Government Employee War on We the People Will Lead to Civil Insurrection

Let's stop calling it "The Government" or "The System" and start putting a human face on it.

Our Government Employees are at War with We the People. The Government Employees that run the system are using the system to violently attack and abuse the American people with every manner of the 40,000 laws, codes, and regulations the law writer government employees made for us to abide by.

From spying on every private communication recorded from years back only to pull those communications up to use against us as our government employees see fit, to buying two billion hollow point bullets to be used on We the People, to building a total militarized police state from sea to shining sea to be used against the electorate.

IRS immunity, so as to use those employees as a political weapon to terrorize political enemies at the whim of whatever administration is in charge at the time. This should be a crime against We the People.

Why are our government employees doing this to us? To try to preserve their salary and benefits twice the private sector rate? To try to preserve their pensions and lifestyles paid for by We the People?

All I know is there is Not going to be a Civil War in the United States of America if this situation keeps up. We the People are heavily arming ourselves too.

What there is going to be in America is a Civil Insurrection War on Government Employees we employ at every level of government, Federal, State, and Local. We the People will get the situation under control when our Government Employees get the proper attitude adjustment and realize who their real employer is and who they're supposed to be working for, not against.

You're either with the General Public We The People or you're with the Rogue Government Employees committing terrorist acts of violence on We The People.

How much more evidence do you need? This is what happens when you militarize a police state against We The People. This is just what happened to us this past months. There are thousands of more examples like this on Youtube.

Total NSA spying on Americans

Total NSA spying on Americans proves the government war on We the People is well underway.

I feel physically violated by

I feel physically violated by what our government employees are doing to us with all the spying. I now know somewhat a rape victim feels like after being repeatedly raped.

It Ain't Gunvernment

if people won't get up off their rusty dusty rumpuses for the crap that Obama has pulled already, it's not gonna happen. Yah, a lot people are fed up at the erosion of civil liberties, that is sure, but they aren't going to come out in the streets for it. Look at Brazil and Turkey lately as examples of why they do.

What really gets people is when it hits them in the pocketbook. When value of their money is inflated away in front of their eyes they get secretly very angry, especially because it's all done so surreptitiously they don't know who to blame. Then some dumb catalyst trips things - like bus fares being raised, or a kerfuffle about some trees in some public park, and wham! the next thing you know people are hurling Molotov cocktails at a police line decked out in riot gear. All that pent up frustration from seeing your quality of life being whittled away - your paycheck is worthless, not enough to put bread on the table and what? they're tapping my internet? WTF, somebody's going to pay.....

The average Joe Sixpack won't blame the government in the USA. They'll blame whomever is around, the scapegoat of the moment. Just hope you ain't it, because it won't make any sense, broadly speaking. When interest rates start rising and Bernanke's house of cards start to topple (when the government can't print money fast enough to pay the interest on its own loans - see the 10-year treasury rate lately?) - watch out for some small incident to set the whole thing on its edge. It might be a Rodney King, it might be a Boston lockdown, might be a power outage during a particularly hot time of the summer, but it could be any trivial thing that sets the whole pile of tinder ablaze.

Stay away from the big cities. Pack heat, buy precious metals, and put up a stash.

"Terror" is an intangible

"Terror" is an intangible invisible abstract concept of the human imagination pertaining to thoughts of manifestations of violent acts. Everyone has the capability of having terroristic thoughts. And you're gonna wage a multi trillion dollar war on it. How pathetic.

Government employees are a joke and irrelevant.

If they target us with the IRS, NSA, EPA, or FDA et al why should we care about them dying in Benghazi on the battlefield or anywhere else?

Because 'they' don't send themselves...

they send in young, idealistic soldiers some of whom truly believe they are fighting 'for our freedom'. They, OTOH, sit in their cushy congressional offices (or their cabinet offices, or the Oval Office) and decide whether the soldiers they send will live or die, in some cases.

