Ben Swann: Exclusive - Cincinnati IRS Employees "Just Following Orders"

FOX19.com-Cincinnati News, Weather
Prior to his resignation, Steven Miller called the two Cincinnati employees 'rogue' and 'off the reservation,' adding that they were 'overly aggressive' in handling the requests from those conservative groups over the past two years.

Miller also added that those two employees have already been 'disciplined' by the agency.

However, despite the claim of just two employees being involved, FOX19 has exclusively learned from two separate sources that there could be at least four Cincinnati employees involved.

Those four employees, whose names we have chosen to withhold until they have been officially confirmed, have each worked in the IRS Exempt Organizations Department.

This is the same department that has admitted publicly to sending letters to Tea Party and other conservative organizations.

I did a search for "Harry's War" Seemed appropriate here!

Here are two excepted clips from a little known classic I just found online that seemed very appropriate to put a humorous spin on this current IRS overstepping of their authority, gross manipulation of the press for political cover, and even the scope of the Second Amendment challenges we're dealing with. Have a little fun; while pondering the powerful, underlying message found here:

If anyone knows where to find the whole movie online, please post it. Thanks!

Judge Nap says the only way to get them

is to prove bribery or conspiracy. Well, this sounds like conspiracy to me.

Since when is

"just following orders" a defense.

Fry 'em... every one of 'em.

It's not really "I was just following orders"

it's really "I was just taking a paycheck".

It's right up there with "the devil made me do it!".

Cincinnati knows they have a good thing. Glad they are holding on to him for as long as they can. They make a great team.It is a REALITY CHECK..NONE OF USE WANT TO MISS

This is small potatoes

(which it isn't) compared to the IRS stealing 60 million medical records:

The Internal Revenue Service stole and improperly accessed 60 million medical records after raiding a California company, according to a legal complaint filed in March with the California superior court for San Diego. Fifteen IRS agents are now facing a class-action lawsuit in the matter.

“In a case involving solely a tax matter involving a former employee of the company, these agents stole more than 60,000,000 medical records of more than 10,000,000 Americans” the complaint, filed by attorney Robert Barnes, alleges. “No search warrant authorized the seizure of these records; no subpoena authorized the seizure of these records; none of the 10,000,000 Americans were under any kind of known criminal or civil investigation and their medical records had no relevance whatsoever to the IRS search.”

We the people should drive a stake through the heart of this vampire agency.

I have yet to see....

....ANYONE get punished for any of these severe crimes. Watch 'em all escape, unscathed as if they have blanket immunity....and might EVEN get rewarded. I hope I am wrong in my assumptions, here.

Peter Johnson, Jr. was on Fox News saying he found 3 statutes

that allow for criminal and/or civil prosecution of the employees - one was the Hatch Act. They also reported that "Fox affiliate" in Cincinnati (go Fox 19!!) says they have identified four employees who say they were only following the directions of their superiors.
