Consider all of this as a respiratory pause, nothing more.

In truth, technically speaking, we've been hijacked in 1913 by NWO banksters, but 'legally' we've been officially a Police State since FDR signed the War Powers Act/National Emergencies Act in 1933, and EVERY SINGLE POTUS since have annually renewed it.

Yup, not much talked about, but not metaphorically, but LITERALLY we've always lived in an official police state/martial law, since 1933. No really, really:

On November 19, 1973, the Special Committee on the Termination of the National Emergency presented Senate Report 93-549 at the first session of the 93rd Congress. The Introduction to the report, an examination of existing War and Emergency Powers Acts, states:

“Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the national emergency proclaimed by President Harry S. Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Richard M. Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971.”[1]

“These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers, ordinarily exercised by the Congress, which affect the lives of American citizens in a host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal Constitutional processes.”[2]

“Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may: seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens.”[3]

“With the melting of the cold war–the developing detente with the Soviet Union and China, the stable truce of over 20 years duration between North and South Korea, and the end of U.S. involvement in the war in Indochina-there is no present need for the United States Government to continue to function under emergency conditions.”

FDR’s Emergency Act has NEVER been rescinded; recently, as predicted, and practiced by every POTUS since FDR, Barack Hussein oBUSHma just renewed it:

State of National Emergency in effect since November 1979

The United States has been in a state of national emergency continuously for over 30 years, since the Carter administration invoked it premised on the “situation in Iran”. In November 2012, President Barack Obama informed Congress that the State of National Emergency in effect since November 14, 1979 will be extended another year.[1] The National Emergencies Act grants various powers to the president during times of emergency,[2] and was intended to prevent a president from declaring a state of emergency of indefinite duration.[3]

To me, yesterday and today were just another act in the theater of the absurd.

Currency collapse is coming, all the while the biggest explosion in technology boom is coinciding with that mess. Graphene/carbon nanotubes, 3D printing, anyone?

Where will all this lead??

How will we all come out? Who knows?

We're in the midst of an epic, epic history in the making.

But I know one thing: develop your own parallel systems of 'thrival' (thrive+survival) because the Ruling Class already has.

IMHO, there's no 'fixing' anything. Stock up, but leave a bit of room for beauty and creativity will ya? lol.

Abstract

The "War Powers Act of 1933" is a name given by some members of the militia and patriot movement to emergency banking legislation passed in 1933 five days after President Roosevelt came into office. It has apparently been so labeled by some because the banking legislation amended the "Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917" in order to give legal underpinning to President Roosevelt's efforts to cope with the banking crisis. It is alleged by its modern-day critics that by that amendment the government in effect declared war on the American people and began a reign of unconstitutional rule through President emergency powers. These allegations overlook the facts that the amendment of the Trading with the Enemy Act has subsequently been repealed, but the powers exercised pursuant to President Roosevelt's proclamation of national emergency have been terminated, and that the President's exercise of emergency powers is now regulated under the "National Emergencies Act."

Senate Report 93-549 was a document issued by the "Special Committee on the Termination of the National Emergency" of the 93rd Congress (Hence the "93" in the name) (1973 to 1975). Its purpose was to discuss and address the 40 year long state of emergency that had been in effect in the United States since 1933. During the continued state of emergency, Congress voted to transfer powers from Congress to the President. The debate to end long-running states of National Emergency was ended in 1976 with the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601-1651), which limits any such declared emergencies to two years.

Emergency Powers Statutes (Senate Report 93-549)

In this 1973 official report, the U.S. Senate admits that the Emergency Powers given to the President under the pretense of the National Emergency of 1933 have remained in force and that the normal function of the Federal government has been suspended.

Twelve years after the worst terrorist attack in American history, President Obama yet again extended his predecessor’s Declaration of National Emergency for another year. The declaration, which was originally put into place on September 14, 2001, was renewed on Tuesday.

“The terrorist threat that led to the declaration on September 14, 2001, of a national emergency continues,” wrote President Obama. “For this reason, I have determined that it is necessary to continue in effect after September 14, 2013, the national emergency with respect to the terrorist threat.”