I can assure you, liberty movement people won't start the war or fire the first shots because we're too smart for that, but will win it in self defense.

back when the patriot act was signed

i tried to get people on board for an armed march on washington, and into the halls of congress, i wanted them arrested and put on trial
now this might have been a bad idea, but i didn't care about that
i knew what it was going to be used for,and on whom
i knew it violated the const, and the american people, this seemed to only matter to me
i got 4 people to say maybe, and the rest wouldn't get off their butts
the patriot act did pass,we are worse for it,and this didn't seem to matter to many folk
so you say when people start shooting cops, this might happen
but we are a candy-assed nation, and no one will stand up to help themselves nor their neighbors
i could say, i hope you are right, but it should not have had to come to this point, especially in this day and age of the internet

It's better to straiten out

It's better to straiten out the battle using the mind before things get out of control and bad things really happen.

Wow, I havent read tripe like this in a while. What's a shame

Is all of you getting sucked in to a ridiculous assumption and supporting it. While I agree that the federal government is out of control on power, it is beyond absurd to state that all government employees are out to get you.

I live in small town America and many people here are employees of local government, from the folks that sell government surplus, to the maintenance crews that keep up the public libraries, to the guys running the mowers to keep the ball fields in shape for the kids to have their baseball and softball games are certainly not out to get you. The employees taking your money for car tags, and those working in the election commission, to the I.T. departments ensuring that local government stays up and running are not in a ploy to out you and your family. While I share the frustration of everyone here, I have family members that work for government in accounting to statistics, and I.T., and trust me when I say my sister is absolutely no threat to you, that is unless you mess with her kids.

While calling for violence will become more and more prevalent as the economy worsens, you must remember that the road crews and highway engineers are not having underground meetings on how to destroy your family, and the above mentioned positions have ZERO say in what their salaries are, and in most areas locally the salaries are well below the national average. There are certainly those municipalities that have abused the system and increased salaries to ridiculous amounts, for the most part local and state government workers are just like you and I, and many are members of the Liberty movement.

I am absolutely against violence as a solution, but if violence does occur people need to realize that everyone that works for the government, state, local, and federal are not in a big cabal plotting to chem-trail you to death as their kids play in the same playground, breath the same polluted air, and are as frustrated with the federal government as most of us here.

A call to violence is irresponsible and a childish idea that will not promote liberty in any way, shape, form, or fashion, especially when pointed at the wrong people. I have heard attacks here on the military personnel, on the evil meter reader and smart meter installers, and others, but what is never thought about is why people are doing what they are doing. I have never heard in any of these rants that they are working a job to feed their families, only that they are plotting against folks. No matter if you work in government or the private sector you must do what is asked of you or you are fired, and for many here it is easy to say, "I wouldn't do this or that", but in reality many government workers live paycheck to paycheck, and make only enough to survive on.

To all their own, as I am the first to jump on the anti bad cop bandwagon when abuse is shown, I scream the loudest when abuse is shown from government at any level, but I will not sit quietly while someone starts a riot against innocent, hard working, and liberty minded people because of the job they chose out of high school or college not for the money, but to have weekends off with their kids, for lesser a salary then they could make in the private sector.

Calm and clear heads are called for during this time of federal government treason, and stop pointing a broad brush finger at all government employees, for it was only a year ago your hit list would have included Dr. Paul, Justin Amash, and officers that still respect the public and wear their badges with honor and dignity. You tube shows the worst of the worst and you are no better than a bad cop labeling every citizen bad because primarily what they deal with are bad people, you are doing the same thing in this post and simply put you are wrong.

Dr. Paul would never call for violence in any situation other than self defense, and that is all I am calling for. By all means respond in violent fashion if the 20 year old girl that works for your local government credit union bank comes to your house with a shotgun, else please drop this ridiculous notion, and many that support it that I know personally, you know better.

Out to get you???

Out to live off you you, for sure. The problem is that government has taken over more and more economic activity to the destruction of the free market. Your expressed view of what government should employ people to do and my view of freedom are inconsistent.

As a retired CPA having dealt extensively with both the IRS and HUD, I can tell you that there are some people working for these agencies who really are out to get anyone they can as an expression of their sick personalities and need to feel powerful.

I remind you that government is force. Force by its very definition is violence. This is the reason that government should be limited as agent of ours in our only right to use violence, i.e., self defense. All other undertakings of government are an intrusion on freedom and free economic activity.

And yes, governments historically have on occasion undertaken extreme violence against citizens (subjects) which is what the US appears to be moving toward.

Are you one of those feeding at the government trough?

