My Work Here is Done

If this is the best you can come up, serial drunk crazy ranting woman calling 911 while getting tailed for her warrant violation, then getting busted for DUI...then you can have that hero of yours. I've already made my point. No one of sound mind would listen to that audio and not know that the subject is out of her mind. So, I'm done here. My work is finished. I have proved you all, all fake sov citizens, incredibly foolish.
If you respond to this post you will owe me $80,000 in Kruggerands (gold) or alternatively, 1 oz silver rounds, payable within two weeks.

There should be an Impaired Vehicle Driving Evidence Act

There should be an "Impaired Vehicle Driving Evidence Act". This should be the criteria every law enforcement officer must adhere to before pulling over a suspected drunk driver. No visual evidence of impaired driving to be presented in court of impaired driving against the driver, should throw out the drunk driving charge!

Jenna did not appear to be impaired whatsoever, had intelligent cognitive ability, excellent verbal skills, and and knew the law implicitly. Why haven't the criminal law enforcement agency paid their fine to Jenna yet?

there should be an impaired posting act

You question the ability of LEO to have "reasonable suspicion' that she was breaking a law. A video exists and she did exceed the speed limit. She also had a warrant from prior DUI. So, there were multiple reasons to pull her over. But what is telling is that while you doubt someone else's ability to judge her sobriety (despite her insane ranting, which you call "cognitive ability") you believe that you sitting on the internet, not interacting with her or observing her drive, are better suited to judging that. You're wrong.

She was angry that cop kept

She was angry that cop kept following her, even though she called the 911 operator and told him to back off! Why? Because there was no emergency! A cop has the Same authority that I have. I mean we're all equal man, plain n simple.

juan maldonado

wow

you really are that stupid. I guess if I go commit murder or rob a bank, and a cop is following me, I just have to call 911 and say they have a make believe contract with me. Then if they don't stop following me, and I start ranting like a lunatic, well, it's all their fault. That's some great horsescrap there, buddy.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

Is there proof you committed

Is there proof you committed the murder?

juan maldonado

ooooh yea you got me

Well, it looks like they HAD PROOF that pulling over this beast was the appropriate thing to do.

1. skipped out on prior warrant for DUI
2. driving erratically
3. speeding
4. not pulling over and instead calling 9-11 to blather about fantasized "contract" with police

Any one of those is a basis to pull her over, which according to the Supreme Court and the common law that it has developed - requires a reasonable suspicion of illegal activity. Not "proof" not "probable cause" but reasonable suspicion. They had that.

Not only that, but she wasn't just charged by the local prosecutor but rather a grand jury. So, there must have been proof. So, you can't even play the "biased gubmint offishul out to git us" card, well, not very effectively. Tsk-tsk.

So, to answer one first needs to put your question back on track. It is a sort of wild pitch as phrased, and would not be a "strike" in baseball. If the police had reasonable suspicion that one committed a murder, yes, they would have the ability to pull that person over. As that would be illegal activity. That's the way it works.

In theory, it separates us from the more authoritarian states where you have to show your papers for no reason. I agree that the police don;t often seem to understand this distinction and I deplore that our citizens don't know better, but this isn't an example of someone being harassed. This is an example of the police doing their job properly, from what I can tell. Since nothing she said made any sense, she is lucky they didn't do more than tell her to shut up.

Again, please follow the case and keep us updated on her courtroom successes. Maybe she'll be the first to employ this gibberish in just the right way. Me, I'm taking a vacation from this because this site is obviously overrun by cons and their sheep. If this site lets you have at it with this stuff, that is their decision. Oh, you can deliver the Kruggerands via federal express.

demonstrating absurdity

First of all, she is absolutely WRONG about what she is saying. Second, she is wrong in a way that puts her in danger in multiple ways, in terms of being forced to stop, charges for evading, etc. which could affect her in the future, etc. And no, her beliefs don't correspond to what is in the constitution.

What I find interesting is she, like most faux sovereign citizens, don't deal with a desire for justice, they just want to get their way, or get something for nothing. They squeal like pigs over paying traffic tickets, paying their mortgages, etc. And those are contracts that they sat down, considered, could have reviewed, got counsel on, etc. There was "mutual assent" as to the terms. Yet, they find these types fo things "unfair" to them.