The powers provided to the executive branch by President George W. Bush’s declaration include the ability to “detain enlisted members of the Coast Guard beyond their terms of enlistment,” “order any enlisted member of the Coast Guard on the retired list to active duty” and “increase the number of members of the armed services on active duty beyond the number for which funds have been appropriated,” according to a report [PDF] by the Congressional Research Service.

National Emergency Powers

were defined in the Civil War. If you actually read the Congressional Record and what is referred to in Executive Orders the claim of authority goes something like this:

1. Civil War precedent for national emergency.
2. Trading with the Enemy Act.
3. National Banking Emergency of 1933.

"The existence of war and the restoration of peace are to be determined by the political department of the government, and such determination is binding and conclusive upon the courts, and deprives the courts of the power of hearing proof and determining as a question of fact either that war exists or has ceased to exist … When the sovereign authority shall choose to bring it into operation, the judicial department must give effect to its will. But until that will shall be expressed, no power of condemnation can exist in the court."

65th Congress, 1st Session Doc. 87 (1917);
(under the section entitled Constitutional Sources of Laws of War, Page 7, Clause II);

“Should the President desire to utilize the services of the Federal courts of the *united States* in promoting this purpose or military undertaking, since these courts derive their jurisdiction from Congress and do not constitute a part of the military establishment, they must secure from Congress the necessary action to confer such
jurisdiction upon said courts."

The Law of Civil Government in Territory Subject to Military Occupation by Military Forces of the United States, published by order of the Secretary of War in 1902, under the heading entitled "The Confiscation of Private Property of Enemies in War. (1902);

"That the district courts of the United States are hereby given jurisdiction to make and enter all such rules as to notice and otherwise; and all such orders and decrees; and to issue such process as may be necessary and proper in the premises to enforce the provisions of this Act."

Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, Sec. 17 (40 Stat. 411,
codified at 12 U.S.C. §95a et seq.) (enacted October 6, 1917);

"Continuing the Regulation of Exports; By virtue of the authority vested in the President by the Constitution and statutes of the United States, including Section 5 (b) of the Act of October 6, 1917, as amended (12 U.S.C. 95a), and in view of the continued existence of the national emergencies...under the authority vested in me as President of the United States by Section 5 (b) of the Act of October 6, 1917, as amended (12 U. S. C. 95a)”

Executive Order No. 11677, issued by President Richard M. Nixon (August 1, 1972);

"As a consequence, a "national emergency" is now a practical necessity in order to carry out what has the regular and normal method of governmental actions. What were intended by Congress as delegations of power to be used only in the most extreme situations, and for the most limited durations, have become everyday powers,
and a state of "emergency" has become a permanent condition."

Attorney General of the United States (May 21, 1973)
(regarding studies undertaken by the Justice Department on the
question of the termination of the standing national emergency);

"(a): The provisions of this Act shall not apply to the following provisions of law, the powers and authorities conferred thereby and actions taken thereunder (1) Section 5 (b) of the Act of October 6, 1917, as amended (1 2 U. S. C. 95a; 50 U. S. C. App. 5b)."

The National Emergencies Act (Pub.L. 94-412, 90 Stat.1255,
codified at 50 U.S.C.§1601-1651)(enacted September14, 1976);

The language of the Congressional Report following Kent State could not be more plain:

"Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency."

How do you think they arrived at that conclusion? They probably actually read the executive orders and Congressional record ...

true. true.

but if so, we may as well go as far back as USA vs US Corp, aka DC Corp like City of London, or even further back to Masonry interplay in the founding of the Republic.

Been following General Clark

for a long time. I keep that memo open on my desktop at home and every time a new situation pops up, my wife looks at me and I just point to the memo and say, "see."

Every-single-country on that memo has been attacked. Call it prophecy or call it strategic: Genenral Clark knew what he was talking about and still does.

Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, Somalia, Iran.

There are US troops on the boarder of Sudan and there are British troops in Somalia right now.

This man said we'd invade 7 countries and it happened.

I'm so sick of talking about this. Something needs to happen.

To wit, the confluence of all of this current historical trajectory of all the jitters, makes Adam Kokesh's March the 'Right' Time, but WRONG TimING...IMO.

