Alex Jones Vs. William Cooper

When I was 18 I wasn't awake. I followed what ever a Republican said. I argued with every Democrat and claimed Liberals are the only problem. Well... I was wrong. I woke up as soon as a friend of mine gave me a book to read. It was called Behold A Pale Horse. I was shocked what was written in this book. I kept saying to my self, "no way this is true". In the book he does say if only 10 percent of this book is true than we are in trouble. I never even knew who Ron Paul was. After I read the book, I started investigating. I started viewing the web and I finally found Ron Paul... and of course I started to wake up dramatically. I even went & got baptized. It was weird. I started believing in God.

Really what I am trying to say is Cooper is like a Legend to me. With out him, I might have been roaming around like a Neo-Con. Another thing is I wanted to ask you guys something. What is your opinion on Jones & Cooper? I started to find out that Cooper was not a fan of Jones. I started listening to his old radio shows, with interviews with Jones & it didn't seem right. It felt like Cooper didn't like him at all or didn't trust him. Cooper feels genuine to me, even though he did work with bad people in his past. But in today's time, Jones seems like the Cooper now. I want to know if you guys trust Jones? What if Cooper was alive today. Would he be joining with Jones? Would he be telling us, " I told you so"? I am starting to think that maybe Jones isn't all that bad. Maybe, Jones was young and stupid when he first started. I do feel Jones has matured and started to be more real with him self. I don't know why I wrote this but I just wanted to see what you guys think about them two. I don't listen to Jones all that much, but I do every now and then. I just wish there was another Cooper today. Cooper was that type of guy that could get underneath your skin. Anyways. R.I.P. William Cooper.

Jones is a hack, always has

Jones is a hack, always has been, always will be.

I live in Austin, know both Alex and Mike Hanson (his ex videographer)
Alex is worse than Rush Limbaugh on his predictions, and that says a lot since Limbaugh is correct about 50% of the time.

Alex took credit for sneaking into Bohemian Grove when it was actually Mike that did it.

When Joe Campana, (Korean War Veteran) was going to be throw out of his house, it Mike that came to his aid, but Alex tried to take all the credit for helping build the house. Alex didn't lift one hand, paint one item, nothing!

I have done the list before of why people shouldn't believe Alex, or respect him at all. I don't hate on the guy, but I do warn people that Alex Jones will use you at some point if you let him, and not in the good way

The link below

is the only interview of William Cooper by Alex Jones which was recorded in 1998. Listen carefully, do you hear Cooper cussing or Alex Jones cutting him off?

the current day "battle" is...

...prisonplanet and infowars verses the voices on Republic Broadcasting?

This site has taken a leap, carried in a bad way, towards a "radicalized" anti-government anger persona. It gets harder and harder to find good material when we have to sift through so much paranoia and hyperbole and name-calling and tough talk.

We have to identify agitators, look up their membership term, discredit them before we can dismantle their arguments; almost like we'd have to take in two months of Bill Cooper and compare it to two months of AJ...which we don't have time for.

The bottom line is: 100 years into the Federal Reserve System, after several sporadic generations of attacking our moral foundations, we are governed by full blown evil tyrants....this doesn't mean the Creator is NOT on the throne, or that His natural laws and moral absolutes are not binding; saldly though, with Dr. Ron Paul out of the way, anti-religionists in blissful ignorance lacking wisdom and knowledge want to instigate a provocation against this seated government while hiding behind an anonymous screenname!

We need to DO RIGHT, as individuals; not follow "leaders" and voices. I'm personally behind the 8-ball big time, so, maybe I should shut up(because I dug myself deep into this world system and have ensnared myself)....I know AJ puts put typical truthful information that should outrage the average taxpayer/American/constitutionalist etc. etc.; but he also goes overboard and feed his loyal followers because he is in the "infotainment" BUSINESS. Bill Cooper on the other hand is deceased, but his spirit lives on in the voices of many sincere RBN hosts who just want to educate, but they also pepper their disgust by encouraging us to practice self-restraint and moral courage, as not to endanger ourselves and others.

Don't get me wrong, some RBN hosts I won't listen to(although I think they're on our side), others I listen to with one eyebrow raised because they are atheists, who get it, but perhaps think no Divine hand is necessary to unseat evil(or, they personally
don't want to go through the arduous task of searching out the Creator's attributes, will, justice, standards, and readiness to aid down here).

Either way, the prize for us is the Liberty our founders achieved for a short time, through declaring real INDEPENDENCE front tyrannical parent government; which at this point is an accomplishment too far fetched to achieve short of a DIVINE HAND intervening(a military coup, born of righteousness from WITHIN government, that we could all latch onto and support).

But, once again, the peace and prosperity will only last as long as man loves God more than money. We do this for our posterity, not ourselves; and that requires greater maturity, knowledge, understanding, and humility....not indignation and superficial anger by anonymous loudmouths...this is how we got here: For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows 1 Timothy 6:10, but MANY will not accept that truth, because they haven't known or accepted that "all men are created", by a CREATOR....

