Anti-gunners (A.K.A New York City's Mayor Bloomberg) Caught Using Deception For Foreign Minions To Influence Nv PollsSubmitted by D4L on Sun, 06/09/2013 - 04:57
As the controversial "Universal Background Check" Senate Bill 221 awaits Nevada Governor Sandoval's veto, anti-gun forces have pulled out all stops in an attempt to persuade the governor to sign it. The latest is by deception through calls to the governor's office from out of state cronies, feigning the number to look like it originates in Nevada.
Like most bills SB 221 started out with good intentions. In an article that this Examiner wrote for Yahoo News a few months ago, I came out in favor of improved mental health requirements for the NICS system. A number of states do not send mental health records to NICS. Had these records been sent, it could have prevented the Virginia Tech shooter from acquiring the firearms that he used and possibly could have stopped the shooters in Aurora, Colorado and Tucson, Arizona from obtaining theirs.
It is rumored that the Newtown, Connecticut shooter was stopped at a NICS check before the Sandy Hook massacre. So he did what the typical criminal does when they cannot legally obtain a firearm: he murdered his mother in her sleep and stole her guns. Such is the flaw in the gun control argument.
