Hits keep coming! IRS Faces Lawsuit After Stealing 60 Million Medical Records

Healthcare IT News reported:

The Internal Revenue Service is now facing a class action lawsuit over allegations that it improperly accessed and stole the health records of some 10 million Americans, including medical records of all California state judges.

According to a report by Courthousenews.com, an unnamed HIPAA-covered entity in California is suing the IRS, alleging that some 60 million medical records from 10 million patients were stolen by 15 IRS agents. If politicians want to ban

If politicians want to ban guns because of the actions of a few, then lets ban the IRS using the same logic.

So let me get this right

$25000 in damage per individual. And the IRS will pay for that using the tax dollars? Makes a ton of sense.

"red or blue" ? is that an allusion to the colors of the two parties which are basically the same thing?

That is creepy.

They could have at least had the "good guy" pitch the ad - how "in your face" does it get?

Love or fear? Chose again with every breath.

This was done in preparation for Obamacare.

In their view, this action was justifiable positioning with 1-1-14 just around the corner and the coming full implementation of the new heath care bill. This was another beta-test that has also run amok.

Judge Nap....

says the IRS cannot be sued. There was a law passed LONG ago covering that angle. Those people may be tyrannical oafs, but they're not entirely stupid as to not cover their ass. For government employees CYA is mostly a full time job. So what's the point of this story? That the IRS did such a thing? Fine, what's next? Because it ain't going to be a lawsuit.

God forgives always. Man forgives sometimes. But Nature never forgives.

odd that the lawyers don't

odd that the lawyers don't know that..maybe suing the agents individually..?

The only reason there's a lawsuit

is because judges and the Hollywood elites are involved. If it was some town in middle America it'd never get that far. And what are they going to do when O'care kicks in? Or will they all be exempt?

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.
