Did anyone see Constitution U.S.A. on PBS last night?

It's a new series on PBS called "Constitution USA" with Peter Sagal.

He goes around the country on a Harley (with the words "We the People" painted on the gas tank) and is searching high and low for the Constitution.

I really liked the first episode titled "A More Perfect Union"

THIS is the kind of TV this country should be watching. I recommend it to everyone.

By the way, Rand Paul was featured a few times in this documentary - the only member of congress to have been featured that I noticed.

Here's the trailer...

Humorist P.J. O'Rourke talks about the perils of big government and why the people should be wary of giving leaders at the federal level too much power.

From an objective point of view, Can someone please rate this show in terms of the advancement of the liberty movement vs more state sponsored propaganda?

What This Means

PBS, like any other provider of programming, NEEDS to stay relevant. It cannot afford to lose the Sesame Street crowd for several decades until they have time to watch Frontline specials on best places to retire.

I think they realized that there is a market for programs with "Constitution" in the title, based on the word's popularity on social media. They are trying to be hip, cool, bad, rad, in.

Probably the best thing to do is to watch the show and encourage everyone else to do so. The more the merrier. If it's popular, they will respond to demand and change their tune -- they'll do this even if and especially because they also get public funding. The consumer rules.

Congratulations, everybody. This would not have been possible in 2007 when we all first met!

This is the most convoluted

BS I've read in a while:

Majority Rule Versus Minority Rights

The American system is one of majority rule with minority rights: everyday laws pass with a simple majority vote, but certain fundamental rights protected by the Bill of Rights are not subject to the wishes of the majority.

PBS has to make sure they call it a democracy. What propaganda, all people have individual rights under our republican, rule of law, the United States Constitution system of government.

SERIES PREMIERE: This four-part nonfiction examination of our founding document begins tonight,

If based on part one, this entire series is fiction.

Why? Because I cancelled my Pay-For-Propaganda television service.

I could be wrong, but last

I could be wrong, but last time I checked PBS was free and over the air, not cable.

It gets federal public funding. That's what was meant.