That's where I'm at, it's not about "the man"; it's about man himself, and the ORDER in the universe, that no man has a right to overthrow, although in his fallen state, he is hellbent to try!

Satan wants God's job, but the position is not available: so it sucks to be him....don't be on his side, he's gonna lose in the end!

you still have Art Bell...he's right there with them....KooKoo, KooKoo...

Kosher Shill. Controlled Resistance.
Cannot be trusted... its a shame

many of his contributors seem ok to me, notably PCR

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

This is apples and oranges.

I too read Cooper's book Behold a Pale Horse, many years ago. It was the first book I read about all this stuff. Shortly after I started listening to Bill's broadcast on the shortwave - The Hour of the Time. It was fascinating and so full of info. And it was clear to me that Bill Cooper cared deeply about his country and wanted to educate people because he felt very strongly that people needed to know the stuff he was talking about. It was NOT about fame or anything else, it was about getting the information out. Bill Cooper became a legend in his own time.

He dug deep and found so much information and started putting the pieces of info together and it really was astonishing how passionate and relentless he was in his pursuit of educating the UNeducated. And no matter how much research he did he always told his listeners to not just take it from him, to do their own research.

He said many times before he died that he expected that he would be sought out and killed. it was just a matter of time. And he was right. His death was tragic - sadistically planned and executed by the Apache County Sheriff's office in Eager, AZ.

I remember the morning of 9-11 like it was yesterday. He did a special broadcast that day. It was long and he provided such critical commentary on the event. He had been speaking about an incident that he would believed would be coming - months earlier - that he knew would happen. He did not know what but he knew the psychopaths who are the globalists,
were planning something BIG - something that would be used to bring their dream of a totalitarian government into gear. And when 9-11 happened he knew right away that this was the event. He called it right away as a controlled demolition. While the world watched ad nauseum to the endless stream of the collapse of the twin towers on the networks, he was wonderful to listen to - calling like it was - a terrible pre planned event.

Please listen to the The Mystery Babylon series. It is just amazing.

Then on the other hand there is Alex Jones. The difference is black and white - in their motivation. I too once listened to him in the beginning and it was basically intolerable. Sure, he provided info but his style, his manner and his ethics were questionable. When he claimed that it was he who first broke the story about 9-11- that it was he who figured it out etc. - well, then it so clear that he was a liar and using Cooper's info for his own gain. To me, that was such a disgrace and I was glad that Bill Cooper called him on it. He said repeatedly that "Alex Jones is a liar and a sensationalist." And I agree because of this particular incident (well and others but that is enough for this post). And besides that, during the time I had listen to Alex Jones it was clear that he was so full of himself and that the fact he broadcast solely on GCN which is owned by Midas Resources (or once was.) If you want to spend some time researching GCN and Midas you will find out info that is not favorable and realize why Alex Jones uses that network and always has - and I believe he still does.

There is more about the alien stuff and other topics that could be written about but that could be another thread. There are tons of youtubes on Bill Cooper.

Bill Cooper was a good man and passionate about his country and educating. I cannot say the same about Alex Jones. My feeling is that he is "protected."

My 2 cents...

Ron Paul is My President

Shortwave radio

and The Hour of the Time

good memories .... My wife thought I was nuts listening in the middle of the night.

the show was worth listening to late at night.

RIP M W Cooper.

Ron Paul is My President

From the money trails I have investigated

Jones is a sold out IzUnReal Zio Oposition mouth piece. The pied pipper. Most of his early work was all stolen from Cooper. For me Jones is a big no go and Cooper was worth a listen but as you pointed out Cooper had a suspect background as well.

Look to nature for truth, plant a seed.

The fact is that A.J would

The fact is that A.J would listen to Bill's shows and then use Bill's content on his own show but claim it was his info and intel not Bill Coopers. A.J to this day still claims he predicted 9-11 although 3 days earlier Bill Cooper predicted it and once again Jones took Bill's info and intel and stated it was his own.

Bill was critical of A.J for these reasons, A.J also gave lots of bad info. During the Y2K scare Jones reported on his radio show that nuclear plants were blowing up and the russians were arming their nuclear weapons and radiation was going to kill people and had people running for the hills. THIS WAS NOT TRUE!

These are just a few examples of why Bill did not trust A.J and for good reason. BTW: Bill cooper was shot on the back entering his home by law enforcement but Jones says hey I'm with the hillbillies and the Bush's and walks right into the Bohemian Grove.

I used to trust Jones until I researched him well, NOW, I no longer trust him at all!

supporters LOVE to forget about the y2k thing. I don't trust him ONE TINY BIT. This link has a lot of good info and sums up how I feel about him.

The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion.
-Thomas Paine

I Trust

Jones. I have nothing against the man. I give the man credit for having the guts to do what he does. Jones just reminds me of some one who is overly passionate, so some people get turned off by it. But you never know. I keep a close eye on him. I research everything he says.

This is very typical of a

This is very typical of a Jones supporter, DOWNVOTING facts and truth about A.J. I challange the downvoters to prove me wrong in any of my statements about Jones. HMMMM no one can prove this worng, it's funny how that can't be done when you use FACTS!

