for Gun Permit

BENTON COUNTY, Tenn. - James Yeager said the suspension of his hand gun carry permit is not only completely pointless but is wasting valuable tax payer dollars.

"If I were gonna harm anyone, why haven't I already done it ? And if I were gonna harm people, I wouldn't use a hand gun. I've got rifles, I've got big rifles. If I were gonna do something really mean I would use those," he said.

Yeager said people are judging him based off a one minute video and not the life he lives. The Tennessee Department of Homeland Security disagreed and feels Yeager is threat to every citizens safety, some residents agree.

on WHAT F'ng ground does DHS delude it has the 'right' to challenge a state agency decision, especially in an area it has ZERO jurisdiction over? Never mind the fact that it's an unconstitutional agency to begin with?

expect more of this BS, now that oBUSHma's congressional efforts to ban guns are for now, done for, he's going after them, administratively via oBUSHmaCare, and high profile cases like Yeager's.

the most hilarious part? while he can't 'legally' conceal carry in TN, as a former cop, Yeager can still carry concealed in EVERY OTHER STATE in the Union!

LOLOL. this is how F'd up 'our' 'laws' are. What a joke!

Brian Sullivan Talks CNBC'S "America's Gun: The Rise Of The AR-15"

Published on Apr 25, 2013

It is both lethal and legal, loved by some and feared by others -- the AR-15 semi-automatic rifle -- seven pounds of metal and plastic that has become a lightning rod in a wrenching national debate over whether such guns belong in civilian hands. The AR-15, with an estimated four million in circulation, has become a symbol of freedom to many of its owners and is now America's most famous, and infamous, firearm. On Thursday, April 25th at 10PM ET/PT, CNBC Prime presents "America's Gun: The Rise of the AR-15," a one-hour documentary reported by Brian Sullivan, that examines the controversy surrounding this high-powered rifle.

I would love to see ALL r3VOL become as proficient as all of the above; hey the 'meek' shall inherit the Earth, no? lol.

Actually, it's not that 'hard'; just a mechanical skill to learn, and are all teachable, to anyone. And, I mean anyone, even with just one arm or in wheelchair:

He makes his case from Constitutional violations POV, Freedom POV (do with your body what you want as long as you don't harm anyone else), moral and financial costs, imprisonment of non-violent offenders, as he states: "lost so many lives, on BOTH sides of the law!", not to mention the fact the availability of drugs are even more ubiquitous than when he began working as an undercover narc, but most of all, from a practical consequentialist POV: it simply does not work!

Great to see Jim coming out very publicly on this issue, considering many of his customers/clients are former and active military and law enforcement and SWAT who are still actively engaged in the Drug War, and most likely still deploy entry techniques, tactics, and skills that he teaches.

But hey, if even 10% of them come away questioning their role (though not likely, but who knows? just may...) during downtime in between sessions shooting sh*t with Yeager, it'd be worth it. 10% is all I ever hope for in my daily drive-by Liberty Proselytization, for anyone whom I come in contact with, too, anyway.

But I've always respected his stance that the same skills should be taught to ALL citizens whether they've ever been, were, are, or are not or were not part of the statist security mechanism, or not.

He elaborates further about Bill of Rights violation in the name of the UnConstitutional Drug War, and critiques the 'Patriot' Act!

For those who may not be familiar, Yeager also publicly endorsed Gary Johnson for Pres (for those who want be made aware, anyway):

though not for RP, at least not publicly. Though he still has some statist tendencies, if Constitutionalist minarchism is as far as he'll go, that's still a gazillion times better than nothing, considering what world he's coming from.

Cheers to Yeager-meister!

Check to see if his classes are coming to a city near you: TacticalResponse.com

PS. "Why should I have to give up MY FREEDOMS, because some dickhead broke the Law!"

Yup, in the simplest terms, I'd say that Yeager's above statement pretty much sums it up.

He also went on to state that while he knows that we will never have 100% freedom under the current legal paradigm, but 100% legalization of ALL drugs, is just one more step toward that end, at least a direction toward a more free society. Along with the fact that he testifies that how many active police, in uniform, agree with him in that regard, privately...something we've ALWAYS known; like all vets who become cannon fodders for banksters' wars, when they've been used by assholes and risked their lives...for nothing, they wake up pretty quickly.

The Tennessee homeboi makes me sooooo proud.

America's Gun: The Rise of the AR-15 | April 25th on CNBC

Published on Apr 4, 2013

It is both legal...and lethal. The AR-15 is seven pounds of steel and plastic that can fire a bullet at roughly three thousand feet per second. To some, it's a brilliant piece of engineering and a symbol of one of America's most basic freedoms. To others, the AR-15 is an obscenity, an assault weapon with no justifiable place in civilian hands. And to both sides, the rifle used in the Newtown and Aurora shootings has become a lightning rod in a wrenching debate over what a gun like this is for and whether anyone should have one. CNBC's Brian Sullivan examines the controversy and the rise of the AR-15, the rock star of America's gun industry.

The AR-15 is the most popular, and, some would say, misunderstood, rifle in America: an estimated four million are in circulation. You can even buy one at Walmart, if they're not sold out. It has been used in a number of high profile mass murders, yet it is also the preferred rifle of law-abiding homeowners, hunters, and sport shooters across America.

The AR-15, is perhaps the most beloved, reviled and some say misunderstood gun in the country. It dates back more than fifty years...but it has never been hotter, and more controversial than it is right now.

We wanted to understand the AR-15's immense popularity and go beyond the clichés. In this clip we interview Mike Barr, a dentist from Boynton Beach, Florida. When he isn't drilling a tooth, he's drilling a target, with his AR-15.

AR-15s Flying Off Shelves Amid Gun Control Fears
– 3 hours ago

At the GunRunners Gun Show outside Atlanta, the line stretches out the door and around the corner. Dozens of people are waiting, ready to fork over big bucks for everything from pistols to high capacity magazines.

A gun show, where AR-15s are widely available -- and sell briskly. Here, the hottest seller isn't a shotgun, handgun, or even a pair of Angie Whitaker's .22-caliber bullet casing earrings. It's the AR-15 semiautomatic rifle.

"We probably brought maybe 100 AR-15s with us," said vendor George Mazzant, from On the Square Gun & Pawn. "I'd like to sell half of them, and, I'm sure we will. We've been doing that well every weekend."

Mazzant is running a special, selling Stag Arms AR-15 rifles for $999. It's an offer that's too good for show attendee Ken Farrell to pass up.

"I always wanted one," said Farrell. "I'm getting it now just in case I can't later. Since the rumors of the bans, the prices have skyrocketed."

"When you tell the American public that they're not going to have something, they want it," said Mazzant.

The AR-15 is at the heart of the gun control debate.
