Putin's snarkedy snark snark on Edward Snowden & NSA: In Russia You cannot just Spy on Citizens without Warrant!

I so miss the days when the Americans were overwhelmingly considered the 'good guys.' [The American People, that is; not the govt, of course.]

Obama's Comrade Putin is milking the Snowden and NSA spying case for for all it's worth:

"If surveillance is in the framework of the law, then it's ok. If not it is unacceptable. You can't just listen to the phone call in Russia; you need a special order from court," Putin said answering the question of RT's Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan. Commenting on Obama's statement that "You can't have 100 per cent security and 100 per cent privacy," Putin disagreed, saying it is possible if done within the law.

*** Well, now, I know what Pravda at its heights must have been like: Sit around the Leader, ya peons, as he expounds the personal virtues to be dictated to be accepted as collective virtues! Whoopie!

Then again, is this any different than what the American corporatist MSM does?

More truths

I vehemently distrust Putin with those cold cobalt blue eyes, and ex-KGB agent, however, when I hear him in an interview, I feel like he's being more honest than the past two Presidents we've had, here in Amerika.
Sadly, with the way the average American feels about their Constitution, I feel like Russia and America have been going in opposite directions for the past 10+ years...
they have been getting more freedumbs, while we've been losing ours.
The most troubling part, most Americans seem to be OK, or numb to this event...
maybe that's why we call ourselves "the land of free-dumbs". DA?

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

sounds like there should be a

sounds like there should be a Yakov Smirnoff joke in there, somewhere.

It's so damn creepy to think I'd trust something called

The Russian Times more than I do the "news" here, but as far as I'm concerned, this outlet gives us far more truths.

Can anyone who experienced the Cold War as more than just a child give me some perspective? Is it even more creepy from your point of view?