I have no answers. Believe me, I truly wish, about 100million Americans simply experienced an instantaneous 100th Monkey Syndrome and Anti-Statist Catharses and all at once, concurrently say "NO thank you. We WILL NOT COMPLY, Ruling Class Motherfcukers!"

LOL.

Too lofty a wish? Saddest thing? It really IS that 'simple': all it takes for the entire world to change is for a critical mass of human souls to simply learn to OWN themselves, and 'get' what that truly means, and say NO to all the aberrant degenerate fools calling themselves 'our' lords.

As, all 'masters' NEED willing, compliant, fearful slaves, more than the slaves need masters. This has always been true, historically. Craziest shiite is, you'd think with almost 10,000yrs of recorded human history available to us, with more info available to humans than at any other time in history, as we know it, at a single mouse-click no less. Yet, most sheeple literally have no clue, they're simply repeating history, again, and the 'creeping tyranny?' Well, it already CREPT UP! And they truly delude we're so special, it cannot happen to a country that's less than 250yrs old??

No doubt, we all know it. Something's gotta give...something's gonna spark all of this, this perfect storm, or perfect human freedoms awareness 100th Monkey Syndrome are both equally primed to be lit... Many of us laid the seeds, hyper planted them since 2007. But when, where or how it will exactly bear fruit? One can get absolutely crazy neurotic, just pondering it.

I'm with ya brother. "Something needs to happen," but what, whom, or in what form, and what guarantee do we have that it'll be better than the current last days of a collapsing empire/my beloved, but dying Republic that we're living through??

That's the real question ain't it? To a peaceful end, self-informing and informing those willing to listen, and leaving 'drive-by' seeds of truth along the way to those unsuspecting is all one can do... and almost let Time and Nature 'incubate,' no?

But, of course, things don't happen by themselves, and if we simply 'let' Time work its course, other factions are certain to influence it toward their favored direction, too.

so...at this point, I'm just staying informed enough to prep, evade, or surf along the tide of history.

Hate the holding pattern, but truly, unless people decide to wake up, and have deeper reasons to stay awake...it's all up in the air, WHEN, or WHAT that "something" will be, IMO.

I pray every single day for a peaceful solution. Am I just being silly??

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

You're not silly.

I remember the first time I listened to Dr. Pieczenik on AJ's show. A complete Reality Check, as Ben Swann would say. Something that strikes me as odd with Pieczenik, though: he's a member of the CFR. If the movers and shakers attend that meeting as well (or their reps), aren't they concerned with Piezcenik going on air with Alex?

Kokesh's situation is tricky: he's actually in compliance with D.C.'s laws, but a lot of those who are armed will get the 12031e check, and probably more. I honestly hope he can catch some positive attention with his march.

"One can get absolutely crazy neurotic, just pondering it."

Yes and yes.

My wife and I are worried about the rest of our family because, honestly, Merc, they-don't-give-a-shit about any of the REAL issues and it KILLS me.

"Nothing's going to happen or else it would have already" is basically what they say. They roll their eyes at Middle Eastern tensions, thinking it's just "those people are crazy over there." I tell them they're acting crazy because we're over there and my mother responded with, "Oh, honey, this has been happening since the beginning of time."

"F**K!" is what I say to myself.

It's sad that we have to "wait" for people to wake up. The solution, like you say, really is that simple and that's why I get frustrated.

You know what I really want to do, Merc? Seriously: I want to slap handcuffs on someone like Eric Holder. I want to tell him he's under arrest for perjury and complicit in trafficking arms to a known terrorist cell/Drug Cartel.

I want justice and I want it served on a cold plate.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

I hear ya,

My wife and I are worried about the rest of our family because, honestly, Merc, they-don't-give-a-shit about any of the REAL issues and it KILLS me.

Yup. Thus, I 'gave up' trying to convince those most closest to me, long ago.

LOL.

Ain't that the case though? It's often those who are most closest to you who are the most reluctant to even hear anything new, from you. Ask any entrepreneurs, they'll most likely agree. Their families were their 'hardest sell.'

Eventually though, when their families see the entrepreneurs' successes, they just go along, because they were already go-along-to-get-along anyway.

I think the problem is, to those like 'us' because family is blood, it's that constant, subconscious 'I'm from the same genetic stock, and I'm able to see reality for what it is now, why can't y'all??'

lol.

