My answer to the MSM... eww... yeaaah... er... mmm... I'm gonna have to go ahead and sort of disagree with you, there...

Another SPLC hit piece..

Another hit piece by the terrorist organization known as the Southern Poverty Law Center. The only "poverty" there is their extremely poor interpretation of "rights"...

Beware the cult of "government"...

The same SPLC that gives Weathermen leader Bill Ayers

"An Unconditional Embrace"?

Ayers, born in 1944, was raised in a Chicago suburb. He became active in the anti-war leftist group, Students for a Democratic Society, while he was a student at the University of Michigan in the mid- 1960s. In 1969, Ayers helped lead a group that splintered off from SDS, Weatherman (known as the Weathermen). The group set off a number of bombs against U.S. targets in the early 1970s, earning it the label of "domestic terrorist organization" from the FBI.

nothing more insulting than ignorance to his title of Dr.

Lol wow. "With deep ties to the neo-confederate movement" they are really grasping at straws here to try and insult and slander Dr. Paul and Lew. "according to the southern poverty law center. They forgot to mention that the splc is a liberal-progressive propaganda tank. Not only do they flat out lie about the Mises institute, but they also completely miss the point about the civil war... Basically trying to pull the "racist" card without just flat out saying it. Like their trying to call the Mises institute a group of skin heads.

this pissed me off the most. "Furthermore, Paul’s own new organization, the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity, has an advisory board that contains a “bevy of conspiracy theorists, cranks, and apologists for some of the worst regimes on the planet,” according to Daily Beast writer James Kirchik." You have got to be fucking kidding me. What in the hell is up with these people? I don't get it. This is the most slanderous and evil hit piece I think I have ever read.

Homeland security statement: patriotism is now considered terrorism.
I love www.isidewith.com shared it with everyone I know. If anything they realize its not just a red and blue idiot running for reelection.

Ron Paul called it a

a military style occupation because it was a military style occupation? Only the MSM could report what went on in Boston and question someone who called it anything other than a military style occupation.

USA USA USA People were ordered out of their homes with their hands behind their heads by police (protect and serve) dressed like military ninja turtles with tanks (search and destroy). To a citizen, everyone complied. USA USA USA

Ron Paul 2016! Get used to it!

That dude does not bull**** around

That's part of the appeal IMO

The MSM Hates Ron Paul Because He Calls A Spade A Spade

Ron Paul doesn't pull his punches. He tells the truth and we love him for it.

The MSM is the mouth piece for "Statism"

NO! If there's one thing I've learned over the last 6 years...

...it's that Dr. Paul is just never wrong.

Even when I've THOUGHT he was wrong, upon more research I found that he was RIGHT.

Suffice it to say that Ron Paul has FORGOTTEN more than most Americans will ever KNOW.

I STAND STRONG with Dr. Paul and his observation on this is completely correct too.

What is being lost in all this is that if we don't change our policies of killing in the middle east (and the rest of the world as well), we will continue to be terrorized.

I think it's time Uncle Sam cries "UNCLE!"

Either that or things are just going to get worse because everyday we create new radicalized "terrorists" when we kill and maim their children and relatives.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

He stated the truth...so he's gone too far

If that wasn't a military style occupation of an American city, then I don't know what is. I guess you just can't state that fact anywhere.

We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.

-C. S. Lewis

See how they lump everyone into the same column

See how they lump everyone into the same column? Then relate it all too racism? Paul, Rockwell, Greenwald? Typical media tactic. Guilt by association to alleged racists writings by an unknown person without any proof. Then add to the article more alleged conspiracy with 9/11 connections and more racism with allegedly being on the wrong side of the Civil War and throw in Mises Institute for good measure. Just the assumption of such connection by any journalist writing such an article proves there is a hidden agenda. That's not conspiracy, but journalism 101. Anyone who can't read through this needs their head examined. It's rather comical at this point. I can't believe they left out alleged anti-semetic connections! All the while, subliminally, mass control by police and other government forces, infringing upon individual freedoms, is good for you and you better get used to it. That's their real message.

anybody reading the comments???

i'm impressed and a little of my faith in america has been restored

i'm shocked so many see it like we do

how refreshing!!!!!!!!

Apparently, we are the 'overwhelming minority'.
i suppose this is like 'military intelligence' as a classic oxymoronic statement.