"Bend over and grab your ankles" should be etched in stone at the entrance to every government building and every government office.

I am not sure if you make such comments out of anger

or blindness, but rest assured that not all government employees are there to do you harm as you wrongfully suggest. Are there power hungry idiots in government that use their power in ill-begotten ways, certainly, but the premise that all employees of the government have power over you is incorrect and dangerous at face value.

While you state: "Your expressed view of what government should employ people to do and my view of freedom are inconsistent." you are correct, as I am not an anarchist that has an illusion that government was created to destroy liberty, or do citizens harm, but I will agree that there are those in power using it in tyrannical fashion. My point is that the people that work at Parks and Rec are not evil, the 70 year old Librarian is not in on some plot to steal your savings, nor do most government employees wield any power over you, or to adjust their salaries to a ridiculous limit as you suggest. Government is and has been around since the founding of our nation, but your premise that everyone in government are working together in a grand conspiracy to end Liberty is not only incorrect, but irresponsible.

My entire premise can be summed up in a reply to this comment: "I remind you that government is force. Force by its very definition is violence." What force can you show that the guy mowing the local baseball field for the public park has over you? How about that janitor at the health department, is he in on it to, plotting to plunge your family to death? Or perhaps Mrs. James, the 70 year old Librarian attends the secret meetings to destroy Liberty and take what you have through the force of what, encyclopedia assault? These people go to work every day to make a living, and have zero say in their salaries, and they do not wield any force or power over you, and to suggest such is ridiculous.

Yes Parks and Rec use force against us.

Am I forced to pay for the government employees who mow the parks and clean the health department buildings? Isn't that force being used against us. How is a park or a health department protect my freedom? As I said, any activity of government other than to act as my agent in defending myself against the aggression of others is beyond their legitimate function. I personally couldn't use force to make you pay for a public park without that force being considered a crime. A gang couldn't use force to make you pay for a public park without that force being considered a crime. And if you call that gang government it changes nothing; it is still a crime.

I think there is a widespread misunderstanding of anarchy and its opposite hierarchy. Anarchy simply is relating to one another without the hierarchical force of government to decide what we do, so long as our actions don't involve aggression against others. Your view seems to be that we much have hierarchical force applied to us to live our lives no matter that we live peacefully and don't force others to provide us what we need in life. Public parks and health departments, are the use of force to make some of us pay for what others want; these are economic activities that can best be provided by the free market without the use of force. If I want exercise I pay with my own funds to go to a club. If I want to have safe products I rely on organizations like UL, consumer reports, or Angie's List, not the inefficient, questionably competent, force of government.

So the yard crew at a public park and the janitor at the health department are not innocuous; they are part of the use of government force to deprive one man to provide for another.

"Bend over and grab your ankles" should be etched in stone at the entrance to every government building and every government office.

It's a culture of government

It's a culture of government employee violence against law abiding citizens who pay their salaries. There are literally tens of thousands of video examples on Youtube. Even public school employees are trying to ruin many families with frivolous charges and is well documented.

A Civil Insurrection would not be un-justified. I'm not saying against every government employee, but a lot of them.

I understand your anger, but violence is the failure of thinking

people to act rationally, and the reality is we are the rational ones and obviously the only ones thinking. The violent police videos are many, but we are a nation of 300 million plus, and we only get to see the worst of the worst, while the good cops rarely show up on the DP front page in a video, but I have seen one or two over the years. This is simply because there is no story, no emotion, or desire to tape a good cop interaction and put it on youtube.

Violence is their game, and one they know oh too well, our game is of the mind. I can assure you that the more violent they get, the more people will demand change, but they are depending on you attacking them to justify incarcerating you, and labeling you and anyone associated as a terrorist to scare those that are not yet awake, and unfortunately that is still a majority.

The good news is that we are gaining steam, conservatives in droves are waking up, and the title of conspiracy theorists is being overlooked as the truth of what we and Dr. Paul have been saying is coming to fruition in the public eye, and the main stream media is losing viewers in groves, as well as trust in what they are saying.

Again I would only ask that you use violence in self defense of you or your family when your life is threatened, and only then, not only to save your life and your loved ones, but to not give them the ability to label the Liberty community violent as that is all the justification they need to fill up those staffed camps that don't exist.

