What are your favorite RP Sayings, Quips and Quotes?

If you have an original or favorite saying that conveys the RP message, add it for everyone to see and use. Here are my two favorites:

1. Get government off our backs, out of our lives and out of our WALLETS!

2. Borrowing money from China to blow up bridges in Iraq, and sending YOUR GRANDCHILDREN the bill!

"No more money pal, you're flunking the course."

Dr. Paul's response to a reporter when pressed about what he would do, as President, about Pakistan's Musharraf declaring martial law and cracking down on demonstrators.

"I am absolutely opposed to

"I am absolutely opposed to a National I.D. Card. The purpose of government is to protect the privacy and the secrecy of all individuals, NOT the secrecy of government. We don't need a National I.D. Card."

"Good morning, Mr. Greenspan. I understand that you did not take my friendly advice last fall. I thought maybe you should look for other employment, but I see you have kept your job."

Looking me straight in the eyes and saying....

"Saul4paul2, are you for me or against me"

I liked

when I had a chance to meet him for a second - I told him my wife was pregnant and wished he could deliver the baby. He said "That would be beautiful."
You can always sense the genuine goodness in his words.

Freedom is popular!

I love that one

Another one I love (and I'm paraphrasing): "Now let me get this straight, we borrow 10 billion from the Chinese and give it to a dictator in Pakistan..... all in the name of democracy?"

Another good one for a T Shirt

Could be a big seller!

During a televized debate

when asked, if he, should he become president, would abolish the IRS-

with a nod (full of energie):

Another good T-Shirt Saying

love that one too!

and I like as he continues: "but you have to change your mind about what the role of government ought to be ..."

DAMN, I love this man!

words of wisdom...(or just plain common sense!)

"As long as we live beyond our means, we are destined to live beneath our means."

That has stuck with me, perhaps more so than other quips that have inadvertently stuck in my head.

"I am the Champion of the Constitution."

That's how he introduced himself at one of the early debates. I cheered!

Close second: "No! We should take our marching orders from the Constitution!" in response to a debate moderator asking whether we should "take our marching orders from Al Qaeda."

Don't blame me! I voted for Ron Paul!

second that!

yes, that's a favorite of mine as well.

"I take my marching orders from the constitution!" (i.e. go f--- yourself Chris Wallace you slimy partisan weasel).

My All time favorite.

But let it not be said that we did nothing. Let not those who love the power of the welfare/warfare state label the dissenters of authoritarianism as unpatriotic or uncaring. Patriotism is more closely linked to dissent than it is to conformity and a blind desire for safety and security. Understanding the magnificent rewards of a free society makes us unbashful in its promotion, fully realizing that maximum wealth is created and the greatest chance for peace comes from a society respectful of individual liberty.

Yeah, 'Make Fun Buddy' Gotta Be The Best

Make fun, buddy....

Make fun, buddy....

...let it not be said that we did nothing.

Second That

Second That

I'm agnostic but...

"Jesus is the prince of peace!" makes my heart laugh and sing!

I'm torn

Every time he opens his mouth, truth & wisdom pour out. It's hard to pick any one quote in particular as a result.

How about "Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it’s realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy."?

It's from his speech on July 10, 2003. (full text at the link below)

I think I like that one the best, because if you pay attention to such things, he knew that our liberties and wealth were in danger a long time ago. And not only did he care, or simply object personally, he made it his mission to do what one man could to try to save all of our liberties and wealth.

Dr. Paul, you are a great American Patriot.

Print & Spend Republican

Just come home.

Just come home.

Fire the Fed!

He didn't say it, but he should! Don't stay the course with unsound money. Fire the Fed!

Fire the Fed!

Would make a great T Shirt!

"May I please participate in

"May I please participate in the debate"......after being asked an obnoxiously stupid question.

Ron Paul 2012

Another Great Quote!

Vote RON PAUL 2008
Thanks for reminding me of this. He did say that didn't he. That's why RON PAUL is the greatest and why I can't stand FOX News. The fact that he'd have to ask this in the first place.
