California Police Break into Private Residence, Taze Person Filming with video

It's on infowars but that doesn't make it less scary!

The police violated this persons rights "knowingly", then proceeded to taze the person recording them!
I guess we DO live in a police state!

Those who oppress humanity are the bad guys.

Re-educate what the meaning of freedom (personal liberty) really is.

kind people rock

Has anyone

read the Domestic Violence laws in their state? As one police officer said to me a few years back, "The American people don't understand how much freedom they've lost."

If this video and all the other articles written on police authority upset people, they need to see that the law is changed or repealed. If not, it's never going to get better.

Legislatures enact laws that police have to enforce on the citizens of this country. We're upset over the middle men, and not upset enough to petition state legislatures to do something about the laws that allow this type of situation to take place.

Where to get started? Police use of tasers should be abolished, moving on to drones, tanks and dressing officers up to look like military ninja turtles.

Residents should get together

Residents should get together and sign an open letter to police departments across the country stating that if they invade their homes without a warrant that the residents will open fire on them with their legal fire arms. The letter is a courtesy warning.

i watched this..

and then much to my horror realized it happened in cotati, stupid ca. That is extremely close to where I live.

Daughter of 1776 American Revolutionists

That happens to me, I start

That happens to me, I start shooting the second they break into my house.

So the woman they were supposedly protecting

has violence enacted upon her from those who supposedly arrived to protect her.
But I see what the problem was. The man knew the Constitution. Knowing your rights and espousing them have made you an Enemy of the State. Knowing the Bill of Rights automatically makes you a terrorist. That is what the police FORCE, and ANY force has been trained to recognize as terrorist activity.
Here's the "Greeting from the Chief od Police", City of Cotati

"Welcome to the Cotati Police Department website. I am honored to be your Chief of Police. The women and men of the Police Department are committed to providing quality public safety services to our community.

We are very proud of our dedicated employees and volunteers who, through their daily activities, are making a positive impact by enhancing the safety and the quality of life in the City of Cotati.

The members of the Cotati Police Department are committed to being responsive to our community in the delivery of quality services. We recognize our responsibility to maintain order, while affording dignity and respect to every individual. Our objective is to provide contemporary police services through a community partnership which promotes safe and secure neighborhoods."

I'm sure Chief Parish is very proud of the violence he unleashed.

Violating the bill of rights

Violating the bill of rights automatically makes you a terrorist.

Tell that to the ones violating it!

I think if the cops receive a call and they ask you to come out and then you don't, that's enough for probable cause.

So you are a statist

I could not let this ignorant comment stand without a reply.

Asking for someone to come out is not probable cause.

Even ordering them out without a warrant is not probable cause.

What it violates is dissing the cop an un-written law, You hurt the costumed door busters feelings.

Man fck u clown

I've lived this here liberty stuff for quite sometime now, and I take great offense to anyone calling me the ultimate anti-liberty cliche.

I guarantee you that nothing will happen to the cops... And none of you idiots understand the law.

deacon's picture

evidently you don't know the law either

does that make you an idiot also?
big deal,so you lived this liberty stuff, what did you learn?
do you understand corp law?
what are statutes,ordinances and codes?
if you lived this here liberty stuff, then what laws are the average american under?
i take great offense to being called an idiot
where is it written a person with a badge has authority over another?
where is it written that the servant is above the master?
if indeed cops are servants, then the payers are their boss
how does it make it under them?

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

Well, I tell you what...

I've never made things personal here, and I'm not going to right now. Idiots is a term that I happen to reserve for collectivists, and it seems that collectivism is reaching epidemic status here at the DP. The objective voice of dissent is being drowned out by shallow-thought, and frankly it scares me more than even the status quo that we supposedly are fighting to disrupt.

Back on topic.... Here's the scenario -

1) Neighbor calls cops over concern of possible domestic violence
2) Cops respond to domestic violence call (as they are supposed to do)
3) Cops knock on door and ask to talk to you
4) You REFUSE to open the door and choose to act belligerent (which, in turn, makes the cops highly suspicious)
5) Cops remain patient - but now more concerned over the possible domestic violence situation which has been inflamed by uncooperation
6) You continue to be belligerent and refuse to open the door
7) Cops warn you that they're going to break the door down (because now due to your uncooperative and belligerent attitude, they think that you have just BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF YOUR WIFE AND THAT'S WHY YOU WON'T OPEN THE FVCKING DOOR)
8) You still refuse to open the door
9) Cops are in your house

Whatever happens after that, I can't speak on. The tazer was probably uncalled for, and, if so, the cop who shot it should be punished. But, the rest of that is routine procedure for the police, and domestic violence laws will definitely back them up on at least the entry into the house on probably cause. Guaranteed.

deacon's picture

i get that

so the cops are so worried about violence, that the first
one who gets tazed is the WOMAN,isn't it usually the woman
the cops think got beat up? absolutely
are women usually the aggressor? not really, but they can be
an anonymous is not probable cause, they now claim is as such, just like
state claiming the victim,in all cases of domestic violence
when one will not press charges against the other( for whatever reason) the state says it has the right
and it would not have mattered if nothing happens, they force everyone to prove a negative (this is not possible to do)
and yes it is routine,we are used as animals this does not make it right (farmers cannot use tazers on animals anymore)
but cops can use them on people
just because it is done that way, does not make it right,it is still wrong
cops have zero authority over a corporation such as stores ect ect
but they can claim authority over a private residence, how can this be? you know if the people are the ones tapped to employ them cops through taxes?
them cops were not concerned about anyones safety(save for their own)
this is telling in the way they handled this case, but this is routine(and it is still wrong
i have had cps called on me before(had no kids at home, but because they got some random call (from one we had problems with) we had to prove we did nothing (this time is was easy to do (no kids at home)
so yes it is routine and it is uncalled for,as it violates the right of the people (the ones who pay out for their protection)
but they are not getting protected anymore, the supreme court ruled cops have no right to protect the citizens (it is not their job)
so if their jobs are not to protect and serve the ones who pay them, then just what is their role?
could their role be to serve the corp under which they reside?
i say it is,and this is the reason why they lie in court, the reason they lie at stops and the reason they create more and more statutes, ordinances, and codes
and we are all guilty of each and every one of them
does this sound like a Representative form of government to you?
so i will ask you again where, how or why does a badge make one over or have more authority over another?
who gave them that authority? if indeed we are that said government?
did we create all manner of color of law to stifle each and every one of us?
when did they become lawmakers? as they are not
governments can no create laws that go against the will of the people
if crime is down then why are all cops shops donning military hardware to engage the public that they lie and say they serve?

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

hey man

In general, I can't stand the police. I see their aggressive behavior getting worse, and I personally have been the victim of racial profiling SEVERAL times. I even went to jail for 2 hours because the redneck Florida cop didn't expect to encounter a clean record and intelligence - and a serious issue with being pulled over for absolutely nothing. Luckily, I had my Johnnie Cochran card in my wallet...

I said the tazer was probably out of line. But the rest of that was handled quite professionally.

deacon's picture

and yet

you felt compelled not to answer any of my questions...why?

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

contempt of cop

They do not own you, they are your servant. It's about time they remembered that.
