I have some thoughts on the NSA:

The NSA does not appear to actually be part of the government, the national security advisor is not approved of by the Senate, nor does it appear to have any government culpability whatsoever. If the government wants to do something illegal, all they have to do is give it to the NSA, and then suddenly it disappears. How many NSA people are actually contractors simply because the government can't afford to have the types of things that the NSA does on its books. Its not enough to simply declare these programs unconstitutional, the entire NSA must go. The problem is, we obviously don't want an entirely new cabinet department of government, nor would you want the NSA to be tucked under the some cabinet department, if you were to eliminate the NSA, how would uyou guarantee all of the 411 that belongs to the NSA is destroyed?