For me though, either they see the 'change' in me and learn to deal with it, or I essentially 'make them' accept it by simply ignoring 'their need to have their version of their worldview accepted,' in return. But I do so, lovingly, of course! LOL.

Yup, I've accepted long ago that one can only sow seeds, then move on; as the old saying goes, "When the student is ready, the Teacher shall make himself obvious." Not to say that I'm a 'teacher'-teacher but unless people have deeply rooted internal reasons to want to change, and remain that way, they'll never change.

And, as we all know, one cannot truly force others to change. That's why I call mine 'drive-by truth seeds.' I yap, then move on. When they're ready, hopefully they'll seek out their own answers. Besides, that way they get to 'own' their own personal change.

IMO, it comes down to the 'pride of ownership' in one's own personal changes.

I actually would equate that to the Ron Paul foreign policy: even in cultures where they may have been fighting 1000's of years tribally, they'll immediately band together to fend off foreign invaders, usually. Now, say even if 'we' intervened to bring them 'freedom and democracy,' they'll always be technically 'political vassal states,' like Japan and Germany. They'll never be able to truly say that they did it on their own. Or, fully own their 'independence.' By the simple factual historical fact that no one now knows what would've happened had it not been for those foreign interventionists.

Because obviously, one cannot truly be independent, if you are dependent. Kinda like exposing the fallacy of 'destroying peace to make peace' neocon delusion. You cannot utilize an opposite to maintain what is not. no?

Sadly, despite all the "factual"-this, "evidence"-that, "history"-says-what, in the end, humans are innately subjective creatures. So, applying the never fully existent "objective" reality, rarely works to convince people, unfortunately. Appealing to their subjective wants and needs, in the end, is what humans always seem to respond to, best.

Emotions are what most need fulfilling, not bridges between their neuro-transmitters. lol. I'd submit that often mostly, what counts more is HOW one is communicated to, than WHAT one is communicated to about.

You know what I really want to do, Merc? Seriously: I want to slap handcuffs on someone like Eric Holder. I want to tell him he's under arrest for perjury and complicit in trafficking arms to a known terrorist cell/Drug Cartel.

I would say 'technically' speaking, we the citizenry as sovereigns who delegated our arrest powers upon our public SERVANTS, so that we can go about our lives and not have to chase a-holes down 24-7, you absolutely still have the right to do that.

Except, attempting to do so, would put you in the line of sight of a cadre of brain-dead, brainwashed Praetorian Guards, who'd protect a ruthless, murderous a-hole, who could give two shiites about them, or his own FBI personnel, or anyone else in the Executive Branch 'enforcement' arm.

but alas...

I want justice and I want it served on a cold plate.

Yes siree, as do I: a Nuremberg 2.0 for EVERY SINGLE statist actor scum alive who were complicit in all Corporatist Govt crimes since the 1947 National Security Act has been enacted.

But as always, it always comes down to the question of when's the right time, and what is the right timing, ain't it?

As the Grand Miss of old school libertarian activists Claire Wolfe would say:

"America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards." – 101 Things to Do 'Til the Revolution (1996)

So, what is the next shoe to drop? The waiting & holding pattern continues...

PS. As for Pieczenik, while I do not doubt the veracity of his claims, as they're historically and factually verifiable, for anyone looking or know to research right events, he's a mixed bag. But, not for 'credibility' reasons, but for the very real, 'one creepy scary dude'-factor.

For one, I truly do believe that Steve Pieczenik has got to be one of the scariest dudes alive; and with guys with his past and professional background, no one can ever be certain whether he's a good or a 'badguy,' in the finality; that's a question no one can answer to any real satisfaction, IMO.

But what he does reveal are how the behind the scenes 'State-Craft' people have successfully operated. And, he's revealing, plenty.

All the more unnerving, now, because he's truly ratcheting up his rhetoric:

http://youtu.be/f9IWtN5xO68

http://youtu.be/4OoMHqoaJC8

Will 'they' step up? Time will tell. I truly truly wish this can all be accomplished peacefully. Especially when the bulk of the sheeple populace are so delusional, if what he recommends commences and the spark is lit, post-collapse/ouster, there's no guarantee whether we'll get an American Renaissance or French Revolution 2.0...

