Is anybody buying this? Does anyone think this could have affected the results of the last elections?

Honestly

If you were in the IRS and tasked with finding tax defaulters, which group would you consider as having a high probability of such people?

Maybe a group fundamentally opposed to taxes and govt.? People with a libertarian twist? So I don't find this so unbelievable, if I am being fair.

to not want to pay taxes? shoulda stopped there
the answer might have been....congress,and their ilk ;)
but the IRS didn't stop with just there,they went after non profits as well,liberty leaning yes
some were opposite planned parenthood like church orgs
