Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker Leads GOP In TravelSubmitted by Chris Cupacofsky on Mon, 05/13/2013 - 22:40
"undoubtedly running for president."
From www.madison.com :
...“Walker actually tops the field (of likely GOP candidates) in announced events for the month of May with three — in Connecticut, New York and Iowa. The first-term GOP governor elected twice due to an unsuccessful recall is going everywhere — which is smart, because his name barely registers in early polling.”
Of course, Walker still needs to win re-election here in Wisconsin in 2014. Conventional wisdom is that the Democrats’ main case against him will focus on his inability to make good on his promise to create 250,000 jobs in four years.
The more Walker travels and makes clear his national ambitions, the easier it will be for his opponents to argue that he has not focused his attention on growing the state’s economy.