Be that as it may, what he specifically says of CFR, I do tend to agree with, from just visibly verifiable public info alone: they've become a useless guild of feckless academics, policy wonks, and country-club-seeking political no-bodies-'self-important in their own bubble of delusions.'

Davos, Bilderberg, Bohemian Grove make more Ruling Class decisions than a decade worth of papers published by CFR. Sure, the CFR proffer their Ruling Class masters' an academic rationale for the naive Boobus Amerikanus. But for anyone researching this issue, what CFR has been about is no longer a mystery. Frankly I think the often almost mythical manner in which the research community spoke of the CFR for so long, has in fact made the CFR members themselves drink their own 'mythical coolness' Kool-Aid. lol.

Of course, that is not to deny that this US arm of Tavistock Inst./roundtable's agenda is what is playing out before us. But at this juncture in history, they really seem irrelevant when their plans have now long been exposed, and their Masters' plans are entropy-ing as we speak, into a more visible ubiquitous policestate: they're like a spent artillery shell. The munition itself is devastating, but the post-fired shell is just an inert hollow tube of metal.

Chalmers Johnson, so often cited by Dr. Paul, who popularized the term "Blow Back" in his works, said this about wanting to quit his own CFR membership, after finding out what they were really about:

In one of my fondest memories of Chalmers and Sheila Johnson at their home with their then Russian blue cats, MITI and MOF, named after the two engines of Japan's political economy -- Chal railed against the journal, Foreign Affairs, which he saw as a clap trap of statist conventionalism. He decided he had had enough of the journal and of the organization that published it, the Council on Foreign Relations. So, Chalmers called the CFR and told the young lady on the phone to cancel his membership.

The lady said, "Professor Johnson, I'm sorry sir. No one cancels their membership in the Council in Foreign Relations. Membership is for life. People are canceled when they die."

Chalmers Johnson, not missing a beat, said "Consider me dead."

YES!!! LOL!

Now, THAT? My kind of a principally consistent academic, who woke the frak up! LOL!

Title: Presidential Emergency Powers: The So-Called "War Powers Act of 1933"

CRS report number: 95-753
Author(s): David M. Ackerman, American Law Division
Date: August 20, 1996

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

Again??

Your evidence is reposting the same thing?

And, even if everything you say is true, it changes zero. Nothing. Even if suddenly a majority of the population suddenly awoke and said "Wow, AnCapMercenary was right, we are in a state of emergency since the 30's". Nothing would happen. That's because it is the results and causation inside your theory that are in question.

Correction, not nothing, a few really angry people would run around ripping gold fringe off of flags and yelling "We're Free!" while claiming they have now magically fixed all our ills.

"In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot."--Mark Twain

This is pointless if you don't (or can't) read:

Again?? Your evidence is reposting the same thing?

Um...yeah, it would be "again??" IF I actually posted the same thing twice, to you, as a reply.

But 'sadly'? No.

Uh, no genius. I updated my previous reply to you, back on to the main thread: I'm not re-posting it, "again??"

You're simply NOT-reading it, "again," for the second time!

LOLOLOL.

Which proves to me that you haven't actually read any of the links in the original thread post, prior to the update, nor the one that you're supposedly replying to, now.

Plus, I actually, clearly post "UPDATE:" to my...er...updates! LOL.

In about 99% of my threads, I do that, just so that people (who even care to) know that my thread's content may have been added or edited, know that in fact, it has actually been changed.

Gotta read first. Gotta read, otherwise, what makes you think you're actually talking TO someone, let alone, an actual back and forth dialog?

Please:

1. Learn what CRS is.
2. Learn what Library of Congress is.
3. Learn what Federal Register is.
4. Learn to hover your mouse cursor over crimson font types as they reveal URLs; psst: one of them even has "treasurey.gov" OMG! Shhhh...don't tell anyone. vewy vewy quietly, now. shhhhhh....

As a rule, I usually don't spoon feed lazy ass people (even those on DP) who cannot even be bothered to use search engines. Now I'm sorry that I broke it.

And, even if everything you say is true, it changes zero. Nothing.

Thanks for finally admitting...without even verifying.

