The Great Sovereign Challenge

To all who claim they legally travel with no license, discharge debts with "straw man" or "accepted for value" because they are sovereigns, here's your chance.

You get to publically show what a studmuffin (or muffinette) you happen to be. If you win, I will publicly agree that the straw man exists and that you are now a sovereign, plus I will do your laundry and wash your car for a year.

But: you have to have proof. A traffic ticket dismissed because the judge was too busy, or the cop didn't show, won't suffice. So you have to show that you did some sovereign mumbo jumbo, and that a court somewhere ruled, in writing, that not only did you prevail but you prevailed because of your mumbo jumbo. It has to be an authentic writing, from a court, that is a final result. Not overturned later, not a tentative ruling, a for reals final result in your favor because you have successfully "escaped the matrix" or whatever cornball phrase you want to use!

If you can do that, then you will be the victor.

And one more thing - I am the Judge of this competition. I make the rules and the rulings. And I can hold you in contempt of thread.

Competitors have one day to make their submissions from the date of thread creation. Submissions can be in .pdf form linked from this forum. All submissions must be certified and from a real Court of a State or Federal US jurisdiction. All submissions must be verifiable - i.e., one can go to Court and get a copy that is identical, if need be. All costs for obtaining copies and verification are the responsibility of the contestant, and in no way the responsibility of the boneless chicken rancher and certainly not of his chickens. These rules are to prevent fraud on the chicken rancher. Go ye.

Go now and Show us how it's done!

I've got your eddie right here dude

read the thread, I cite and quote a case which says that, and I already answered your other (identical) question above. There's plenty of cites for my position. Dozens, if not hundreds. Need I say more?

AND AT LEAST I ACCEPTED YOUR CHALLENGE!

Are you even interested in seeing how I defended myself, or just the fact that the corrupt arbitration/judicial system "won" their case? the point is to learn, right?

Father - Husband - Son - Spirit - Consciousness

No.

the point of this thread is 1. For people to post proof of their prevailing in a real court due to having proved they are "sovereign citizens."

It is not a thread for people who lost in court but want to be a hero because they are judgment proof.

Now, you might find that all fascinating and stuff, but it is a fairly old concept to me.

If you'd like to start ANOTHER thread to discuss that, I would perhaps read it.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

I don't want to be a hero...

I fought the system...end of story...the victory was the fight, for ME, noone else......I spent hundreds of hours learning how to defend my case, the UCC and Restatement of Contracts, not to mention the FDCPA and applicable state laws, so to myself I am a patriot...to those here at the DP I will not declare that they should see me as such...that is your choice.

Father - Husband - Son - Spirit - Consciousness

UCC?LOl

whenever I hear a fake sovereign telling me he knows the UCC I know a big heap o' bull is coming. No, I'm not interested. Not only do I know what the UCC actually does, but I've heard all the amateur internet crap ad nauseum and don't need to hear it again. Now if you could show that a real court bought your mumbo jumbo that would be interesting.

Mr. "I am not a hero" BUT HEY LOOK AT ME I FOUGHT THE SYSTEM AND LEARNED THIS STUFF THAT I SPENT HUNDREDS OF HOURS ON AND YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE IMPRESSED AND I M A PATRIOT AND SUCH. NO, I;M NOT NARCISISTIC AT ALL! BUT IT'S ALL ABOUT ME!

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

You know what...

it's not worth any more of my time spent on combating your responses...I really don't care what a faceless commenter says because I lived it...all that matters is how I sleep at night and your criticism of my attempt to chip the fraud and unconscionability away from the captive system really makes no difference to me...live and let live, but please don't call me an amateur when I've lived and lost and learned to avoid unconscionable contracts in the future...the point was that I learned how the system operates...who gives a damn if I lost. I've worked in finance for 9 years and am familiar with the credit score/report scheme and honestly am proud of the derogatory mark on my credit reports - it is the most important mark on th whole damn thing. Peace out.

you want a medal on your way out?

Like you're the only one who refused to pay a debt? Heck, I'm filing a lawsuit today against a law firm, three lawyers, and a large company that for years tried to double collect against me. Do I get a medal? Does that make me a savior of the world? No, it doesn't. And it doesn't prove that you are right about any peripheral views you have on things. That is off the topic of this thread. How many times does that have to be explained?

