Wheat farmer claims discovery of Monsanto's herbicide-resistant seed hurt entire industry

WICHITA, Kan. Seems Monsatan has over played their hand.

I think they thought everyone would just say oh well might as well accept it. What most don't know Monsatan has done this in the past with great success.

I wonder if the timing of the Monsanto protection Act has something to do with this. We'll see if the court will even take the case because of special privileges given to Monsanto by the government.

The suit...

heard round the world. :)
If it can be proven, and evidenced in Court, that M has contaminated the wheat supply of the United States with illegal GMO seed, and has suppressed the discovery (until now) and therefore had PRIOR KNOWLEDGE...
and further,
that companies like Kraft,
have had knowledge that they have been manufacturing and selling GMO contaminated wheat products (like Mac & Cheese)...
then we have RICO and CONSPIRACY to commit fraud.
(just for starters).

Monsanto owns the courts, Congress, the Senate and the presidency. There is no justice in America. Dream on. This is the Matrix.