But they also find it fair for them to (try to) impose a 300k charge for pulling her over, probably for a valid traffic viol. Where is the mutual assent? And then there is the problem that it isn't a contractual situation at all, she just read a bunch of gobbledygook and so is acting in such a way that could get her hurt or jailed or imprisoned. In my neck of the woods an evading charge is a minimum 18 months on top of whatever else.

A lot of these sovereign heros' case outcomes are known, and they often don't end well. If they get lucky someone will cut them a break for being stupid. But that's a bad gamble. It didn't work too well for jenna herring: http://www.11alive.com/news/article/267820/40/Woman-chased-b...

They owe her $300,000 buddy!

They owe her $300,000 buddy! If I haven't committed a crime, then you have no right to stop me. She already called the 911 operator and asked if there was an emergency, he said there was not. So once again I ask, what reason do they have to stop her? Just because there's a law doesn't mean you have to follow it, right!? If a law is unconstitutional, it's not a law and you don't have to follow it! That comes from our beautiful constitution and im smiling while I'm writing this right now.lol. You have no power over me! A cop can't do anything to me, that I can't do to him! Plain n simple!!! For example let's say I see a cop and he's whooping your $ss, I have a right to go over to the cop, whoop his $ss and then arrest him! We're all equal man, that's the way the founding fathers wanted it.

juan maldonado

There are 40,000+ laws, codes,

There are 40,000+ laws, codes, and regulations law writers have written against us. Which ones am I supposed to follow?

only positive law.

only positive law.

Which ever one you want to

Which ever one you want to follow! There laws against smoking weed, but I bet you still smoke it don't you? Lol. It's your choice, it's about freedom. What are cops going to do? Arrest Me? I'll just take it to a jury trial and win every time. Lol. They have no power over me.

juan maldonado

riiiighht

You're full of beans. Or perhaps styrofoam peanuts. That works.

But go ahead and post proof that she got paid. I'll check back in a couple of years, seeing as to how she was indicted by a grand jury for multiple crimes. Her recording was likely the main exhibit. Most people are sane and rational enough to see (or hear) that for what it is.

Look, you're boring. It's like stepping on a partially disabled snail.

I've got better things to do with my time.

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."-- Albert Einstein

She probably won't get paid

because the courts only presently exist to protect and preserve revenue.

However times are changing and there are more people than ever who have taken a serious interest in law. Once your eyes have been opened there is no going back. It is akin to the Garden of Eden story where they put on clothes. Once you realize you are naked you don't continue to walk around naked and you do not suddenly forget you are naked.

Once your eyes are open and you realize who is dishonestly screwing you over for mere revenue ... well let me just say I pity judges and attorneys for not correcting their ways of unjust presumptions once a majority of people figure it out. If there is one thing law has empirically proven throughout civilization is that people love revenge ... err justice.

If a law is unconstitutional

If a law is unconstitutional it's not a law Boneless!!! You know that right?

juan maldonado

s let's see

You're saying that

you know whether they cops had reasonable suspicion of criminal activity to pull her over?

Considering she was then charged with DUI?

Considering she had an outstanding arrest warrant?

Considering she was acting crazy and deranged and yelling about make believe $300k contracts with teh cops.

And you believe that all of the laws involved here are all unconstitutional? Just stop now, you're getting more and more stupid. Maybe bring back that Liberty Poet idiot. At least when he was pushing this stuff he typed some entertaining neo hippie pscyhadelic peace mumbo jumbo, not just plain bald faced stupidity. Fail.

Go crawl back into the MADD

Go crawl back into the MADD hell hole you crawled out of BCR!

In the future, government

In the future, government employees better have a dam good reason for pulling us over other than revenue generation, or there's gonna be hell to pay.

In the future,

idiots who believe this sovereign citizen stuff will become extinct.

I consider stopping a serial drunk driver a "damn good reason" and somehow I doubt it will generate much revenue.

It also serves to destroy

It also serves to destroy business activity with no demonstrated hazardous activity on the part of the driver you F-ing moron government employee.

no hazardous activity?

drunk driving? got it. Thanks for your astute reasoning.
