Adam Kokesh Released, No Conditions.

Written by Ernest Hancock
Date: 05-24-2013
Subject: Adam vs The Man

I just talked to Adam and he will tell us everything Monday morning on the 'Declare Your Independence with Ernest Hancock' at 11am EST.

Adam is in good spirits and refused to cooperate in his own kidnapping at every stage.

I don't know if this thread is ending here.

But I know the battle is becoming more obvious by the day.

This thread proves it.

Principles unite people, ISSUES divide, and are used for control.

Adam has stood for principle. And he's educated a lot of folks.

I suspect anyone here attacking Adam on an issue, and not helping to support the principle of the Constitution is nothing but a fucking whore/sellout to the system.

Sucks don't it.

Drudge Report

Did anyone see if Drudge carried any news about Adam's release?

KOkesh is a liar. His real

KOkesh is a liar. His real age is 41 and 31

you mean kokesh isn't kosher

Why all the down votes... don't people like information around here anymore.

They tried to bury us, they didn't know we were seeds. -mexican proverb

Oh come on!

The Bureaucracy Never makes a mistake, and everything they write must be deemed the Truth, regardless of whatever contrary facts exist!

Very curious turn of events...

which don't make sense. And I agree with Wolfe below about the "march" - very bad strategy, per Sun Tzu.

His plans strike me as more of a surrender than anything else.

Ask yourselves, what does this accomplish, other than identifying the most zealous? Kind of like a round up.

Even if the Most Zealous Member

Even if the most zealous members are rounded up. Would that cause you (we) to do more for the the liberty movement or say "Oh crap, better lay low for awhile?"

We can debate the merits of what Adam Kokesh is planning, but we have to asked ourselves, what are we doing now to promoting Liberty. Are we going to do more than what we ourselves have been doing for sometime?

Great point coolwise.

Many people using their own set of skills and utilizing their own personal experiences to promote an idea is a movement.

Adam is doing it his way but I'm confident he is aware of the burden he carries now that he has become and even bigger public figure.

That said, his 'loose canon' persona has to be a little unnerving to some on both sides, and perhaps why he was singled out and arrested. Perhaps hoping he could be discredited/demonized or held for several months.

We are undergoing an awaking that is leading to a change of our culture, which is far different than a cult drinking a 'leaders' cool aide.

That depends and is a bit of a false choice.

That makes the assumption that what Adam is doing will have a net positive effect. It won't, it will be a net negative, losing people that may have been on the fence, but get pushed onto the wrong side by these tactics.

I would argue that Adam doing nothing for liberty would be superior to what he is about to do.

Would Adam getting arrested/killed make average people stand up? No. Would it make me want to do more? Certainly not. There have been a number of political prisoners such as Irwin Schiff that already serve to motivate me in my efforts.

The killing of brown people all over the world by our tyrannical government motivates me.

The million evil things that our government does daily, beating, abusing, torturing and killing in my name -without- my permission, funded by my money that is stolen from me, motivates me.

Adam appears as an aggressor in this, no matter what he says, so that is not motivation for me or any average people, and certainly not most anarchists who are already committed.

The Philosophy Of Liberty -

I am very glad he is out, and

I am very glad he is out, and appreciate all who had his back. He is not my favorite person, or anything, but I applaud his courage and perseverance to actually DO things he believes in to try to change what he can.

i find it kinda sad that we

i find it kinda sad that we have to ask the people to learn, follow, remmember federal laws, when i believe deep down that its should be the people asking the government, employees, to learn the constitution on what they can or cant do with their natural, recognised that situation, the likelyhood of altercation reduces massively, for both sides, and everyone gets what they seem to be asking for, peace.

To no one in particular

wolfe's picture

He was wrongfully arrested and held.

And so I am very glad that he was released. Which his arrest is an example of how to win. Let the state be the aggressor where there is clear proof of that. His arrest and subsequent release could do more to convince people than an open carry march, if he focused on that.

However, scaling up the bad idea of the march is wrong headed.

You should never even have the appearance of being the initiator which if/when this goes badly, is exactly how people will see it.