The Boston Poster And Kennedy

Well, i'm glad the poster in Boston is IN BOSTON. It's too bad that Boston is now Berlin (circa 1943), instead of Boston (circa 1775). Like I said, I'm glad the poster that is in Boston is IN BOSTON, as i am not.
As far as Kennedy and 'shelter in place' with tanks and MILITARY POLICE, the people in '63 would have immediately risen up against this invasion.
Besides, there weren't so many controlling evil nazis back then. the FBI and the CIA were about all there were. Think about it.
We now have the NSA and the DHS and the TSA and the SPLC (much more powerful now), and even the Forestry Service and NOAA toting weapons, ready for anything (like trying to find a 'lone nut' with a pressure cooker).
When that poster in Boston gets to watch the 'police' give his wife and children anal cavity searches with their police batons, he will try to object, but it will then be too late, as he will be getting his own. I feel sorry for this poster, as he (she) has failed to understand the gravity of the situation.

Sorry, this Is In response To

Yeah, it got posted out of order.
I was responding to THIS:

Vote down!

claimed he was from Boston and was very glad of the police.

My feeling is
The best slaves are those that don't even know they are slaves.

Why was none of this done in Dallas when President Kennedy was shot? I don't remember them locking the city down and going door to door with machine guns pointed at the residents.

The police state went too far

The police state went too far this time, not Ron Paul.

Never be afraid to ask simple questions.

my vote

for comment of the day.

"The two weakest arguments for any issue on the House floor are moral and constitutional"
Ron Paul

i saw that headline earlier today and thought to myself,,,, that's a poor choice of words

i know what he meant,,,, but that doesn't mean joe six pack does,,,,

and today,,,as i said about rand too,,,,,,, with media looking for any ounce of controversy or drama----you must choose your words very, very carefully

he's right,,,, but could've conveyed that idea better!!

"overwhelming minority" oxymoron or just nonsensical phrase?

You gotta love these media zingers. What exactly is an overwhelming minority? Is that like a "scarce majority?"

I'm liking Ron Paul's no holding back hardball he's been playing. Keep it coming, from all of us in the "overwhelming minority" (majority).

People are reading the CSM?

If anybody is curious and hasn't done so already, look up "Christian Science" and its connection to the Christian Science Monitor. This paper was originally put together as a propaganda arm of a faith healing cult that was vying for political influence, run by a crackpot woman who told people never to see a doctor or take medicine, yet herself was addicted to morphine, was attended to by doctors in her old age, and had professional dental work done (all of this against her religion's supposed doctrines).

Why are people reading this hunk of garbage? There was a crazy couple in Philadelphia just recently who let 2 of their children die of curable diseases because they believe the nonsense this paper's parent church propagates.

“My attitude toward progress has passed from antagonism to boredom. I have long ceased to argue with people who prefer Thursday to Wednesday because it is Thursday.” - G.K. Chesterton

Actually, they have some of the best reporting and journalism

They don't go into church stuff or have an agenda in the stories they cover.

Police didn't even find the guy

It took a citizen to find him, even with the 1000s of police officers, military tanks, search dogs, Apache helicopters, they couldn't find the guy.

A great empire, like a great cake, is most easily diminished at the edges. - Ben Franklin

The ridiculous headline...

..shows they are targeting an audience we will not reach anyway.

It's a simple fact: the security services, at best, did nothing.

Dr. Paul only suggests they hindered the finding of the suspect with the 'stay indoors' command.

I'll say the security services hindered the investigations, though one could argue they are just incompetent.

Longtime Internet Poster

Article labeled Ron Paul in the "overwhelming minority'

yet EVERY comment I read was in support of RP. I went through 3 pages of responses and did not see a single one that disagreed with what RP said.

That proves what already know...every American is being labeled a terrorist.

Still visiting and giving msm ratings, I see.

I guess they have to count on somebody [shrug].

DavyC, no hard feelings :-)

"What if the American people learn the truth" - Ron Paul

I still do too because

I operate under the "know the enemy" and what they are saying or doing. Lately, liberty ideals have been getting a bit of good press. It is funny though that most of these people talk like they just thought of it eventhough Dr. Paul and a few others have been ignored for years. But, I'll take any seed of truth about liberty that gets out to the general population.

It is very rare

but I must admit that I do too on occasion. Like you said, it helps to know what we're up against, and it does give some glimmer of hope from time to time.

I was just raggin' on davyC a little :-)

"What if the American people learn the truth" - Ron Paul

I think the MSM

says that every time Ron weighs in. That means he said something intelligent.

I am Ron Paul

Right as Rain

as usual.

Ron Paul is My President
