not so

she demonstrated false beliefs based on magical thinking. Get out your DSM-IV. She's also hysterical, enraged over nothing, transferring guilt over her dunk driving to the government, a whole host of lunacy going on here.

Hey, here's an idea, if you think that's normal, I hope you date her. she's quite a looker, for an obese serial drunk driver who just got hysterically arrested. You two could be an item!

so how stupid do you have to be

to believe the police can't pull over a serial drunk driver? I'm seriously wondering if you're not just playing around here.

Not only is that entirely consistent with the constitution but it is consistent with natural law. Are you next going to post up some sov cit defense of pedophilia or beastiality? I don't even want to know. You're wacked, obviously don't understand what little you've read, and are here for whatever reason to promote a false belief system. I'm not fooled by you one bit and it's sad that anyone else is.

More like Jenna the drunk who is tying up an emergency line...

...and endangering others (DWI, driving left of center, running stop sign) to play games.

I am not amused.

I can respect the sovereign citizen issue in general. But just as it's offensive when someone uses executive privilege as a free pass, pulling the sovereign citizen card here strikes me as no different.

There is something to be said for personal responsibility.

What crime did she commit

What crime did she commit that gives this cop the authority to stop her? How do you not understand that? Stoping for the cops is optional, plain n simple.

When police approach with flashing lights and siren...

...you don't necessarily know that they're pulling YOU over. You get over if for no other reason than to get out of their way should they be headed past you to an emergency.

That said, from what was written underneath the video, if that is accurate, and going by the things she gave away in the video, it's quite believable to me that there was probable cause to pull her over before she got on the phone and proceeded with the rest of her antics.

If you want to argue DWI, that's a whole other discussion. But the wreckless driving alone is validated just from the things she described herself.

She's gone 'round with them before about being pulled over and wanting $300,000. She was even throwing someone's name around at the police dept who was familiar with it. But you don't tie up an EMERGENCY line to argue about it and demand $300,000, while leading a high speed chase and running thru stop signs ENDANGERING other people.

I despise police abuse, and as I said above, I can respect the sovereign citizen issue in general. But to me, this is a very poor example. There are plenty of real abuse situations out there to get upset over. I'm not going to laud this person's irresponsibility and endangering of others.

There is such a thing as picking your battles.

If you drive recklessly, you

If you drive recklessly, you might not end up wreckless.

I remember the game of Life

In it, there was a penalty card you could draw for "wreckless driving". That typo amused me to no end, as a child.

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

I don't see the point

of the whole sovereign citizen thing. You are still going to lose.

It's the technical

It's the technical designation of every Constitutional law abiding American civilian.

Theie whole point is they

Theie whole point is they want to live free! I love this woman, because everything she is saying is true. What does the cop say? Shut your mouth! Ain't that great lol

What a crazy ass bitch. I

What a crazy ass bitch. I don't care what you believe and what you claim, if a police car has his lights on behind you and you don't pull over, you will eventually be forced to pull over and then go to jail most likely, and you will not get any check for any amount for your "fee".

Just because a cop puts his

Just because a cop puts his lights on behind me, doesn't mean I need to pull over! It's my car! And if I haven't broken a law, what right do they have to stop me? If I want to pull over, it's optional, meaning it's my choice. I feel all her frustrations! She's trying to explain the constitution to a bunch of morons. I love you Jenna...

Regardless of whether you acknowledge the law or not

the citizens of the state vote in people who write the laws which govern the state. Yes, you are REQUIRED to pull over and stop your vehicle when a police officer requests that you do so (getting behind you and turning on his lights and siren is a request).
It is IGNORANT to think that you aren't required to follow the law. If you don't like the law then by all means work to change it but don't carry on about the "sovereign citizen" crap. It is simply a fact of life that you are a citizen of the state and country in which you live. There are obligations associated with being a citizen, some easy and some not.
The police have the power to pull you over when you are driving. They have to power to ask for your driver's license and proof of registration and usually proof of insurance. They have this power because the citizens of the state delegated it to the police. Its a fairly straightforward and reasonable power.
Now, obviously the police often do things which are not within their delegated authority and we have a responsibility to ensure that individuals or groups of police that do not respect the limits are removed from authority. Having said that, I just don't get the attitude about something so simple.

If I don't like a law, I

If I don't like a law, I should work to change it? How do I do that? And why should I waste my time with a rigged election process, when I already know I'm free and when your free a person or group of ppl can not rule over you! I'm gonna say it once again, if a law is unconstitutional, it is not a law! Which means.... You don't have to follow it! MLK taught me that. It's called civil disobedience.

juan maldonado

what laws were charged

and which ones were unconstitutional?