Sun Tzu's The Art Of War:

I highly recommend reading it WITHOUT commentary. It is very short and applicable to all things in life where you have a goal you wish to achieve.

This activity violates most of the laws he laid down.

We must win people to the cause, not scare them away. And even if 10% are willing to go as far as this march (which the numbers aren't even close to that), the rest of the country is not and would view such activity as a negative.

Where average people would listen before, they may not afterward.

The Philosophy Of Liberty -

...and mucho mucho kudos and

blessings to all those who were able and willing to show up everyday with their signs at the prison. You're all heroes to me!

Did you listen to AJ?

He doesn't like the idea of Adams armed march either. Says he doesn't like the smell...

Shut the F-U-C-K up you COINTELPRO swine.

How is THAT for a response? Eh???

You are full of s-h-i-t and you know it. Everyone else with half a brain sees through your reprogramming nonsense bulls-h-i-t material.

And so do I.

You are NOT some benign, passive, estrogen-filled lap-dog toting woman.

If you were, I would respect you.

You are an INSIDIOUS psyops "expert" who has nothing to do with the normal give and take of free speech in a debate.

You have got to be kidding.

You may be right about this:

"You are NOT some benign, passive, estrogen-filled lap-dog toting woman."

You see, my ovaries about killed me in 2008, so I am bearly a woman at this point.

But I am still one enough to be hurt by your unkind words.

Is that your goal?

What a relief!

I'm so glad for him. I have a lot more respect for him than I used to.

Although I think it's fine to have the July 4 March I hope that they will ask the feds if they can cross the line, that is , IF the FEDS don't tell them to stop first.

Adam has said that if they ask them to stop at the crossover line, that he will not cross that line. I hope Adam brings a bull horn and brings many quotes from our founding fathers and many other good pieces of information to holler at them.

Not all the police officers or deputies listening that day are bad people. Some are good including some FBI people. It is really unfortunate that Alex Jones has reported that a couple of the FBI agents of the Boston bombing have been killed during a training exercise today. They were young agents, and they were probably questioning things, IMO.

It was also very sad to hear that Tamerlan's innocent friend was killed by an FBI agent. He had gone back by himself without his buddy for one more "questioning", but I can tell you that there is NO WAY on earth that that boy would not have been frisked upon entering that building. Yet the report was that he attacked the FBI agent with a knife! Of course the FBI agent never had to go to the hospital. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out .

I thought he was shot at a

I thought he was shot at a apt complex?

Smells like...

Simple Facts and Plain Arguments
A common sense take on politics and current events.

I think he certainly has shown a realistic example.

Of what it takes to stand up for the rights he believes in. I was a little concerned initially that his DC march was merely a publicity stunt that could end very badly.

After listening to him being interviewed several times (a great one with Ernest Hancock), I think he has put a lot of thought into it and has sought out a great deal of advice from people he trusts.

This little event was 'cream' handed to him by the Fed's and he was ready for it.

I, for one am very proud of Adam.

Awesome glad he stood his

Awesome glad he stood his ground! Remember you have the right to remain silent use it and never sign anything. They tried to intimidate him into signing a contract with them to hand over his guns. Most people cave as they just want to get out but when you sign anything you are agreeing to their terms and the judges authority to decide the case ANY WAY HE WANTS!

He has grounds for a suite as they can only hold you for 72 hours if you refuse to cooperate or sign their contracts. They count on most people not knowing this and if they do never doing anything about it.

This bullshit about giving his address and handing over his guns is just that. They knew his address why did they not just go and take his guns? Because they needed his permission! Remember If they ask for something its because they need your permission/cooperation. If they do not need it they won't bother asking they will just do it.

This is proof once again that courage beats cowardice...

Yes, standing up to tyranny might get you killed. However, bending over to it almost surely will.

Adam....I hope you file a MEGA LAWSUIT

And Sue the cops personally...

That is the only thing that will make them accountable for their actions.

We need these out of line "Barney Fife's" to be accountable.

That's right contrary to popular belief cops have no immunity when they violate your rights because they are breaking the law. They only have immunity when they are lawfully performing their duties and upholding their oaths.