Still no takers? Typical!

Still no takers? Typical as usual!

Stille NOT ONE JONES SUPPORTER can prove me wrong, why is that?

I read "Behold a Pale Horse"

I read "Behold a Pale Horse" in prison. I don't what scared me worse-the possibility of it being true or the thought, if it was not, that there are people that damn crazy running around the world. But seriously, much of what Cooper wrote is plausible. But whenever I start hearing that alien crap, I just can't listen anymore. Who knows? Cointelpro? Nutjob? Entertaining if nothing else.

They Could

Have been giving Cooper some fake documentation. They maybe wanted him to say some of the stuff he said.

Talking about Aliens will turn a lot of people off.
I have been obsessed with Aliens my whole life, just to have my research lead me to the realization that they are propaganda. This is also part of me figuring out God was real.
There is my 2 cents :)

Ron brought the Liberty movement together, Rand is expanding the crap out of it! :)

Try reading

Operation Northwoods and Operation Paperclip...find out who the real sociopaths are among us.

Give yourself some credit.

With out him, I might have been roaming around like a Neo-Con.
I don't think you give yourself enough credit. All too often, politicians and famous people treat the rest of the population as though we are all have a diminished mental capacity. Neocons are policy makers who lead their flock of sheep to slaughter. You always had the idea and principle of freedom and liberty in you since birth. Perhaps you could not define what it meant anymore in our rapidly changing society. Of course there is that chance you could have been led astray, but the fact that you searched for alternative information shows critical thinking skills and the ability to see a bigger picture. It doesn't matter anyway. If Cooper, Jones, or Paul helped you find that within yourself faster, all the better. Regarding these people, personally, I think we have Jungian archetypes in our world. You should look this up. I am happy you've found some solace in your research. There won't be someone like Dr. Paul for a long time... that's for sure. I read the conspiracy books, etc. You'll find a re-occurring theme that everything is a conspiracy though, which seems to lend itself to discrediting its own premise.

Looking at Ron Paul, though, he never claimed to be perfect. He maintained an amazingly consistent career in Congress and did the right thing with his life. He had a plan to get us out of the foreign policy nightmare we are in simply by "bringing the troops home". Bill O'reilly once called this promoting "Mounds and Almond Joy". We live in a reckless time for this country.. really a reckless era. So much is considered implausible because of "what might happen". Like the world would explode if we actually changed foreign policy significantly and started balancing the budget. This is all orchestrated to make people think of post-Cold War America as having a normal posture to the rest of the world. It doesn't.

For two decades, the US has been at war with shadows and ghosts, cavemen and "terrorists". No peace dividend because the machine that is the military industrial complex would not allow a mere president to shut it down. Far from it, such an office is fit for someone bought by interests that make their money off exporting wholesale death and destruction overseas. This is not to say everyone in a leadership position is corrupt or psychotic, but there is a cult of people who are rich, only in material.. their castles are made of paper. And so they want more. This desire for power is at the heart and drive of the political system and it is in many ways a fulfillment of the human animal instinct to dominate through hunter/gatherer ways. When that process disappeared, the real predators of the human race formed a "civil" way to be a barbarian, and to consider the people under them have-nots.

Such is not a conspiracy, but manifests itself as fact with just some checking of the mental stability of our historic leaders and the history of the world itself. Best.

Makes sense. I always had the idea of Freedom. Those guys just informed me more on what was going on and made me more aware.

I've tracked the works of both men, for some time,

and here's my recent post on this issue:

hope that helps somewhat.

Predictions in due Time...

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

Jefferson's picture

a pretty fair assessment, even though I haven't followed WC's work as closely.

From what I understand, Cooper had come to Austin with expectations of meeting AJ. This was supposedly based on AJ inviting him. Cooper got to town and called AJ, and said AJ blew him off saying that he was having something done to the floors of his home and couldn't receive visitors. Cooper claimed he had been left hanging in a parking lot for a couple of hours waiting to go to AJ's home. I think that is where the venom really started.
Then there was some beef about WC getting cut off of AJ's broadcast because he couldn't contain his profanity. Of course WC claimed otherwise.
There's always two sides to a story, and sometimes the truth lies somewhere in the middle. It could have been a simple case of clash of the egos. I'm not sure what the "truth" is as I wasn't there and didn't see it with my own eyes.

oooh wasn't aware of the 'I'm fixin' my home, Bill' -episode.

thanks for the update.

yeah, I suppose these are all sorta internal, intra-InfoWarriors/Patriot Movement too-much-inside-baseball for some, but to others it may be important detail that better puts things into context for them, individually.

you guys never cease to amaze me with all these rare details; LOVE-crowd sourcing info! and y'all make me gush gush with pride (it's not a false one or empty clique-y bravado, I assure you) .o)

Is why I like posting stuff here. People here to seem to know those rare details like you said. Good to know. I had a friend who followed it. He seems to be more on the side of Coopers, but it could have been clash of the egos.