If a stranger were to compare and contrast my reply vs. yours, do you honestly believe they'd weigh your feelings, or my actual, factual links, as to discern who is being more assertively truthful, here?

Frankly, I don't give a frakk what you think, or whether it changes anything. I made no assertions about your feelings, or whether me posting this thread on DailyPaul, "changes" anything.

The real question is, what have you "changed," other than stretch out your obvious mistake of replying to something you had no intention of reading or verifying, for the world to see?

Is anything you're doing now, changing anything, as you're typing?

No?

Do you have some activism project in the works? If so, let us know, despite this exchange, I'd be more than willing to support it, if your cause is worth it. Sincerely.

So do you have a project you're working on, that will "change"...anything??

Yes? No?

Right.

Correction, not nothing, a few really angry people would run around ripping gold fringe off of flags and yelling "We're Free!" while claiming they have now magically fixed all our ills.

Seriously, you really should stop while you're at it.

NONE of this is about admiralty/UCC/"Patriot Myths."

Capice?

These are actual congressional records and analyses provided by Congress' own research & policy arm: the Congressional Research Service, along with Cornell.edu, Treasury.gov, etc.

Nothing would happen. That's because it is the results and causation inside your theory that are in question.

Tsk tsk, now you're getting petty insulting. No need, especially when I'm not the one woefully lacking in logic here.

So... now we're down to arguing actual congressional records as my "theory"??

You know your critique would actually have a bit more weight, if you actually read (or could read) what you were replying to.

So no, I'm not worried about what you 'think' is or is not a relevant "causation inside your theory," because frankly, the 'logic' employed to assert the premise of everything you've raised so far, is in fact questionable, to say the least.

Seriously, how does someone get this vested in 'answering' questions never brought up? Worse, asking others to 'defend' positions they've never advocated?

It's like, dude, seriously, got Debate101 much?

The self-evident point (though, obviously not to you) of my original thread was to simply point out for those who may not be familiar, that America is technically, already a de jure police state, that all this lunacy didn't just happen in the last 10+ yrs.

It was simply to point out that yes, 'we' are 'officially' under a state of "national emergency," a syntax legal-fiction for "martial law," since 1933, when FDR signed and commenced it, and every single subsequent POTUS has renewed it, and oh by the way: you can see the floor clerk on CSPAN reading oBUSHma's words supporting the renewal/continuation of "State of Emergency," aka. police state martial law.

That, was the whole point.

No shiite, what they're doing is UnConstitutional. Of course, it's color of law. Tell me something that most here don't know already, well except you, apparently.

Plus, I supplied actual links to govt's own documents and websites along with wiki links for quick summary...and you think that's not proof, because they're digital PDF's and don't have Xerox copy streaks?

And...you think I should continue to discuss this matter with such person who lacks any semblance of an urge to want to verify...anything, if nothing else, to at least proficiently prove me wrong, let alone engage in an actual adult dialog?

If I wanted empty exchanges devoid of content, context, or commenters who reply with incessantly annoying non-sequiturs and demand I defend a position I never advocated, or 'rebut' with responses devoid of any semblance of the apt commentary on the video or comment in discussion, I'd go on YT comment sections.

You'd actually qualify as an "informed skeptic," IF you were someone whom, while cautious, are actually open-minded enough to look at facts and/or assertions as presented, before adjudicating any opinion.

The mere fact that you actually thought that I was "reposting the same thing?" not only insults my intelligence, it utterly exposes you as nothing but an intellectually lazy person, who doesn't even bother to read what he is responding to, let alone, check out the literature in question with the links provided.

If you don't know if something can or do in fact exist, yet continue to assume it never can exist without ever verifying, you cannot know what you do not know, no?

To rule out things you don't know, then moving on to assume they cannot exist because you don't 'believe' it to be so...has what bearing? Exactly??

Right.

Your a-priori presumption only proves one thing: you're intellectually lazy. So, your ego-save is to redirect to switch to a topic and ask me to defend what I did not assert?

Good luck at NeoCon-fest.

This will be my last reply to you on the matter. Good luck talking to yourself in the mirror, trying to convince the world that you're not too lazy to read even digital copies posted at govt sites, and links provided.

-cheers lad. good weekend.
