The movie Logan's Run circa 1976 vs Obamacare 2012, Population Control and Death PanelsSubmitted by joeinmo on Fri, 05/03/2013 - 01:10
After reading portions of Obamacare, it's easy to see the whole thing is about population control and death panels.
The scary part is I only read about 1% of this monstrosity. Basically Obamacare says once you reach your tax paying maximum you are a burden to the government, if you get sick, your care will be limited or (possibly you might catch a super bug during your hospital stay or something similar), how convenient. What better way to rid society of expensive people (old, mentally unfit, handicapped, etc.) who already have paid in all that they can to the government than for them to catch a super bug and die. Right now one of the fastest growing reasons people die in hospitals is from complications from Infections, otherwise known as superbugs like Merca or far worse.
In 1976 a movie came out called Logan's Run, a futuristic look at population control. In the movie, society was limited to a lifespan in a person's twenties. A person was conceived and born artificially, never knowing their parents - the children belonged to everyone or the controlling entity. A round indicator on the palm of each person's hand indicated that person's life stage. Green was young and various colors changed with age, when the indicator hit red, a person's life stage was over, and the person was set for "renewal" aka death as set forth by the controlling entity or the government.
The movie accurately depicts the idea of how Obamacare is implemented and it's end result.
Here is a scene from Logan's Run that depicts how they killed those with the final life stage indicator.
For those of you who remember Farah Fawcett, this was her first movie.
