POLITICO - Darrell Issa: Lois Lerner Lost Her Rights

By RACHAEL BADE | 5/22/13 | 3:15 PM EDT

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again.

HA !!

i had forgotten about that ruling
you have to open your mouth to tell them you plead the 5th
thereby voiding it

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

She made an opening statement under oath saying "I'm innocent!"

Then refused to answer questions by pleading the 5th. Her opening statement waived that right.

She's been subpenaed again for testimony, this time under the threat of contempt if she doesn't answer.

haha, no I'm just aghast at her stupidity

Just venting and proclaiming the idiocy portrayed here.

She is the same one that said "I'm not good at math" during the initial phone call about the issue.
