I like and dislike the new format of customization, but change is good (and for good reasons as said below.)
The only reason why I don't like it is because if it were my decision, I would literally want everyone to be on the, "same page."
Right now it feels just a bit too fragmented here at the Daily Paul in a very general sense of the word. The fabric is still tightly woven, not torn apart in any sense, nothing drastic like that...just different in a way that feels like a, "Big Tent," has been sectioned off (not divided) into, "open but separate," viewing galleries.
We can all still see each other in the room, not even a shouts distance, but it does feel like we're not as close. Just giving my honest opinion. Anyhoo...
So What happened to the Top 10 MVPs?
Can we choose to have or not have that at the top of our customized pages too?
Just wondering. I always looked forward to and enjoyed coming home after work looking at the Top 10 list...I have absolutely zero time in the day to see what's going on at the DP, and it was always kind of like a treat of information at the end of every work day. Some of it was garbage, some of it was gold. That's what made the Top 10 MVP@DP so...popular. Had lots of up votes.
The cream rises to the top, but so does a floating turd in this giant pool of people and information.
Once somebody spots the giant turd bomb floating at the top, everyone wants to get out of the water.
The Top 10 MVPs highlighted the political cream, the media sugar, and the digestive aftermath.
I'm just speculating, but that may be why the Top 10 MVP@DP has been at least paused for now.