All I can say is...

give yourself a medal...you deserve one!

So here we are a day later...

and no one has posted proof. The contest is over, but seeing as to I, the boneless chicken rancher, am so unpopular, I would think that one could be a veritable HERO at this site and all libertarian sites by just posting up their victory! Why on the scale of mass worship you could eclipse Adam Kokesh even! (Not that there is anything wrong with Kokesh). So, come on, let's see it! I must be a biiiiig doofus for not seeing how you can all so easily "reclaim your strawman" or "redeem your natural person" or "sever from the corporate nation" or whatever other meaningless mumbo jumbo you come up with. Come on now! What are you waiting for? You're either unable to scan to .pdf, or it simply can't be done and I am right, or ARE JUST BIG HAIRY PUSSIES. Again, no offense.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

The horse is dead

Commence beating

And what do you have against big hairy pussies?

BTW I didn't downvote you, I agree with you on this. I've never used the sov cit argument in court ever! One time I got out of 4 traffic tickets because when the judge asked me why the Chief of Police was so intent on pushing me around, I simply said "he's using his position of authority to practice his politics." She said "You aren't going to pay any fines today Mr. Freeman!"

good for you

I prefer small hairy pussies.

And thank you for not downvoting and for realizing this "sovereign" nonsense for what it is.

And I thank everyone else for contributing to this thread, and convincing me that this "movement" is not for me.

YESSIRREEE BOB, I WORK FER DA GUBBERMINT. IF YOU KNEW ME YOU'D KNOW HOW FUNNY THAT IS.

Obvious troll is obvious

On Juliusbragg's post http://www.dailypaul.com/133248/pulled-over-today-with-no-li... you said 'I challenge the original poster to post his case number. I'll look this up.' and then Julius posted his case # and you just disappeared off that thread and then started this one?!? Well, did you get a chance to look it up? What did you find out?

"Julius"

didn't post any inormation about why his ticket was dismissed. It appears he doesn't know. Tickets get dismissed all the time. I got one dismissed the other day. Big whoop.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

well then

the founding fathers must've designed a slave system then, because the whole "everyone is sovereign" thing is fake. You need to go back and read the constitution more carefully, especially about what is meant by sovereignty of the people. Because, well, you;re doing it wrong.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

Well, they did own slaves,

Well, they did own slaves, and a lot of people claim and point out that the rights don't apply to everyone, but only the people working for the corporation known as the US. I'm really on the fence about them all, seeing as how they were all freemasons around the time the Illuminati was infiltrating freemasonry. I'm basically an anarchist, so I don't know why I'm here.

Not sure to up or down vote

When you were saying things to the effect that founding fathers were imperfect I was all smiles. And then you had to go and discuss space aliens and Nibiru. :faceplate: this place!

Don't use the voting feature

Don't use the voting feature at all, it's for cowards and for retards who can't turn thoughts into words.

I don't worship the founders. They could have easily just made a system where scum could never take over, but they left it up to the people to be eternally diligent or vigilant instead of having lives of their own. That might be fine for the people who don't want family life, but those people are always the ones who are touched in the head and want power.

Where did I say anything about space aliens and nibiru?

I don't know why this subject is getting such flack, but I can see why people are bashing you personally.

figurative

no you didn't specifically mention space aliens and nibiru, but I think you get my point.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

except it's not a fair comparision

Comparing Freemasons and the Illuminati to space aliens doesn't hold water, given that secret societies were actually a common thing back in the days of the founders, and was for centuries before that throughout medieval Europe.

I'm *not* saying these groups wield any sort of meaningful influence in modern times (personally, I don't much care about what I perceive to be glorified treehouse clubs), but to lump them in with Xenu isn't really a fair comparison.

A signature used to be here!

No, I don't get your point,

No, I don't get your point, because you haven't made one. You equate space aliens and nibiru, which are theories of the delusional, to secret societies, which were written about by people like George Washington and is in national archives. Not only did I not say anything about them wielding power today (which you seem to have an issue with and just bash any mention of it as kooky-talk), but the context of what I said is pretty obvious that I was talking about back then.

Please come join my forum if you're not a trendy and agree with my points of view.

Retard, it's not theoretical that freemasons exist and that the Illuminati at least existed in the time of the founding of this country.
