Former CIA Director Woolsey: the 4th Amendment has no meaning.

Piers Morgan interviews Ron Paul and former CIA director James Woolsey. You have seen the Ron Paul interview now watch Piers interview James Woolsey who acted as counterpoint to Ron Paul. At the 8 minute mark Piers Morgan reads the 4th Amendment to Woolsey and asks if this is consistent with seizing data from millions of Americans. Woolsey is shocked by plain language of 4th amendment for about 5 seconds and then proceeds to lie like an old dog on a rug. Or equivalently, like a former Vice President of Booz Allen.

The fourth amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.[1]
