The Great Sovereign Challenge

To all who claim they legally travel with no license, discharge debts with "straw man" or "accepted for value" because they are sovereigns, here's your chance.

You get to publically show what a studmuffin (or muffinette) you happen to be. If you win, I will publicly agree that the straw man exists and that you are now a sovereign, plus I will do your laundry and wash your car for a year.

But: you have to have proof. A traffic ticket dismissed because the judge was too busy, or the cop didn't show, won't suffice. So you have to show that you did some sovereign mumbo jumbo, and that a court somewhere ruled, in writing, that not only did you prevail but you prevailed because of your mumbo jumbo. It has to be an authentic writing, from a court, that is a final result. Not overturned later, not a tentative ruling, a for reals final result in your favor because you have successfully "escaped the matrix" or whatever cornball phrase you want to use!

If you can do that, then you will be the victor.

And one more thing - I am the Judge of this competition. I make the rules and the rulings. And I can hold you in contempt of thread.

Competitors have one day to make their submissions from the date of thread creation. Submissions can be in .pdf form linked from this forum. All submissions must be certified and from a real Court of a State or Federal US jurisdiction. All submissions must be verifiable - i.e., one can go to Court and get a copy that is identical, if need be. All costs for obtaining copies and verification are the responsibility of the contestant, and in no way the responsibility of the boneless chicken rancher and certainly not of his chickens. These rules are to prevent fraud on the chicken rancher. Go ye.

Go now and Show us how it's done!

I'd like to see demonstrated

I'd like to see demonstrated some of the absolute horse shit stuff like signing your name all lowercase, in red ink, or writing crap like "under duress" on citations. I personally think people who have no license and drive are just lying about it. I don't care if in their mind "driving" is different than "traveling." Unless they bought the car with cash and got the MSO/MCO/didn't have it titled, they're using state property and have to abide by their rules, like being licensed. I really can't stand talking to these people. They don't sound like they have an atom of humility and use stupid confusing language to try to sound smart.

Michael Badnarik

Ran for president on the Libertarian ticket and he doesn't have a license, or a plate on his car!

Steve Jobs didn't have a

Steve Jobs didn't have a plate on his car. Money can buy you anything when you're dealing with criminals. If you title a car, you are required to have a license, a plate, and insurance, because the car is state property.

I've never heard this about

I've never heard this about Steve Jobs before. Where did you read that? I'm not doubting it, he did supposedly get a Chinese liver as well

I'm not going to spoon feed

I'm not going to spoon feed this info to you. A quick search of "steve jobs license plate" would have given you the proof you need, instead of taking that time to post a doubtful comment here.

So I did the search and your post is misleading

It had nothing to do with connections to criminals, it's the law that allowed him to.

It's not misleading.

Lawmakers (who are always wealthy criminals) make laws and add loopholes that allow other people of the same class to bypass them. What ordinary person can afford a new car lease every month? Ordinary people barely scraping by with families do not have the time or money to deal with constantly being in court to plead with such sovereign stupidity nonsense just because they don't want to deal with getting a license to drive. The only sovereign-movement person I heard who makes any sense is Alfred Adask. He is wealthy and has an attorney. He still does not freely give any instruction on how to evade taxes and driver's licensing.

Life is purely about who you know. If your parents had connections, you will have an easy life, and so will your children, and so will their children, etc. I firmly believe that no one gets anywhere with hard work. You need to sell your soul to get anywhere in life, and that can mean something as trivial as being a good salesman...baiting people into buying crap they don't need...basically being a good bullshitter. Those of us who just want to work for a living and live a proper life, we get nowhere and get shit on. Nice guys finish last, or relating to women, in the shower.

You come across as a victim

While I agree the system is rigged against the common man, lots of people rise above it and succeed. I'm one of them, a high school drop out that has more freedom than most people because my lethal weapon is my mind. Steve Jobs was adopted, dropped out of college, etc.. He didn't come from a rich family. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps, it's the American way.

I already said that the only

I already said that the only way people who weren't born with a silver spoon get anywhere is by selling out to evil. I'm not claiming that means you're automatically some psychopathic elite who wants to rule the world, but that however you become successful and go beyond average means something you're doing doesn't necessarily fall under what is right on some level. I really don't want to work hard. I want to put average effort into life and live an average life. Currently I put more than average effort into life and live an impoverished life.

a few things

1. proof or it didnt happen 2. even if it did happen "getting away with it" is besdie teh point. People get cut a break quite often. To win the challenge, a court needs to rule in one's favor because of their sovereign mumbo jumbo, as a final result. 3. Michael Badnarik also supported that guy up in Alaska who got his whiney ass imprisoned for plotting to kill a bunch of people.

Still waiting on your proof

Uhh, what is anyone else here

Uhh, what is anyone else here doing? Are people supposed to just go around bragging of their good deeds? I see that he is doing plenty. He wants to bust these myths because 1. they are indeed BS, 2. it's all up to a judge or jury who can't be told the law by the defendant, and 3. basically at the end of the day doing this kind of crap in a court will result in you being in jail in contempt of court. So far, the people who claim that all of this stuff works keep the info to themselves and get quite defensive when they're told they're full of shit. You'd think if people were about liberty they'd want to spread such good, freedom-enabling information. By keeping it to themselves they come off to me as liars.

Exactly!

I think you're on the right track.

Phoney much?

How come you won't share with us what you've done for liberty?

one thing I am doing

is dispelling a myth that works to the detriment of liberty.

You've said you've done things that mattered

And that my cases were petty traffic, what have you done that matters? A successful lawyer likes to talk about their successes, let's see them?

contempt!

I told you to sit down! That'll be $100 in lawful money. Pay up, citizen!

So now you are a judge?

I thought you were a lawyer!

What state do you "practice" law in?

oh come on

"Ira" of the name edit - you do realize that this is a joke, right? That there is no straw man, that the whole sov cit thing is nonsense? And what part of "I am the Judge of this competition" do you not comprehend? It isn't so difficult, really. You know the rules, now get busy and show me your brilliance!

You first

What have you done that matters? What have you done for liberty in your capacity of a wannabe esquire?

Ira is now disqualified

because of too many off-topic posts. I, as the Supreme mucky-muck chicken rancher of bonelessness, sovereign of this thread and Judge, jury, bailiff, court clerk and executioner, hereby rule as follows:

"Ira" Freeman or whatever other name he may edit himself into or back to, is now ineligible to participate in the great sovereign challenge. He has failed. He lacks standing. And he's full of feces.

Further, he is blocked from my view. As it would be excruciating to have to toggle to view his blocked posts, he will heretofore be ignored.

It is so ordered,

Whew, that was close

For a moment there I thought we'd get into fisticuffs then later become drinking buddies. Ciao loser spineless chickenman! Send all of my hate and discontent to your pal Reince!

you have failed

I saw your court videos, so I know you won't win. But who knows, maybe there's someone ELSE out there who has accessed secret knowledge, knowledge that has eluded all of the law books for centuries, who can show us how it's done! I am optimistic that we'll have an entertaining thread here. And, "IRA" (nice name edit btw) do try to keep on topic. Ciao!

I'll check in later, I have to go sue some people today.

oh and one more thing

I am the judge of this little competition. I make the rules. In this context, I am sovereign. Now come on, show me your anti-straw man brilliance! I'm waiting! Don't keep the boneless chicken rancher waiting!
