In Boston - Did more people die from a lack of healthcare than from the bomb?

I was thinking about the effects of locking down an entire city. I have read in a few reports that hospitals were inaccessible, but am not sure the extent of this.

If it's true that hospitals were shut down -- even just some of them -- then I can't imagine a scenario where at least 4 people would not have died or run into serious problems as a direct result of the "shelter in place".

If more people died from the policy than from the bomb, it would be all but impossible to defend martial law. Does anyone have any sources or further information on this?
