Augusta, GA -
James Eades of Augusta is charged with obstruction of a police officer, stemming from an incident during Operation Thunder, but he says there is much more to the story than that.

Why be ignorant when you can be in charge?

This video provides all you kneed to know in order to legally refute the unlawful insanity of transportation laws. I highly recommend watching this entire video.

A choice for liberty is always a choice for liberty.

Officers really can't think out of the box any more....

If a person is not willing to open the window all the way and THEY HAVEN"T BEEN CHARGED OF A CRIME...then the officer could have worked around that and gone through the motions and what not...

As a general rule....pulling people over randomly or check points are illegal search in my mind and I would say in violation of our constitutional rights - so they shouldn't even be taking place unless the authorities are looking for a known criminal and cars are slowed and observed....and even then...stopping to check your papers should only take place when there is a reasonable suspicion of something unlawful.

What have our local police become....and extension of the TSA?

That's Bull Schitt!!!
