Do I understand Louisiana correctly?

Since the "uncommitted" slate of delegates won for each of the 7 Congressional Districts, does that mean there are 0 Ron Paul delegates for LA now?

(the uncommitted slate actually isn't, it's a mish-mash of the other 4 candidate's delegates together).

the 'fusion' candidate won districts 3 and 7.

The other districts: 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6

are awaiting the results of the provisional ballot verification process.

Beyond that, I really think everything else you hear is speculation at this point.

Yeah! I'd like to know how this works, too! For the other states, there has been a whole big pile of information on how the voting works and what it means, but Louisiana has been a black hole.