Stay strong and keep your powder dry patriots, the time may come when we are called, but now is the time for us to push and have our own surge as the power structure and truth gets revealed more and more each day by the power of the pen, as it is far mightier than the sword. light the brushfires in minds, as the minds are now ripe for the taking.

Less than private pay scale?

Most of the government jobs are not president, congressmen, senators, etc. This group, on paper, makes much less than they would in the private sectors as attorneys. Which most of them are.

But, I think it has been shown that people, like postal workers (I know they are not federal employees!), and other people who take the civil service exam, make about 33% more than their private counterparts. Add the government benefits, and they are getting excessive pay! So, not everything is about worrying over what they would do to us! They are already doing it by getting a job, for life, and sucking excessive pay through the government. That money, eventually, ends up coming from the taxpayers! Maybe we could give everyone governemnt jobs at that pay rate, obliterating the unemployment problem! How big can the government get before there is no more for the leeches to suck out of the private sector. What happens when the governemnt is unable to pay THEIR employees?!

No, I am not worried about the future employees being a threat to us. I am thinking they are a threat to free enterprise, right now! We are over-regulated, already! That is what we get with a government that has grown too big!

It is funny that you mention salaries, as this is all public

record for anyone that wants to know. As a local activist I can tell you who wields the power that people fear, and it is not the meter man, nor the maintenance folks, nor the Librarians, but the Sheriff, Mayor, and County Commission in local government, short of that there are no employees which hold any power over the public whatsoever. The opinions that have been expressed here are including these people that work, go home, and live as we all do, but to suggest that anything but a small minority in local government has any power over anyone is simply wrong.

My sister is an accountant for local government, she has no police powers, she could have made much more money in the private sector, she puts into her 401K like anyone in the private sector, and her insurance is horrible compared to the local private sector car plant down the road.

She got out of college and could have gone to work there with a fluctuating schedule, working nights and weekends, and the only real benefit she gets for working there is weekends off with her kids. So attack her for this immoral decision, for this conspiracy against the people, the treasonous support she gives while ensuring the engineering and public works teams have enough money to meet budgetary limits for road salt, clean water creeks, and pot hole repairs. What an attacker of Liberty she is, she who stole tax payer dollars by- weekly and contributed to Dr. Paul's campaign for putting 40 hours if work in, or the myriad of Ron Paul bumper stickers in the parking lot of her office, tyrants one and all. (sarcasm off)

Point being that there are those who do not respect oaths they took who wield real power, dangerous and immoral people in government, but not all people are out to get the public. My sister did not create government, and her salary is public knowledge, yet not one single protest or sit in because of the service she provides via her education, and the idea that people here think that there is a grand conspiracy only lends fuel to the fire to those that know better, and would rightfully label us nuts for even mentioning harming people just like ourselves making a living working for government that has been here before she or I wither one was born.

misunderstanding

I was referring to the federal employees in DC. It is the place that seems to be full of this unseemly behavior. Small towns are better in the oversight and expenditures. That's local money.(except that one place in California where they, somehow, made millions!)

Forgive me if you think I was attacking some backroom clerk in the sticks! Then again, when I was living in Arkansas, a local city employee was indicted for embezzling money. But, that is not salary, obviously.

A Civil Insurrection against

A Civil Insurrection against government employees is looking more and more justified everyday.

lilly white ass right on up!

The more government we have, the more government

employees we have, the less freedom we have.

You can't have all that much war waged by government employees on the public if you don't have many government employees. The answer is not a code of conduct; it is a pink slip for 90% of them.

Too bad that it will not happen rationally via pink slips. It will happen violently as the revolution point is reached. The revolution point is reached when enough people conclude that the pain and suffering from the current system of plunder and control exceeds any pain and suffering that will come from violent revolt. The rest will be spontaneous and unpredictable.

"Bend over and grab your ankles" should be etched in stone at the entrance to every government building and every government office.

We need new comprehensive

We need new comprehensive rules of conduct for government employees. A Stop Frivolous Accusations and Government Employee Code of Conduct Act should be passed.

yes yes

I like the use of language. Government employees and their unilnss = enemy. Not the system or the government. For them it is about keeping our cash.
