Report: Holder's Justice Department Went Judge Shopping To Obtain Fox News SubpoenaSubmitted by President Paul ... on Tue, 05/28/2013 - 13:10
Don't try this at home kiddies. Judge shopping is a no-no for the unwashed every-day folk.
The New Yorker reports that the effort by the Justice Department to obtain the controversial (Fox News) court order was arduous, contentious and unsuccessful until finally a third judge acquiesced.
However Holder is 'Beginning to Feel a Creeping Sense of Personal Remorse' over this situation
President Barack Obama's attorney general, Eric Holder, is "beginning to feel a creeping sense of personal remorse." The feelings of "remorse" began for Holder after he read an article in the Washington Post about how the Justice Department, which he heads, investigated Fox News reporter James Rosen.
Anyone know if there is any 'creeping sense of remorse' (or even a blatant 'he couldn't give a rat's rump') over the people who died as a direct result of Fast and Furious? Any idea if he feels at all conflicted over how the investigation into these criminal actions has been actively squelched and stymied?
